Good selection. They do not carry my favorite Drink spindrift like other Giant stores in the area which is a bummer. They do have a good selection and a good organic isle with lots of vegan and gluten free options. It's always quick to check out with the self service checkout and the service counter is very responsive and helpful when I have issues. The gas rewards are worth it for us as we shop here often and it's a nice touch to get money off the gas.

It's giant, sale prices are good prices. Tasty deli and sushi and sometimes hotbar. Most employees don't care, same as most customers hah.

Seems understaffed...most shopping carts out in the lit rather than in the store, cart wipes not refilled, NO regular checkers, only aelf-checkout available. I mostly shop at Giant and am generally satisfied, but it disappoints occasionally. Fill the cart wipe dispenser!!

I had reviewed this store once before because of the amount of expired items I’d find on the shelves (including dairy) and was probably a little too harsh so I deleted that one but I’d like to note a very frustrating issue that I find not just here and not even just at Giant stores - why are there separate sections for organic and non-organic foods? It’s so ridiculous - why not just have two different stores then? In my opinion, all food should be organic but we’d have to go back at least 100 years - before mass food manufacturing, heavy pesticide use, factory farming and development of genetically modified organisms for food crops and livestock feed. The majorly confusing thing is that some things are in the organic foods section and some aren’t. So for instance if you need organic canned pumpkin (we feed to our dogs so we buy it often), you can first look in the “organic foods” section but won’t find it there. So then you have to make your way to the canned vegetables and there you can find it. It’s almost as though when Giant first started stocking organic foods, they didn’t think it would be many products, so they just made a little section and now that more and more people want organic products, they don’t know what to do with it all so it’s haphazardly stocked in two different spots in the store making it totally inefficient and frustrating to shop. It would be much appreciated if Giant stores re-organized and got rid of separate “organic sections”.

Love this Grocery Store!! BUT....I bought a Bag of Cluster Crab Legs for 45.00 dollars 5/6 days ago and the person whom answered the phone told me with no receipt they cannot replace the bag of bad crab legs. I didn't know they were bad until I made them for my Family two days later so, as you see I threw out the receipt and how it was taped I had to rip the sticky receipt off of the bag to even open it up so that got trashed too so I had nothing to show for it but I'm very disappointed that they were bad because it was probably Frozen thawed out a couple of times before it was even displayed before I bought it I didn't know it just was a disgusting a phone call and got denied......Everybody I know around me shops there and it just seems to me that when everybody said that they would honor it and I got denied it was such a disappointment again that's the only reason for the four stars are not five I'll never buy seafood like that again there and it's a shame because I shop two to four times a week there. I will still shop there for other things but never again on the crab legs. I'm only expressing my concern because it was a very disappointing$45 I spent for nothing 😭.

Very expensive. You have to be careful with their fresh veggies. They tend to go bad quickly. The meat is good but overpriced. It's best to get it when it's on sale. If not, there are stores in the area with just as good of meat at cheaper prices.

Only problem I tend to come across here is certain produce items I’m looking for not being in stock and having to drive to another store to get them. After my last visit though I found out once I got home that they had sold me a 6 month old jar of Nature’s Promise cashew butter! I understand that canned and jarred goods can be safe past their best used by date but I personally am not going to take the risk of consuming something that is 6 months past the best if used by date.

Prices are higher than most places on a lot of stuff, and they don't have a lot of what I look for. Digital coupons need work so they can be downloaded and used immediately. What about older folk or visually impaired who can't use them. Seems unfair. But the staff there is top notch and the store is clean. So, I will utilize that store more often.

This is a review of Giant Direct (order pick-up) from this location. Ordering online from this location is not worth it. There are always issues. Things are listed as “out-of-stock” on your pickup while being available in-store. (Pickers can’t find something or don’t feel like looking will just mark things an unavailable - this was told to me first-hand from a prior employee). Produce isn’t always fresh. They forget bags when loading (has happened multiple times).For example, tonight we went and picked up an order only to get home and be missing a bag. When we went back to pick up the missing bag, we went inside to find alternatives for items listed as “out-of-stock” and found multiples of the originally requested items sitting on the shelf. Not newly restocked either. It’s frustrating and not a time saver.

Clean and easy to navigate. Everything was well stocked and convenient. Love the deli self serve order system that lets you put your order in and then walk away to keep shopping! Pulled up the store location on my phone to find the exact aisles I needed. Self check out was smooth and easy. This giant felt in touch with modern conveniences and I always love that. I was in and out with no fuss and will definitely be back.

This Giant is the only one with a well stocked organic skin care section, even though it's not large by any means. They do carry Avalon Organics skin care products, which I love, so I make a trip to this Giant every now & then for them. Neither Quakertown Giant carries Avalon Organics.

Yes, a strong recommendation for this friendly supermarket. Prices are compatible and choices are there for everyone.Staff team are good. My young cashier seems new but friendly and got help speedily from customer's service nicely 👍 I will go again.I'm new to this part of the world and shopping in this Giant for the 1st time.

I being disabled did not receive the help they are suppose to provide to have food delivered. The websites are not up to date. Three shopping orders online went no where. 2 phone calls,waiting , no call back to have food delivered. He took all my information like they were going to help me and never did.I was told it was my phone to reboot and start over.just to be behind 11 other callers. Atrocious!!!!
