Everytime I walk in it seems there are more and more of those netted transport carts blocking the aisles. Today I walked in to see their Halloween/fall decorations. The fall aisle, and most of the store was completely blocked with boxes, and hardly any of the decorations were out (last year they were out by August). I have always enjoyed coming to this store, but will have to start shopping elsewhere.

The overall cleanliness of the store is ok. The only real problem I have (and have had since this location opened), is that the wait in line can be absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason why there should EVER be more than 2 customers waiting in line to check out if there is more than one employee working. What kind of customer service philosophy is that??I also wanna make myself clear though, that the majority of the employees here are very courteous when approached.But, it never fails at this location, that you will have to wait because other employees can't seem to be bothered to come help you.Cleanliness-4/5Staff/Service-1/5Selection-4/5Cost-4/5Wait Time-0/5Total Score-13/25

This specific dollar always sucks! Lines are always ridiculously long n No one working there cares. There's always things in the aisles where u can't go down certain aisles at all for days at a time . Never stocked with things. Workers now are so rude, they move like snails while ringing people up, n honestly you can tell they don't care. They don't care about hygiene , customers ,or their jobs. Its obvious. I suggest either going to family dollar in town which sucks too just not as bad or just going somewhere else in general.

This dollar general is the worse. Even with a remodel a change in district managers and store managers they cant get it right. The only time I remember this store being stocked was when izzy was the manager. Sad just sad. Corporate get it together your loosing your customers. They would rather drive 15 to 20 miles away then to go to this store!

Will never step foot in another one of you ask me the manger in the Cresson store need to stay in the store and stop following people out of the store. It is scarey to have that happen and that has happened to me and it really was the worst feeling in the world i kept walk and he was yelling. I will never ever go there again and he was very eude and so was the cashier.

Every time I walk into this place people seem to help me. If I'm looking for more than a few minutes and no One is busy I get help instantly. And regardless of their task they will help me even if they are.

I truly miss having this as my go to Dollar General. Living in portage makes you miss it so much. They have a large variety, and low prices.

Nice store for simple needs, they have a parking issue when it rains or snow melts, like a pond , not proper drainage

Only thing I don't like is they don't always stock the shelves with product fast enough. I've bought a couple things there, and sometimes they aren't there again

Need more people checking you out all these people running around the aisle. But one cahiers saw three standing in aisle 8 people waiting some with large carts to check out.

Dirty and dingy. Always looks like kids came through and messed up the shelves. Register is rarely manned and even when a rush is happening, only one is ever open.

The place is cluttered and hard to get around all the stuff they have piled in the isles then stood in line forever with 5 people behind me one cashier checking in a vendor...I told her she needed to have the vendor wait but she ignored me so I left my things there and left.

Merchandise wise it seems to be on par with any other. Staff seem friendly with the exception of a lass of the shorter variety (snobby). Your run of the mill DG.
