Do not believe them when they tell you about the warranty on the phone. If you walk out the door and your phone stops working the screen just goes black you are sol. Because now you have to go through the actual manufacturer to get the problem fixed.

The service was outstanding in the store very knowledgeable sales people people. We received the new Motorola stylus phones and they are junk. As far as the service goes so far we've just started it and we've had drop calls up calls and some other issues with the phone. Hoping I can bring this reveal up because I don't want to change carriers again

The store is clean and plans are great. Calling store is issue you almost never get a answer when calling called 13 times in row back to back. Then calls stop even ringing like phone just off hook(maybe under staffed I don’t know). Very frustrating since I hate driving 30 mins to store to have to go back home cause they don’t have what I was asking about but couldn’t know that since they don’t answer phone. Staff is off and on demands on person working.
