First visit to this Giant because they have gas pumps and my grocery shopping is almost exclusively geared towards Rewards Points for...said gas pumps. Cramped produce section, rest of the store is spacious. Typical Giant.

This store is like a Chinese open market! Very few employees, they keep rearranging the shelves and play guessing games with prices, it’s filthy, and MANY items are very much expired. The absolute worst store I’ve ever seen and I have lived up and down the east coast. Time for change for customers rather than the damned employees…I called the FDA and was told that they waste no time investigating reports like this.

My local Shopping Center. People are always kind and courteous and very nice to. very helpful when you need help outside about a month ago my vehicle battery died and I have anxiety issues with dealing with people in general but I went inside and got the person who runs the front end I guess ask them if somebody could give me a jump start they searched around they even called over the intercom for somebody to help; they took the effort above and beyond because at the end they got somebody that I worked it at stores come out and jump start my vehicle took a while because my battery is old and they helped me out. Thank you for the help out the people that work at night realize how much you meant to me will help cuz I do struggle with dealing with you. Thank you

This particuliar Giant seperates itself from the competition with it's product diversity, & it's determination to make shopping easier for their clientele! There is online ordering & in-store pick, self check machines, there is even an inside robot performing functions!

Selection and prices aren’t bad. Gave Giant a second chance after issues at the Whitehall location, but the consistent issue is the “we can’t help” attitude from the management staff. The best is asking me who helped me prior so one manager can get another in trouble. I’ll go elsewhere.

Giant has what you want and then some. I find more than groceries at Giant. I find the plants in season to plant. Cosmetics and Hair needs there too. And for the evening I find my wine so I can relax. The prices are competitive. But most importantly, the meat is fresh. I go to Giant always for the meat in the meat isle and in the deli. The meat is always fresh.

Deli was so crowded. And they were training someone. Not the time our place for that. Also no cash payments taken lately. Why? No explanation given. One positive from my last visit. Cashier when I finally got to one was very friendly

I really love this location, but I have to give 3 stars, due to my experience at the deli counter, due to the fact that the last 2 times I went the person who was there was absolutely miserable, I could hear him complaining under his breath like it was a hassle to help me. I'll get my meats elsewhere otherwise a great experience 95% of the time.

I stopped in for some lunch meat and cheese quick and the deli attendant was quite disgruntled about the severe lack of coverage in the department. There were three other customers behind me and a few kiosk orders to complete as well. I felt for him, so I cut my order short. I was impressed by his professionalism under the circumstances.

May 20, 2023 shopped at Giant (Coplay). I would like to commend and recognize the cashier Makayla. Her exceptional customer service and personality made my visit extremely pleasurable. She went above and beyond ensuring that all of my food order was bagged with care. Always great for last minute groceries or a large order. Food is always fresh with shelves stocked all day. Prices are competitive and they participate with flash food to stop waste.
