This store is OK. It's slow compared to small local pharmacy's. My ID was expired was one day and even tho I come there another, they wouldn't give me my medication. They are by the book, no exceptions. It seems sometimes there should be tho...

Haven't been inside the store in a while exclusively use the drive-thru with the pharmacy staff. Been going there for year's and the one pharmacist is very nice cordial helpful. Now a couple of the staff that work there technicians whatever they are they're miserable as hell and don't need to be in customer service, miserable narcissistic always got a frown on their face. I understand we don't expect you smile and sing Kumbaya all day but Lord if you don't want to work don't work. I not going to point people out because I'm sure people that go there all know exactly who I'm talking about.

As soon as we entered a nice young lady asked us if she could help us find anything, and since this was our first time to this store we really didn't know where what we were looking for would be. She directed us right where we needed to be! Very friendly and helpful - not something you see much of anymore, so it was very appreciated!

The associate (Tanaeya) at this Rite Aid went above and beyond. She was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She even assisted my husband by carrying one of the packages to the car.

Honestly it’s a hit or a miss. They are either rude or they are nice. I had one of the workers tell me if they could do my script the next day because she was too busy. If I didn’t work in healthcare I would never understand this. But on a personal level as a patient/customer this is unacceptable. You do not verbally tell a customer these exact words. They have the worse customer service I have ever seen and witnessed. Alice is an amazing pharmacist who I speak with numerous of times for 7-8 years now because I am a nurse in primary care. But most of the girls are rude. I honestly would use another pharmacy if my insurance didn’t have them as preferred. The services offered such as every vaccination are options, Covid testing available but you guys are a pharmacy first. Hire more staff if your so busy or hire people who can work at a faster pace. This by far is the worst rite aid and most unfriendly and I hear it from patients as well. This is coming from a medical stand point to a personal stand point.I urge that you guys make a change.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years. Since 2002. But recently the Pharmacy has been telling me that they don’t have my medication. Tells me to call back but then tell me that the medication isn’t here yet. But they can refill it later? I mean where are you getting the med if you don’t have them? This is so confusing and mess up. What the the heck is wrong with this place now?

This rite aid used to be very hit or miss. I feel the workers have gotten better over time as they used to be all miserable, now there are many friendly ones including the manager. Some prices are insanely overpriced (not this stores fault, its corporate), but they have great deals some times. I have got $1.99 24 packs of water when they had a sale. Hint:You must (or really should) sign up for there card, if you don't have it you are paying FULL retail prices on things). Store is always very clean and it's worth stopping into (they have a pretty good candy and some sugar free candy selection here)

Very Clean and well kept. Employees are always nice and polite. But not always very helpful, also this store seems to be one of the worst at restocking products. Don’t be a returning customer for your favorite product or food, chances are they will run out for weeks.

I love the drive through pharmacy. Anytime my Dr calls in my child's prescriptions or is ready by the time I drive there from the Drs office. They always have great sales on seasonal items and can supply any every day need.

I use the pharmacy here. It is by far the best pharmacy I have EVER used! The staff here has always been friendly and professional no matter what medication I was picking up.. And let's be honest some of the things we have to aquire are sometimes embarrassing when it comes to airing them to a stranger. Always a clean environment and they have almost everything I need.

Go to them for any pharmaceutical needs im sure they would more then love to be able to assist you in anyway possible!! Also very clean and neat store as well. This being the only decent drug store in town and the convince of getting mine and my family's RX's filled here, I find myself here often. Most items are overpriced, but if you see a BOGO grab it. Seasonal items are often recycled. If your purchasing strands of lights ask to plug then in b/f you leave b/c 9 times out of 10 they are old and don't work. They do have an easy exchange policy that's good for makeup as well. The pharmacy has always been helpful, but I don't think I gave ever seen more than 1 register open up front. If so there is no urgency for the cashiers to run up your order.

The pharmacist canceled my second booster because I asked to get the Pfizer dose, and her reasoning is that she doesn’t feel comfortable to give it to me because my previous shots were Moderna and told me to find somewhere else to get the vaccine, how ignorant and unprofessional despite the fact that I told that I’m a physician and according to the CDC guidelines mix and match is acceptable. Why does this store bother to offer western union? ??? I need to pick up my child support $$$ and they don't ever have 'enough in the till'... no matter what time of day I have tried picking it up. I'm real upset because its only $300 ... its chump change RA!

The people who work the pharmacy are the rudest people I ever dealt with they get mad if I have a coupon and have to wait a second till.i bring it up on my apt telling me they didn't carry a prescription and they did because I guess I was there at a busy time and they didn't feel like looking I just took my perscriprion some where else.there is a issue every time I go there just rude people
