The vet and the staff are wonderful! They listened to our concerns, checked over our kitty thoroughly, and with care! Dane is now better. This was our 2nd visit for vaccinations. We were so glad to hear our favorite Doc was back in the area! Had an appointment with 2 Kangal Shepherds today and the WHOLE staff made sure our pups were happy and well cared for! We are beyond happy with our care and we will be going there regularly with our whole crew! (We run an animal sanctuary and have used many local and distant vets)

Very caring staff and flexible schedule. The vet I was seeing for years all the sudden can’t take on new clients or even get current patients on the schedule anytime soon. That’s a good thing though because Dogwood is a lot more caring for your animals and so much nicer to the pet parents. Very happy to be a client here now.

I was very pleased with the care my dog, Sadie, received from Dr. Gefert. My dog is 8 years old and has developed a couple concerning medical issues. Dr. Gefert examined her thoroughly, explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dogwood Veterinary Clinic.

Highly recommend! They seem to care for your pet like they’re part of their own family. My dog has been very sick to the point almost lost my 2 and 1/2 year old rottie. They really took the time to try to figure out what caused all this to happen to the poor guy. They really check your animal over. Called them to get switched over to them and got an apt right away. Very awesome ladies that work out there.

We were so happy to hear that our favorite vet was finally opening her doors to patients!! Just to let y’all know how awesome Dr. “Paris” is, this is what she did for us… We are a family of Labradors and my son was having an issue with his, soon to be 12 year old, Goose. Knowing that the new office was possibly opened for business I called and spoke to Sheila. I told her what Goose was experiencing and she told me that the doctor would not be seeing patients until the following week. However, Sheila explained to Paris about Goose and we were told to bring him in that afternoon. They weren’t even opened for business yet! That is a caring veterinarian! Not to mention she’s the best!!! She, also, saved the life of our Lilly a few years ago. And, now Lilly will turn 14 this year! Thank you for your life saving care! Our 6 Labradors are so lucky to have Paris and her staff to care for them! We love you all!!! The Thomas Labrador Family.

Absolutely grateful to have Dr. Parastu Gefert and Amy Parker for their amazing work with my dogs. One of which, was so well taken care of (at a ripe age of 12) during her emergency surgery recently. As a former vet tech, I am very picky and not easily impressed, but I am with them!

My wife and I are so pleased with the love and care our dog Walter received at Dogwood. Walt recently started having seizures and I took him to Dogwood for a 2nd opinion. Dr.Gefert was so kind, knowledgeable and informative to our situation. She gave Walt a thorough check up, reviewed his condition and answered every question I had about how to proceed with his care. Walt was very anxious when he was there, but Dr.Gefert sat on the floor with him to alleviate his stress. Thank you so much for truly caring and taking the time with Walt and I. The staff is great, the facilities are new and all around it was the best Vet experience we’ve had.

Our first experience at the clinic was very good. I have a German Shorthaired Pointer that was recently diagnosed with lymphoma by an emergency clinic about a month before. I had called and made an appointment with Dr. Gefert and the appointment was for the end of January. I received a message that there had been an opening the first week of January and wanted to know if I could make it.Dr. Gefert was amazing with Ali, as was her husband Tony who retrieved for me all the diagnostic paperwork that had blown out of my truck in the wind and rain.A course of action was discussed and we are following it with supplements and we will see what happens.I am very pleased with my experience at Dogwood Veterinary Clinic. I will be making a routine appointment for my other GSP in the near future.

I want to thank the entire staff at Dogwood Veterinary Clinic! My dog had an argument with another dog today and lost. Sheila was so kind and told me to bring my dog on immediately. Dr. Gerfert could not have been more helpful. Flushed the wounds, gave antibiotics, something for pain and ended it with what to look for in the next couple of days. Thank you so much!

Just had bailey there, the staff was so patient as well as Dr. Gefert, with her, she took time with her cause she gets so excites, to calm her, got nails clipped, she got a little excited but they were so good with her, I would highly recommend them, I love that they didn't just rush in and out they got down to bailey's level to talk to her, was a great experience!!!!!!
