My girlfriend went in for a coffee and she found some zagging up bars we were elated it's hard to find them anywhere but they're nice people that work up there in Kennedy Plaza and the stores never that busy and the prices are really good especially for the coffee

I don’t know why this business continues to change its hours on Google to closing at 10 pm. They have a sign that says 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Frequently they aren’t even open until then. Today they were closed by 7:00. I think management has changed again so hopefully things will start to get better, but the incorrect hours on Google and the randomly closing (the other day they closed at 2pm) is really frustrating.

This place is filthy, no product actually on shelves, most is sitting on carts blocking the aisle. Pretty sure they have one person at a time working and the girl who is there today looks absolutely miserable and who can blame her. I didn't even buy anything I just left because it's a dirty nasty disaster in that store.

Tried to go in there for some cute Christmas decor gifts. The place was a disaster. I could barely walk down the aisles. There were boxes everywhere. The shelves were lined with products still in the boxes and not taken out to display. The floor was disgusting like it needed a good scrubbing. So gross. I used to pop in here on my break when I worked close. They really let the place go since then. I hear it’s like this at most Dollar Generals now.

small, crowded, unorganized. **** Update: they just reorganized the layout of the store and it makes way more sense. The floor plan flows like a traditional supermarket so it's just easier to navigate isle by isle. I hope this helps employees keep the shelves more organized. Though there were trolleys of merchandise blocking a few isles during my visit.

I was making small talk with a cashier about delta 8 thc vapes and the troubles I'd had with the police that had brought me into the neighborhood. . . I was there to talk to the magistrate and chief of police after my apartment was broken into, and the police would not listen to my report. He started talking over me and telling me that delta 8 thc is illegal, and when I corrected him he banned me from the store. He actually chased me out of the store, screaming at me something about the police. I went back in and talked to the district manager, apperantly, and she told me that the ban would hold, there was nobody higher than her to talk to, and she wouldn't hear any of the things I had to say about it.

Went inside a few weeks ago and I thought I was going to throw up in the middle of the store. It had a super strong cigarette smell like someone had been chain smoking. I checked out quickly and the staff was nice, but I wouldn't want to go in again. It was hard to find what I needed and the store was a wreck. Now they're closed for health code violations....I hope the store gets turned around because it's helpful for the people of Cori

It's always a great experience when the young lady that was working this morning is there. She's very kind and we'll mannered. Unlike the short blonde that you can't ask a question without her cutting you short or having attitude. And I believe she's supposed to be a manager. She should take a lesson from the young girl that was working this morning. I don't know her name but she is very nice. 7/22/2020

Every time I've been here it hasn't been too busy and the staff was always friendly. However the place is very cluttered which makes it more difficult to find what you're looking for. Then again you might find something you didn't know you need by looking through everything! I wouldn't personally buy certain perishable items, since it's not too clean, even some of the beauty products seem to be old. To their defense if you take into account that there is probably many disrespectful customers who don't care what happens to the items or any order for anyone who might come in after them it's not surprising that it's a mess.

This store has made loads and loads of progress. It used to be that you could not walk down the isles because their were boxes everywhere. In the Past few months however it has been quite a place to shop. The layout is easy to understand but you can still only fit one cart between the rows.

One of the dirtiest stores I have ever been to. I have seen bugs in the store when I was there. Random piles of merchandise thrown around the store. Prices being more when you get to the cash register than what they were on the shelf. I agree with the other reviewer about the insane claustrophobia while you are in there. And the workers are extremely unfriendly. I go to the cash market or up to dollar tree in Leetsdale when I need my basic groceries. Pass on this place, you'll be happy you did.

That store is a mess! Everything is in the aisles waiting to be put on the shelves. Things in the shelves on the floor everywhere. And the floor is horribly dirty. They need to get a manager in there to get that straightened up. Or possibly maybe hire additional workers?

It's a decent little store. Small and cramped, but a moderate selection of cleaning, bath, food, gift and office products. Not the best reputation for cleanliness but it has improved some from what I remember. Prices are reasonable in most cases.

I'm only going to speak on my visits within the past 5 months cause I didn't visits much until I moved to coraopolis. First off I want to say all my experience with the employees have been great with a few exceptions. Everytime me and my daughter go there they especially make her feel good and that's the most important thing. The last month and a half the store was closed I almost went broke trying to afford anything the cash mart. See my review of that place lol. I agree place is crammed and can't defend their being bugs or whatever else, I never seen them. I do want to say I've personally watch kids and even adults steal from the place, touch, move or just plain old disrespect the store and merchandise. Unfortunately these stores don't pay the employees well enough to deal with alot of the stuff I just mentioned and can't possibly blame them for seeming alittle grumpy having to watch this happen daily and having to go fix it. No manager I've ever had would be able to fully motivate me to enthusiastic about it. I just thank God the place is back open and as long as it is I will support it unconditionally.

This location was shut down for some time due to a rat infestation (the rat urine was found to have soaked thru boxes and bags of food and there was rat feces all over the back room). Grooooosssssss! Nonetheless, when it opened back up we expected the previous employees to be gone but they weren't! Who keeps employees like that?? However, the newly reopened store was super clean and stocked and there weren't any giant roller racks of products blacking entire sections of the store like before. Fast forward to just a few months later. Half of the store isnt stocked at any given time and the giant racks of products are back to blocking sections of the store! Not to mention theres a new person at the checkout every single time I go in now and I never see the previous ones. Weird. Anyways, I now do my best to avoid going into DG.

If I could give this zero stars I would. If you are claustrophobic DO NOT visit this store. Each isle has as many items shoved in them as they can. Display cases fall over from overloading there are always boxes in the aisles, carts , Dolly's and loaders with more stuff to shove on the shelfs. It's constant. Why do they offer carts when the carts can barely fit in down or around the aisles? The "discount" isle resembles remnants of a hurricane. The cashiers don't speak they "grunt".

Does it matter what time of day are you go in there you're going to spend 20 minutes in line. There might be three or four people working in the store and apparently only one on the register acceptable the line that goes near to the back of the store. Always disorganized, always messy, and never appropriately staffed.

Terribly cluttered store. You can't find anything as you need to squeeze through overstocked merchandise. The manager is more concerned about talking about comic Con than helping customers. There's a good reason they were shut down due to health code violations

It's a Dollar Store but they really need to free up room to be able to walk in the isle. You can barely ever get drinks from the coolers because so much stuff is stacked in front of it.

The guy that works the register (don't know his name but he has long black hair and plays music on his phone while he works) is the rudest check out clerk I've ever encountered.. He doesn't greet you or thank you for your business and he acts like you're bothering him when you approach the counter. While you stand there being treated like a nuisance, you have to listen to his choice of music playing on his cellphone speaker,, haha.. I'm not sure how much Dollar General values their customer's,, but I would advise the Manager of the store to replace this guy immediately, or transition him to a position where he does NOT deal with customers..

You couldn't even walk down any of the isles. There were carts blocking every row. I walked out with absolutely nothing and I only went in for sun block and a raft. Couldn't find anything.🤬😡

Well, Dollar General isn't the same place everywhere . Surely similar items, similar prices . But not precisely the same . But this one seems well stocked for the society around . Now nothing fancy, just simplistic needs are available , BUT FOOD ! 😃. When you just gotta get what you just gotta get ! Yeah those floors get nasty because SO MUCH foot traffic ! And yeah stained . . Probably because so many shoppers, eh ? Just find it HORRIFYING when folk steal from them though - HEY ! They’re serving the whole society here ; just quit taking from your neighbors like that ! 😤

None of the workers wear mask when it’s says on the door please wear a mask in this facility. The place is filled with boxes and carts you can barely get around. Closed when it says specifically on their schedule they are open until 10 pm. The workers are rude and very slow.
