Love, love, LOVE. The team here. We brought our almost 11 year kitty cat here for a check up and some other services and they were so kind and gentle with her. They answered all our questions from pet insurance to next steps moving forward. I will bring my pets here moving forward for any check ups, shots, etc. HIGHLY recommend bring your furry family here. They truly care!

Visited the clinic for the first time with my recently adopted cat and I really liked it. My late cats had a wellness plan at a different vet’s office and I wanted to try something different. I feel like I received exceptional veterinary care for such a reasonable price. I will be bringing her again for sure!

I absolutely love this clinic! I rescued a dog from a bad situation and was given the run around to what vet he's been too and given no records on him. Fortunately, PetWellClinic, was able to get him a physical and started him on getting him all updated on his shots so that I can take him to the groomer. As most groomers will not touch a dog without documentation of a rabies shot. There was a wait, as it was a Saturday morning, however the staff was so kind and efficient. They were definitely slammed but you could tell that they loved their job. Full of compassion for animals!! Everything you fear or unsure about, they put your mind at ease and helped you through this process. 10/10 and I have already started recommending animal lovers to this facility.

Dr. Thomas is an amazing vet! She is a wealth of knowledge and clearly loves her job. She saved our puppy Peggy after she had a vaccine reaction. She explained everything I needed to know and do (go to the emergency vet). I trust her with all my animals veterinary needs!

My service dog Josey needed to be seen today his anal gland he was very uncomfortable my vet could not see him till next week and I didn't want him to go another week being uncomfortable, So I heard about pet well clinic and decided to give it a try I was very pleased check in was nice and easy both Carla and Karlee were professional and knowledgeable. They reassured me as Josey being a service dog I could remain with my pet the entire visit. We will gladly come back again very reasonable price for the what they did. My dogs usually afraid of doctor's offices but they were so reassuring with him that he was really comfortable which in turn made me comfortable. Thank you ladies job well done.

Very convenient to set up appointment online and get in line . Staffing was awesome and very friendly with my boys Mosley and Hunter.) They also offer packages to keep from ala cart pricing. Speaking of pricing, they are allot less than the normal veterinary clinics and no surprises! Carla and Hanna were great to deal with!! We will definitely be back!!

Fabulous!!! Clean! Reasonably priced! Very open and fresh! The vet tech and the Dr were very patient with my girl. She is a German Shepherd that has always needed to be muzzled for vet appointments, but they were so patient and sweet to her that a muzzle was not necessary. We will definitely go back and make our permanent vet!

Went there on a Thursday night at 5:30 and they were so very nice and helped my cat so much. The experience was 100% wonderful and I couldn't recommend them more. I thought I would be in there for hours, and luckily was only there for a small amount of time. Great place and should I need urgent care again will most definitely go back.

I went in on 4/12/23 because my dogs ear was bleeding from an incident. I didn't know if they could help or not but it was my last resort, they couldn't help him. But they did try to bandage his ear for me with no luck. That's ok though his ears stick up, they tried when everyone else turned me away. They printed out a list of emergency vets in the area for me. All of the staff that I encountered today were very nice, friendly, helpful, all the kind words! I would highly recommend this place. So Aspen and I just want to say thank you!

This is a walk in clinic, and very convenient to have nearby. My vet was booked 4 months out. I know it’s walk in so wait times are to be expected.I arrived at 1045 am on a Saturday. They open at 11. I thought for sure I would be one of the first in line, since no one was waiting yet outside but I was number 9. Then I found out you could check in online, and there was no sign outside that said this so I wish I would of known.I ended up waiting in a queue of 17 patients after I sat down. They were telling new walk ins the wait could be 4-6 hours. My wait was 2 hours, since I got there early which is not bad at all. I am very glad I got there at 11 because the seats were full in a half hour. Many people were waiting in their cars, which is crazy with the heat.The staff was very nice, the owner came and had snacks and Dunkin’ Donuts gift cards to apologize for the wait. I was pleasantly surprised! Apparently that kind of wait is unheard of, which is good to hear.I would give this place 5 stars but the roof is metal so there was no phone reception or WiFi in the building. The wait room was full of people just staring at walls.If I knew this, I would of brought a book. It was rather boring waiting inside for hours, and not being able to play a game or compete work from my phone.The tv shows your place in line which is great in theory, but it wasn’t updated while I was there. I suggest keeping the board updated as patients go into rooms.I highly recommend they provide guest WiFi in the waiting room and add extra chairs for waiting. There is so much unused space and some clutter/extra stuff that can be removed to make room for more seating. At least 10 more seats. The keurig coffee machine on a table taking up a big area clearly hadn’t been used in months, it was covered in dust and had water buildup inside from no use.Other than that, it was an easy experience, affordable ($150 for an exam and antibiotic shot for an infected cut) and I would use them again.

I absolutely love PetWellClinic in general but the Robinson team was beyond fantastic. Mr Ozzy DeLoe needed to go in for routine vaccines and the vet tech who saw him was absolutely amazing. I wish I would have remembered her name but she was beyond amazing. She loved Mr. Ozzy and I was so glad to see he made an impact on her day too. Even when he happy tinkled she had no problem. She answered all of my questions and got us in and out quickly.

I am so thankful that the Pet Well Clinic is here! I have had my dog at the clinic about four times. She gets ear infections and suffers greatly with them. Walking into Pet Well and knowing that she will have relief is extremely comforting! They care very much about the animals and get right down on the floor with them. ThankYou Pet Well!

Since PetWellClinic is a walk in clinic, I expected to be waiting a long time before my pet was seen, but it was quite the opposite. After I completed putting in my information on the electronic device, they immediately escorted me into an exam room. They really kept things moving with other patients also. The front desk person was polite and friendly, as was the sweet young woman who did the prep work before the doctor came in. My cat who does not like to be around people was very calm and made comfortable. The doctor was very nice and informative, and gave me some very helpful advice. I was comfortable with the charges, and left feeling very good about this place. I will definitely bring my pets here again, and I will be telling my friends about my great experience.

A great clinic to take your pet, the staff is awesome and very friendly. They have treated both my cats now. I don't think I would take them anywhere else. The owner even brought in snacks because of the long wait, but it's worth the wait for this clinic. If I could give more stars I absolutely would. Thanks again to the staff, hope this review helps

I love this vet clinic! Dr. Hannah, Carla and Tara are amazing! Having a seriously ill pet is always dreadful. With their warm-hearted and affectionate care and support they brought Billy and me through the devastation of a terrifying time. We couldn't be in better hands! 😻It is a walk-in clinic and if you don't want to wait with your pet you can easily check-in online and see how many pets are waiting. Super organized and of course highly recommended😺

I have an EXTREMELY anxious 1 year old Pit Bull mix who has recently had a bad experience at a previous vet. As someone who is very anxious who takes care of my pup, I carefully read the reviews of local clinics and came across Pet Well Clinic right in Robinson Twp. Needless to say, they exceeded my expectations! They were extremely calm and tended to my pets needs as he takes a bit of time to warm up to people. Not only did they treat my pet with love, care and kindness they also took their time while working with the owner and their pet instead of feeling rushed and on a time crunch (something we’ve experienced at our previous vet.) I will definitely go back to this clinic and I suggest if you have an anxious pup take them here. They will work with their needs. I never expected my boy to be so calm at a vet. I am very thankful for those who worked with him.

This place is absolutely great. I am terrible about making appointments so their business model fits my Lifestyle. Their web page allows me to see my pets’ medical history, reminds me when they need vaccines, and, more importantly, allows me to get in line before I leave my house.The staff have always been knowledgeable and friendly. I use them as my primary vet and have no plans to change any time soon.

Unexpectedly added another kitten to my crew and decided to try out this clinic. Dr. Thomas is great and she spent time answering all of my questions. Carla is awesome and always pleasant. Very reasonably priced and convenient. Will be bringing all of my cats here in the future.

My experience here was excellent. My cat stopped eating randomly for a couple of days and this pet clinic location was able to help and resolve the issue.Pros: it wasn’t by appointment only.they weren’t booked weeks ahead.I came in and left with medication for my cat in about two hours, even with a couple people ahead.I was rather impressed. The vet tech was super sweet, had a great personality when talking about Jasper and I appreciated the laughs. the tech and the doc both asked and confirmed the situation and what’s been observed, and they were able to provide a solution. My cat is eating and has his appetite back.$65 office visit, plus medications. Very satisfied.I’ll surely bring Jasper back in the future.

I have taken my 90 lb American Bulldog here twice for acute care needs (GI infection and ear infection) and both times I have had excellent care from both the doctor and the technicians. They have been accommodating to my dog's special needs as he has some anxiety around visits which is not the easiest to handle in a big dog. The doctor is especially great with her assessments and getting my dog to cooperate without feeling anxious. Everyone is professional and kind, and it's obvious they care about your pet's wellness.

I recently visited the Robinson location with my cat. She is terrified of the vet's office and is not afraid to show her discomfort. I was pleasantly surprised in the care and compassion that the PetWell's team showed her. Although my cat is a handful, they made this visit so simple and a great experience for both of us.
