This truly is one of the worst CVS in the country. The pharmacy is never properly staffed & be prepared to wait for a long time in-store & especially in the drive-through. Hoping Walgreens comes to the area soon as CVS continues to be mismanaged in Coopersberg.

Overall store - NOT a friendly environment. Not professional. Not efficient. Pharmacy workers calls out/speak out loud of other customer’s medication(s) disregarding for privacy. Unwilling to provide appropriate help; especially when “busy” which I think it’s steady. I would give negative stars if I was able to. Will consider relocating.

I go here for my meds & personals for I do not drive & the closest to my home, in which I still have to Uber. Meds never ready in a timely fashion. Parmacy staff is rude beyond rude. Pharmacy staff is disrespectful & instead of problems solving they blame you. Pharmacy staff will embarrassing break HIPPA laws & call out the name of your meds loud & clear, plus very obviously judge you for what you are prescribed. And let's not forget to mention the annoying "beauty care" lady who follows you & eye on you like your stealing. I could go on & on & this place NEEDS to be shut down. I was even given the wrong meds on more than one occasion for what prescribed

Wonderful and very helpful team! I was looking everywhere for Glamlite’s Chucky Collection and Deb was nice enough to hold the palette for me till I was able to get to the store very later in the day near closing. When I arrived to the store, V went above and beyond by going to the back of the store to get me the rest of what I was looking for! I attached a photo of the goodies that I can’t wait to make so many Halloween/Fall makeup looks with! Very happy customer and I will definitely be returning to this location!

My family and I have gotten all our covid shots/boosters there. Easy to make an appointment online and they always take us within minutes of our appointment time. Pharmacy staff is great and so is the staff at checkout. Always willing to help you out!

Appears appointments mean nothing to these people. Checked in and have been sitting here waiting. They called someone in that checked in after me. This is all after having my appointment, set for today, canceled on me at another CVS location. Depending how this goes, I may never step foot in another CVS ever again.

It is really a shame. The majority of the employees in this store are truly wonderful and helpful. There is one particular employee in the pharmacy that is just so down right rude, not only to customers but also other staff. I have had an issue with her for a long time now- today when I went into the store, I asked a simple question, at which point she was very nasty and standoffish. I asked the pharmacist, who then asked the same employee a question. The employee snapped at the pharmacist. I have witnessed her being nasty to other customers as well. I have started using the drive through, as said employee does not commonly work the drive through (specifically to avoid her). Unfortunately I had to enter the store today and yet again, she was rude. I will likely change pharmacies, I should not have to avoid an employee who is customer facing just to avoid being spoken to the way she does.

In recent months every time I go to this CVS to pick up a prescription or get a covid test everyone I have Encountered is very rude, passive aggressive with their replies and not friendly. It doesn’t matter if I show up with a smile and genuine conversation regarding my visit. In September my covid testing for travel was canceled after office hours the night before my testing and I was left trying to figure out where to get one in short notice- no one cared to help me find a place to get a test. I believe pharmacy staff should have empathy and kindness because you don’t know what people are dealing with in their everyday lives.

If I could post zero I would pharmacy staff are rude, lie and not helpful. I was told meds would be ready and when I get there they say they don’t have any. Why would no one let me know earlier. Also said they were picking up phone all day and I was on hold for 20 minutes with no pick. They blamed me and said I was disrespectful. 2nd time this has happened

Haven’t previously had issues here but the CVS pharmacy service has declined. Whoever I spoke with today was extremely rude. I value customer service and work in that industry so to not get simple respect and receive attitude when I call about my prescription when I’m obviously ill is unacceptable. A hello and goodbye goes a long way. Hanging up on a customer is so wrong.

CVS Coopersburg, Cindy helped me get a needed Tetanus shot I needed. 2 other pharmacies just told me I had to register on lune or their shortenedhours were closing before I could get out of work. Cindy helped me get what I needed.

Scheduled a COVID test for upcoming travel. Had a great experience at the perkasie CVS but Im closest to Coopersburg so I booked it. They confirmed my appointment the day before so I thought, great, I’ll have the test done tomorrow in time for my flight. Well, they cancelled my test two hours before my appointment leaving me no time to schedule my test at a different CVS cause all of the appointments were taken for the day (obvs). Ended up paying for a test at LVHN in time to fly. Luckily I have the means but for people relying on these free tests, look elsewhere cause this CVS will keep you hanging til the last minute. Apparently one of the employees was supposed to cancel the tests days ago and never did. Not a cute experience

Such a rude and unhelpful staff. They will tell you one thing and then do the other. Also, don’t bother calling unless you want to spend your day on hold. They also like to pick up the phone when you’re on hold, and hang up on you. It’s unbelievable that whoever manages this pharmacy still has a job.

Most trips to CVS end in frustration due to rude, inattentive, and argumentative staff, For example, Georgenat the pharmacy was slow (asking 2-3 times for the same information) and clearly inconvenienced by having to work the register.Nice refreshed layout, but prices and customer service still dismal (save Barbara at the front end). Signage is misleading at worst and confusing at best, with multiple offers taped over the original shelf pricing. It seems that not all discounts are loaded to all registers, as some BOGO offers only available at the front or self checkout. Same product has no populated offers at the pharmacy register.

Got my summer camp physical here, the price was very reasonable and the service was very friendly and professional. They were a bit overscheduled, but they seems to be the norm in Healthcare as corporations try and squeeze what they can out of their workforce.The excellent service and reasonable price made it worth the extra wait however.

Went to clinic with a bad gout flare up.Told Dr. My flare ups last 5 to 7 days after taking meds.I was prescribed 3 days of meds and can not get in contact with,or get a refill!! It's an anti inflammatory drug for crying out loud and the gout is back with a vengeance! Will never recommend anyone to go there! $ scam!!

I agree with you. Just went to pick up my moms script and no signs to let me know which lane was for scripts. Tech ignored me for about 5-10 minutes then accused me of knocking the sign over. Soo rude! I get my scripts at CVS in Emmaus and they are great!!

Edit: I canceled my auto prescription and they are still filling those and call every day.... I decided never ever go there againThis is 2nd or 3rd time they always had issue with my prescription. I gets message ready for pickup .. This time I prepaid for prescription so I dont have to wait , got message it's ready for pickup but still same. They told me can't scan pickup barcode because its crashing their computer... Spend more then 5 min and they said issue with computer or my account it may take another 15 min... so I went home 2nd day called before i go there.. person I talked to found that and aware of the things happened with me so it was little quick. But she told me that it going to happen all time with my account so I may have to tell them and then it will take another 10-15... that's mean I am hoping to another cvs were I dont have to wait and pickup from drive through or totally buy buy to cvs.

I've tried to get in touch with the pharmacy for a week and nobody picks up. Had a question why they were charging me for a prescription that I've never paid on before. Transferred all of my prescriptions to the Quakertown location and they told me that there's no copays. Ridiculous and rude people at the pickup window also.

Had symptoms of cellulitis and needed an antibiotic immediately. They were closed at 6:30 on a Saturday evening. I can see if it was after 9pm but 6:30pm?? Luckily husband was on same antibiotic so took his. Isn’t pharmacy their bread and butter?

Some folks are somewhat decent .. however, it's the bad apples that truly taint one's experience here. ( The gray-haired lady in the pharmacy is consistently particularly unpleasant👎)

Phone is always busy when one calls. The pharmacy is clearly understaffed creating stress on the staff. Very unsafe to receive medications from that type of condition. I took most of my business elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. Sat on hold for over 30 minutes! Will not be going to this cvs if they can't even pick up the phone I can't imagine what the customer service is like.
