This is a newer Wawa that we pass by frequently, so we stop by pretty often. It's often very full, but they do a good job of getting everyone in and out. The store is always very clean too and the parking lot is very large.

Overnight crew at this location consistently absolutely */crushing it/* in all departments - CS 💯, food 💯, just the best Wawa all the time every time. Witness: picture-perfect custom burger at 3AM, looking like a dang magazine ad and twice as tasty. Tombstone Salads (ie smashing ALL the options) never disappoint, always fresh, delicious, and packed so tight you’ll wonder how the lid stays on… All hail to the Queen of Rt. 309, the standard by which all other Wawas should be judged 🙌🙏✌️

Stopped for coffee after a drive back from the Poconos. Used the bathrooms first, 2 UNISEX bathrooms? Not a good idea.People waiting to use them. Once inside the bathrooms, we were shocked at how dirty they were! We were never in a Wawa with such disgraceful bathrooms. Filthy floor, toilet paper lying around, some looked used, stained toilet. Was this ever cleaned recently? Why only 2 unisex single bathrooms and more importantly, why so filthy? After seeing the condition of the 2 bathrooms. We left, afraid to order ANY food there. Shocking and a shame as it is relatively new and never saw other Wawas in this condition!WHO IS IN CHARGE OF KEEPING THIS STORE CLEAN?

Very poorly run Wawa and I've given it several chances. Usually Wawa's are well run. No soap in bathrooms. Only two, single use bathrooms with always a line of people waiting. Food service very slow. Not the workers' fault. They're doing their best I'm sure, but maybe understaffed. Floors not clean. Disappointing Wawa.

I was looking forward to trying the new spicy chicken sandwich...only to discover it is the Spicy chicken sandwich from Hell! Disturbingly seasoned with hotdog favored powder blend that was not remotely spicy, this sandwich offers no redeeming qualities and is an embarrassment to its namesake. Avoid!

They have ethanol free gas at some pumps. They do have beer but the selection is pretty limited.

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with Wawa. My wife and I stopped at the location on Rt. 309 in Coopersburg at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday morning for coffee and a snack. They weren't busy, only two people who were together ordering from the kiosk and three employees that I could see. I went to the coffee station to get my drink, however, as I tried to fill my cup found my first two choices were empty. My wife asked a lady who was at the self checkout counter fumbling with the tape if they had any more hazelnut or holiday blend and she said, "No, it's not made." So I tried every other carafe and to my surprise found every one of them empty! No Coffee at Wawa! This time I went to the same lady and asked her for any coffee and her reply was, "There are only three of us working and we haven't had time to make it". Keep in mind there was one employee at a register with no customers, the lady my wife and I spoke to who was still fumbling around the self check out kiosk, and an employee making the food orders who was the only one actually working. I was amazed that she didn't even offer to make ANY coffee, and simply dismissed us and went back to fumbling with the tape and chatting with the other employee at the register. Additionally, no other customers had entered the store so there was plenty of opportunity to correct the short coming. I'm appalled at the complete lack of any customer service and the dismissive attitude of the employee. We left empty handed and went down the road to spend our money at a competitors store, Turkey Hill, where we found what we were looking for. My family patronizes Wawa on a daily basis but will be giving serious thought to future purchases if this is the direction the company is moving in customer service. If I could have given "0" as a rating I would have.

Ordered a hot breaded chicken hoagie in store. Came out ice cold except the chicken strip. When I asked an employee what makes the hot hoagie hot they offered to have it remade. The employees on the line thought it was hilarious and stupid. They were muttering and laughing and it sounded like one said, "make it so it gives third degree burns". I'm giving three stars because I know kind people work here, but thanks for making a customer feel like garbage for asking if a hot sandwich should be hot. If I wanted cold, I'd make a sandwich at home.

This has to be the worst wawa I have ever been to. Disgusting. The sandwich was old. I could not believe it and the workers are racist! Don't even bother go eat the McDonald's next door. !!!!!!

Great new Wawa ! However when we stopped in to get our smoothies the line to the bathroom was out into the store. The two restrooms with a stall a piece were dirty. Why would you build a new store with the minimum of restroom facilities ? I would travel to another store to have my needs met.

I’m disgusted that Wawa would treat its customers this way. Just suddenly taking items off their menu? And for what, to make room for burgers? This isn’t even the first time. Sorry for making a company review on this one particular Wawa location.At this particular location, I would say that they’re probably 2/5 stars. It’s a new location, but that doesn’t excuse the rude employees and how they’re constantly running out of things. Whether it be food ingredients, prepackaged products, or coffee stuffs; there is always something they’re missing that I specifically went for. We just got home too and found out that they didn’t even bother to put the chicken into a chicken cheesesteak sandwich we ordered. What a mess.

Don’t go here past 8 on a weekday night if you expect quick service or any help. Went shortly before 9 last night and ordered two burgers and two lemonades. There were about 7-8 other people waiting for food and only one poor employee making the food. She was wearing a blue shirt and was doing her best and I appreciate that. But after several minutes waiting for our drinks I had to go to the cashier (and interrupt his weird obnoxious chant/throat singing) and ask if someone was doing drinks and he went into the office behind the counter to ask the employee who I assume was supposed to be doing drinks to actually do his job. He said he was done at 9 but it was about 8:50. Shame on the managers for just hanging out in the office instead of having their employees do their job and helping the only person actually working and making food. Hopefully things get better

Had multiple bad orders here, always out of food items, poor service. Today they forgot one of our salads and when we drove all the way back to get it after going home, the salad was half full and barely anything in it. Hate to say it but worst wawa I've been to.

Ordered a cheesesteak at the kiosk then was told by the staff there’s no beef steaks so I said use meatballs instead. Halfway through they miraculously found steaks so they asked if I wanted my original order instead but since they already started the meatball and I was on a short lunch break I said no I’ll just take the meatball. Went to the car to find the bread had smashed avocado all over it and the meatballs fell off my sandwich into the floor of my truck. I threw it away and went in to order a cheesesteak that I originally wanted. I told the guy my sandwich was terrible I threw it away…I was not offered anything in return or as a replacement. I went to McDonald’s instead. Terrible experience this time around

I visited tonight 7/28 and after ordering some food I lost my card. Spent almost an hour looking for it when an employee swooped in and saved the day. I had help from 2 other employees and I can’t express my gratitude, I’m over the moon happy. Thank you!

For a new wawa it seems like the new design isn't working. There are not enough rest rooms and people are confused by only two rooms for anyone. The pipes also look corroded. All this creates long lines of dancing confused people. There was also only one person working register. The self check out was over crowded with stuff to recognize.

Wawa's are typically one size fits all, however, this location is a disappointment. Every time I visit this particular location, the deli employees are using foul language within earshot of customers & their kids, on their phones, and generically put, look to be miserable. This location is seriously lacking leadership. Shame because it's still so new.
