Amazing, knowledgeable, friendly women in the store and helpful friendly men on the other side. Usually I can find what I need and the company who makes those cookies from Pottsville for the dogs outstanding. All my neighbors dogs and mine went crazy for them. Thank you everyone!

They gave me whole corn instead of cracked corn, my animals will not eat it, not even goats which love corn. They offered 3$ refund out of over 16$ for the difference of being charged. Any company will refund you the full amount if you are not satisfied with the purchase. I asked to speak with a manager, in which they never called me. This made me more upset and I called again. It is possible the corn us moldy in which why the animals will not eat it. I'm waiting on a call from the owner.

I went into the store to use my free bag of Eukanuba dog food coupon from a dog show, where I pay sales tax and store gets reimbursed by the company. The owners daughter was very rude and snotty to me saying she isn't giving away a 90 dollar bag of dog food. Made me wait while she went in back office to only come out and say they are not honoring the brand coupon that they don't get reimbursed and she isn't giving away anything. Will never shop their again. Horrible customer service and will be in contact with Eukanuba to let them know that this Business who is one of their retailers does not support the dog agility customers or their promotions!

Rude service under the new owners. Very uneducated about anything horse feed related, but still try to push products. Always wanted to support a local business for my equine needs and pay a little bit more. I will never be going there again Especially after the owner says “good” after I say I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
