The store is ok, but the price of the phones are too expensive and I've bought 2 phones from them and both were broken when bought they couldn't help me and told me to buy a new phone

This store has a worker Lina V shes amazing she went above and beyond with cell phones and plans for us all she was friendly very helpful and knowledgeable. We were blessed to get her service! Cricket should be honored to have her represent their company. She made our drive so worth while. Thank u so very much for all ur time and help. Also bring quarters with u they have off street parking and u need to pay meters the old fashioned way coins only.

Great service. Lina was a huge help with getting my phone updated. I lack the skills, but she walked me step by step and made sure that I understand what was needed to be done. She has helped me several times in the past. Even when she's busy helping other customers, she takes a quick second to always greet me and to let me know that she would be with me as quickly as possible. She's one of the best sales person I have had the pleasure to deal with

We visited this particular store, after we where told bring the phone to unblocked, well we walked in and the irksome worker never greeted us nor made eye contact. After we waited for more than fifteen minutes we asked how long is going to take care us? . The attendant replied what you need instead he should said “ Can I help you” we told that we wanted to unblocked the phone and he said the don’t unblocked phones I replied yes you do . Well if someone in store knew what that heck are doing I assuredly tell you I will be wasting my time. Not only had to put with his customer service skills , he started helping another customer and ignored us.Thanks God I use T-Mobile .

The worst customer service in the history of America, so this lady that works in the store lost my service because she tried to judge me because I choose to put my cell phone in my alias name because I do not trust the government, so she judging me off of that and was pretending that I was some type of scam or something like girl I don't have to have my phone in my name just open my service and fix it, weird she was acting as if she was not a minority just like me like girl you're not even from here the government don't even care about you either 💯 don't you ever frown down on me honey like you're high and mighty honey I'm a mother if anything your Foreigners scam that's more than anybody else 💯

Anup was very helpful in given me choices to help with my issue of needing more storage. There were two suggestions a new phone with a bigger GB or a sim card. My mother's phone charger caught her phone on fire, (nothing too serious, she caught it right away) the guys working were very helpful and friendly while finding her a new phone! Also her charger port did not work and they couldn't transfer everything from her old phone to the new one, so we bought a memory card and the guy spent 2 or more days transferring everything from the old phone to the memory so she could put the memory card into the new phone and keep everything!
