I love this place now, they have everything and more you'd expect from a neighborhood hardware store. The staff are pretty cool too. Sometimes I feel like 1 or 2 of them want to help and their intentions are good, but they speak as if they know what they are talking about but I can clearly tell they dont. I usually go to this place after I've checked all the other stores in the area because their prices are outrageous. If they fixed those 2 things there would be no doubt I'd go here every time.

10/10 recommend! Went in to buy one small part and left with a new lawn mower. Super professional! Prices were spot on and you left feeling like you got a deal. Go out of your way to buy local!

Well run establishment. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A bit pricey but not so bad that they're unreasonable. I must say the place is better since they sold out to another company.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable. They will help you figure out what you need for your project. When you are here you feel like you are in the good old home town hardware store. Even the owner is hanging about joking around with people. They can get you what you need. Sometimes it might cost you a bit more than other places but that is 'true value's prices.

Wonderful staff except for woman at checkout, training others. Quite simply she was rude and obnoxious. Must be related to owners. No one else in their right mind would hire her to sweep the floor!

Poor service from young girls at register. Ignore customer's turn there backs to them, gab instead of cashing out customers, maybe retrain to be more respectful of customers. Two other customers were also upset.

there is no one else to really go to in town, just good to grab a small part and get the rest in erie. high in price and rude staff that dont know their XXX from a hole in the ground when you do need help. Hard to return from them for cash back refunds.

This is a lumberyard with more than just lumber. They sell Christmas decorations and gifts, and everything for refurbishing your house, inside and out. The help is helpful, and very pleasant. Well worth a visit.
