Drove past these restaurants several times and finally had a chance to stop for a bite to eat. The service was quick and friendly! The playplace area was clean and fun for my 3 boys. We are excited to stop by again!Kid-friendliness: Play area for the kids to burn off some energy!

I have been coming here for close to 30 years. We now drive 45 minutes to come and enjoy great food and have our now grandkids play in the same play area their parents did. Lots of great memories here.Kid-friendliness: The play place is awesome and the ice cream is loved by our grandkids

This place was recommended from a hotel.I was staying at. I ordered quite a bit of food. Unfortunately my order was incorrect, I tried to call them but the store was already closed. I then sent them an email about the incorrect order. No response. That was a week ago. I ordered a cheesesteak stromboli and ended up getting some kind of stromboli with pepperoni. So as no response, i will give a full review:1. Breaded mushrooms - excellent2. Soft pretzel - hard and tasteless. Not sure if old or overcooked.3. Wedge fries- soggy and cold4. No silverware, plates or napkins.5. Can't rate the stromboli as we do not eat pepperoni.I will Also be letting the hotel know if the service as they recommended this place.

Grabbed a pie to go. Woman at register very nice, so service good. Pizza was mediocre, but most pizza I've had in PA is mediocre. Cheese was low quality, which is what it is; pie could have been cooked a little longer, that I could have requested. My girlfriend had a Turkey Hill shake. That was very good.

This is the worst pizza I've had in the Poconos. I watched them make it, so I know it's fresh, but the crust is no better then a frozen pizza. They are not using real cheese like their box says. No pull on the cheese at all, real mozz pulls and real top quality pizza cheese slides off and pulls in long strings. The sauce is loaded with garlic powder and is so heavily seasoned, its pretty bad IMO. Reminds me a lot like Little Ceasars and dominos pizza sauce..almost burns your taste buds and the corners of your lips. It's par for the course these days...half the quality at double the price from just a couple years ago. At 19$ for regular pizza..there are a million better choices..heck even shoprite pizza just up the road is much better. Won't be back. The staff working the counter was very friendly, and the place is clean.Parking: Needs some lights in parking lot hard to seeWheelchair accessibility: Needs some lights in parking lot hard to see

I called his place to confirm if they sold icecream cakes for my friends birthday. The lady was not paying me any attention and kept saying "yes we sell milk shakes" I had to repeat "ICE CREAM CAKE" to her 5 times for her to actually listen. I then asked her "Can you please confirm your address because on google maps the name of the establishment doesnt pop up Kasa Pizza". She said in a rude tone " thats fine you can google it" . I repeated to her again that it is accurate on google and asked her if she can ask someone else to confirm the address. She then said " I understand but we are just to busy to have someone pull an address". Very unfortunate, as we are from out of town and would have loved to dine with local establishments. It would've simply took two seconds of her time and instead she was rude and dismissive. Shame on her for turning away good paying customers!

I’ve gone to Kasa’s about three times already and I gotta say I LOVE the food! Huge portions that are worth the price. I intend on coming back to this place for a long time to come!

Fun place for the kids. Kept the kids busy for a couple of hours. Pretty clean as far as kids play zones go (kids zones get dirty quickly). Friendly staff, good pricing. If I had to pick one negative I’d say the food was meh. It was good but not great (pizza, onion rings). We will go back when in the area again. Thank you.

I arrived at Kasa's to actually get some Turkey Hill ice cream (they're connected). It was 8:40 and they closed at 9:00, but we're luckily still accepting orders.Upon ordering the ice cream, I decided to get a slice of pizza. I'm glad I did! That pizza was cooked to perfection. The dough was crispy, fresh, and doughy. It wasn't too thick or too thin. The amount of pepperoni was generous and it wasn't a grease ball (slightly in grease like how a pizza should be).The entire establishment was very clean. You know the workers at Kasa cared about the restaurant and their place of work.Of course, the service was courteous and quick. I actually ate my ice cream than the pizza, but who hasn't ever had their desert before dinner, right?Gotta' live a little! Thanks for having us. We will be back next summer!Parking: Parking spaces available out front. Individual spaces clearly marked.

Sorry to say I was disappointed. Sauce is great, so is the cheese. The crust is too thick and chewy for our taste. It's kind of like an undercooked Sicilian, with no crunch. We prefer more of a New York style thin crust. But this is a personal preference. I would still recommend Kasa's - wonderful family business and great service.

I've been coming here my entire life, sadly the food quality and customer service has only gone downhill since my childhood. I always order the boneless wings because they used to be really good but not anymore :( the wings are consistently dry because they don't toss them in enough sauce. And then if you ask for extra sauce on the side (because they don't put enough) they wanna charge you extra... I'm already paying $15 for dry wings that don't even come with fries, so now I just feel like I'm getting ripped off. Maybe this is just my opinion but chicken wings should be smothered in sauce. I'd also like to touch on the customer service since I mentioned it earlier. The staff pretty much always look miserable. I'm not expecting anything crazy, just a smile and some common courtesy? And one time they screwed up our order really bad, they claimed the order "never reached the kitchen" after we had drove 30 minutes to pick it up. So we waited another 30 minutes for our food and received no apology or discount. Every time I order food from here I end up being disappointed so I'll be bringing my business elsewhere.

Ordered the thin crust ny style pizza. Lame pizza. Wasn't thin crust it was just a regular pie. Also I get tired of tip jars everywhere you go. Why should I tip someone who takes my order and gets my pizza off the top of the pizza oven. Isn't that their job and why they get paid. I would say other than the pizza this one time and lackluster service the food is very good. I just had a great cheese steak last week. Offering to make up for the lame pie was a good offering from the owner too.

While on vacation we spotted this place and had to stop by. My boyfriend order a few slices and I ordered the chicken parm sandwich. The pizza was no New York pizza but was good. The chicken parm sandwich was chicken fingers covered in sauce and cheese. Not what I expected but it was very filling. We also ended up getting some ice-cream before we left. The icecream was delicious and bigger than we expected but who can say no to a bigger portion when it comes to dessert. The staff was friendly and immediately welcomed us as we walked up to the counter.

Overpriced. They cross contaminate everything. They don't know how to handle vegetable. I watched them drop a pizza on the floor and they picked it up and sent it out like nothing happened. They use too much cheese, I couldn't even finish my 2nd slice. Never eating here again. The Taco Bell tho, is the best taco bell in existence. They don't skimp you.
