Grossly overcharged for a prescription after being told it wasn't covered by our insurance, which was totally incorrect. Staff seemed befuddled by this. We finally gave up. This is not how Buchanan's would have handled this. Not happy, will go elsewhere when circumstances permit. Checkout staff pleasant and helpful but real concerns on the pharmacy end.

Absolutely so rude back in the pharmacy, no help what so ever. I was told it would be better off to just find another pharmacy. I just can't believe the lack of care and disrespect towards customers.

Please change your hours online to reflect the correct hours. I have driven from Port 3 days in a row after work to pick up medication only to arrive and find them closed by 5PM. Very frustrating and with the price of gas forget it. Change the hours please or stay open until 8 like it says.

I don't know who the guy pharmacist is, but he needs better bedside manners. Don't act like someone is a bother when calling. Husband has Covid and I had questions about picking up the medicine. Be professional or get out of the people business. 💯.

Pretty sorrowful when you drop off a script for strips for a glucose meter and the girl says it'll be half an hour before it's ready. She was standing there on her cell phone. 30 feet to the shelf that held the strips but texting was more important. I WON'T be back.

I don't even know where to start. It feels horrible just visiting this location because the workers are just DRENCHED in sweat. It's so odd that they are all wearing jackets in 80°F is that even their choice??? How am I supposed to make my purchases when my cashier is two seconds away from heat stroke?? Absolutely awful management in my opinion and it scares me that this is how they treat their employees. If I come back next week and see another worker with dark circles and a sweat covered jacket I'm not going to hold back my experience to my girlfriends. It's just awful. My daughter used to work at a Rite Aid and it was the best job experience she's ever had. I want that for others too. This is just disgusting and stressful to even see. I don't know how someone could live with themselves putting others in horrifying work conditions. I'm going to have to take my business elsewhere I believe. Terrible.

I visited on Monday and had an awful experience. I came across a worker outside with red hair having a breakdown on the phone about how at a loss she is and being ignored by someone named Alisia when trying to ask questions. I asked around and that apparently that Alisia girl is always giving an attitude. I'm at a loss myself because I am just walking past and I think about the other reviews and Im scared for these workers. Mental health is so important and treating others with respect and basic human decency is just as important. I'm worried for these workers. I'm not sure if that girl ended up leaving but I really hope she got the help she needed. No one deserves to be treated like that especially at work.

Absolutely horrible customer service by pharmacy personnel! Refused to work with our insurance company or to refill my husband's prescriptions with personal pay! Money grabbing, nasty, grouchy clerks! If I could leave ZERO stars, believe me, I would!

I have always had a good experience with this Rite Aid Pharmacy, until last saturday, I went in to pick up my prescriptions only to find the pharmacy closed for an hour and a half for lunch, I have worked retail and all of us were never allowed to be be on break at the same time. Also I called and asked about having my prescriptions mailed and I was told that this couldn't be done,r

Had a scheduled Covid test for my son who is an asthmatic and displaying symptoms. Drove an hour on not so nice roads to be told they were not doing tests today😡!! The website doesn’t correspond with the store? What does that even mean. I’m sure you get a list of appointments. How about calling them to cancel. Why even have the website to schedule appointments if your not going to honor the appointments.. when I called the store about testing, I was referred to the website to make the appointment, selected an available time slot for said appointment, showed up early for said appointment to be told sorry we are not doing tests today! What!!!!

Nice drug and convenience store. Staff is usually friendly and most items are well stocked. Often times there are good sales on seasonal products.

I have only had experience with the people working in the pharmacy. I have been getting our scripts here since June. I usually have to visit once a month at least. Every single time I have to pick up the employees are rude and not helpful at all. I will not be getting our medication here anymore.
