Pharmacists & team are the very best! Jason & Alisha are so kind and caring. And the techs are quite wonderful as well (LeighAnn & Sarah)I actually got a phone call from Jason a few months back regarding my methotrexate injectables, there was a shortage all over. He told me they didn't have any way to get the med in. He then suggested I reach out to CVS,.that he had called around a bit stating "we didn't want you to miss a dose". I'm on a crazy amount of medications, IDK probably about 10 or so prescriptions. And these folks always go over and above for their clients top notch care in a "down home," caring pharmacy!!Many thanks to all the work there!

Walked in to get medicine and they shut the door to go on break while I was standing there. Could have at least had the courtesy to explain why. Google research to find out they were going on break. Customers I guess don't matter.

Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. No one answered. Tried to call, no answer. If I didn't excuse myself at work just to acknowledge a new customer I would be fired. It cost nothing to acknowledge a customer and let them know you will be with them as soon as you can. Edit: a CUSTOMER finally came out to the LINE of cars to inform us there was an "emergency" and the pharmacy was abandoned. Not sure what the emergency was (hope everyone is okay) but leaving without securing the pharmacy and shutting down the drive thru is illegal and for none of the front workers to have addressed the situation....

I have had several bad experiences with one pharmacist. There is a lady working in pharmacy that shouldnt be. She has no idea what she is doing. And has made several mistakes. She may have a disorder herself. I am very frustrated and dont understand why she is working there. And telling people things that arent true. Only to be later corrected and says she made a mistake. She needs to be fired in my opinion.
