I was nervous to come here for my covid booster because of all the bad reviews, but it was the only place I could get to.I notice a lot of issues are more with prescriptions, but for a vaccine they were great! The pharmacy people all seemed nice too

It takes days for them to fill a prescription compared to hours at every other pharmacy in the area. Also, when you approach the pharmacy counter- everyone in the pharmacy will ignore you for as long as possible instead of simply saying "hello" or "we'll be with you soon". There's no wall. They can clearly see the customers. They can't even bother to politely acknowledge you.

Was shopping and heard one of the women working out loud say “Ugh! Just go home!” When a car pulled into the parking lot. Seemed distasteful being there were people in the store still. Just a few minutes later came up to us (20 minutes before closing which is more than enough time to finish my shopping) to tell us they close soon in an awfully condescending tone.I know when CVS closes. I don’t need to receive an attitude and be rushed when finishing my shopping.

Cathy/Kathy in the pharmacy is absolutely amazing. She is always a huge help and it's the best experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. Wouldn't use anyone else because of her!

No matter how many calls I make, or how many times i verify i can get my medication, it is NEVER ready and frankly i cant understand why.... I'm a generally tolerant person so for me to even write a bad review stinks, but i have been using this pharmacy for a few years now and im always left frustrated.Even for our one dog, who happened to be epileptic. It was nerve wracking because we weren't sure we would get the medication on time. And as a result, twice we were not able to get his medication on time....Then when you question the service in any way, you are met with snarky remarks and excuses, which is also frustrating, as a customer facing business you should know, no one is coming at you personally but we are frustrated with the business you work for. When you respond with snark or attitude it then turns that focus to you...They are so close to where i live too, i WANT to be able to give them business but i just can't anymore....

If i could take back the one star you have add I would. The pharmacy had the little old lady with shoulder length hair (who I wish I could name here but that's information is known to me) who is the rudest women I have ever met. She doesn't deserve to have the job she has. DO NOT leave your doctors who say your perception is being sent there and then go in and ask her if it is ready. All you get is scoffs and rude comments. We are supposed to wait for this mean ol' women to call us when she decides it's your turn. If you go before you get a call from this women you are chased out of the store by a witch without a broom. This has been my pharmacy since I was born and as of last week and getting the pleasure with dealing with this lady I promptly called my doctors back to switch my pharmacy to the Tannersville branch. I can see I'm not the only one who came here to express and describe my experience with thus lady so shame on whoever does the hiring and firing of these employees. You letting this women work there everyday has been your worst mistake in life knowingly or not. She can and I know she does single handedly take a nice person and drag the mean out in just by talking to her. She can ruin someone's day with a few words from her rude hole in her face in which nasty rude comments only come out of. She almost ruined my day I just wouldn't let her get the satisfaction.FIRE THIS MEAN OLD LADY!!!!

Pharmacy is never ready. You have to call to make sure they have your prescription ready for pickup. This CVS closes for lunch.

They try. However any time I show up for a perception I'm told its a 15min wait. Never ready. till after I show up despite texts saying prescription is ready. This has happened multiple times. On top of not being able to produce pain meds after my child was hit by a car bc dr prescribed meds local cvs didn't carry. So we had to use mt pocono cvs n wait there 45 mins bc narcotics can't be forwarded to another location. Again they try but are lacking.

Dana Smith is an outstanding asset to the CVS pharmacy department. She and Abbie are always professional and courteous. Dana helped out immensely when we had to pick up a prescription, although busy, she immediately filled the prescription and went beyond the call of duty. We are so fortunate to have her, and she is greatly appreciated.

It's really less a reflection of the employees at this location but of CVS as a whole. It's as if the system was specifically designed to waste it's customers' (and prescribers') time. The system forces you to listen to 5 minutes worth of robot which doesn't understand you before you even have the ability to request a real living man or woman. Even then, all they are allowed to answer in regards to my question (when will you have my medication back in stock?) is to say we can't give you that information. Even though it was prescribed. Nor can they recommend a location at which I might be able to find it.Um so, I guess doctors are reduced to playing whack-a-mole to find out which location does or does not have a medication. Isn't their time supposedly valuable? Mine is, but obviously CVS doesn't care about mine. It's clear that health is the lowest priority for something that calls itself health care. I will be seeking alternatives to my meds that don't come from this system. The walls are closing in. This is a wake-up call. If you have even the slightest similar inclining.. you're not alone. Things are happening. Take appropriate action.
