Pharmacy never answers the phone. Called 4 times a day for 1 week straight. Would get the cashier who would forward us to the pharmacy where we'd sit on hold for over 30 minutes.Since mainline pharmacy closed, the lines are incredibly long and it takes days for them to fill Rx scripts.

No stars from me. Went in at 3pm for a script that was sent over at 11am. Not ready, told it would be 15 minutes, went back 3 hours later to be told 15 minutes. I said you told me that 3 hours ago, pharmacist says I haven’t counted them. Horrible customer service. Way too long to wait like of filled prescriptions laying on the floor that they are just stepping over…. What a train wreck!!! Switching to a different pharmacy immediately. Only went there because they bought out mainline, and they can’t keep up with their own customers. Very frustrating!!!

Even tho I didn’t hear anything good about this Rite Aid, I thought I’d give them a try when Mainline closed…BIG MISTAKE! I had 3 refills, with one there were no refills but told them to call my Dr to get it refilled. Waited 3 or 4 days, when I went in to pick up there were 22 people waiting in line, NOPE, I could not wait as I was leaving town for a week, so since I had to go through CVS for my pain medications, when I got to Indiana I asked them to have my prescriptions transferred to them. They had them filled by the end of the afternoon. When I picked up I had a medication missing (the one they had to call for) and was told I would have to contact Rite Aid to have them put it back on the shelf because my insurance said it was already filled so I couldn’t get it again until Rite Aid did their job. I have spent 3 days trying to call Rite Aid at different times (by my phone log I have called 30 times) and can never get anyone to answer the phone. I have now been out of my thyroid medication for a week. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU PAID ME!!!!!!!

I really wish I could give negative stars for this place. Scripts are never ready in a timely manner - I have yet to spend less than an hour waitingin line just to be told its not ready and go to the back of the line to wait for them to even start working on things. I started using them as a pharmacy because they were close, but for the amount of time and frustration to pick up scripts, I may as well spend the time and gas to go to Walmart pharmacy. It's a really sad experience and I can't understand how they stay in business. Would definitely recommend to avoid at all costs. I will absolutely be going elsewhere.

You should be investigated by the Better Business Bureau for fradulent practices! When a medication is prescribed by a physician and not filled by your facility in a timely manner it can have detrimental health effects. Today is day 5 of waiting for my medication. I participate in the automated refill program to avoid missing just one dose but that process along with the ability to call in refills has totally collapsed. I have gone in and waited in line for 20 to 30 minutes 3 times only to be told my medication is not available. If I don't get my prescription refilled today then I will have to call my doctor to obtain a new one to take to Walmart. Either way you have lost my business and highly warn others to stay away at all costs if you value your health and want to take your medication as instructed by your doctor.

Horrible place to go. 0 stars from me. Went there last Thursday to pick up script said that I could pick up Friday. Couldn't make it back up there until the following Tuesday. Waited in line for a hour. Got to the register they said that they had to get it ready.waited another 20 mins. The only reason I went there is because mainline closed down. I will definitely try not to go there ever again. No wonder Rite Aid is closing there stores. Would never recommend

Absolutely horrible. Worst Pharmacy ever. Pharmacy line extends from pharmacy to the entrance door. Standing here waiting with a sick 2 year old. Drive through is closed. Terrible customer service. If this helps anyone pick a different pharmacy not this one.

Ever since they started this bankruptcy, Cresson rite has gone so down hill. Couldn't keep up with they customers they had. Then they buy mainline... now long lines, no one answers the phone, right now my wife is on hold with a lovely front line person. Why ? Because the first time she transfered the call to the pharmacy they literally picked it up and hung up the phone without saying a word. Still on hold.... I'll just keep editing, my wife got cut off again. He we go calling back... I'll keep updating as the continue, 45min total and counting. End result, nothing never spoke to anyone. Even called 1-800-riteaid, nope they can't do anything either. Send an email for them to call me.Boy how long did I leave this review I'm still waiting to hear from 1-800 Rite Aid still waiting to hear from my pharmacist the lines are still insane and no one's still answering the phone thank you Rite Aid for your service you guys should be out of businessThe pic is my journeys end4-08-2024. This pharmacy is a train wreck. Someone is going to end up getting the wrong prescription. Things piled up and falling over. Bags and bins all over the place. Pharmacy does not answer phone so you go wait in line for an hour only to be told that it's not ready even though it has been called in 3 days ago. People can not deal with this utter chaos.

Great neighborhood store. They have pretty much everything, even grocks. They have all the major vaccines. I don't understand why they ain't more popular.

It took me three days to get my prescriptions. The first day, the drive thru was closed so I went in and the line was backed up to the entrance. The second day, I went and they were closed. Today, my husband went in and the line was backed up to the door, and waited 40 minutes to get my prescriptions.

Extremely slow. Never had to wait so long for a prescription in my life. Everytime I am there they say it’s ready and I get texts then when I go in they don’t have it. Do not go here.

Switching pharmacies. Used to be a good place but now they are days behind in prescriptions, never open the drive thru and you drive the whole way there to a sign saying they’re closed. I understand staffing issues but people need their medications. It’s unacceptable for a critical business.
