***What a Joke***Was new to the area looking for a Vet. Saw this place had good reviews. My first impression was this place is outdated dingy waiting room and Tx rooms. Had me waiting over 45mins past my appt. Gave them the benefit of the doubt due to the place being close to home. Schedule an appointment for my other dog. Bought him in to find out that my appointment was canceled without a text message or a phone call. Front desk folks are not friendly. They look miserable when they come out to get my dog. On April 20 I placed an order through Chewy for flea and tick prevention. Today is May 1 and they still have not faxed over the prescription. I called them three times. The first lady that answered the phone clearly stated to me that was not her job. This place is a joke and everyone that works there, including the Vet. I will take my five dogs and cat to Berwick where they’re more professional and care for the animals. Not just $$$

Disappointed in this vet center. My dog was lost for two and a half weeks. Once we found her on a Sunday, I wanted her to be seen by her vet to make sure everything was okay with her. They couldn’t get her in until the following week on Thursday. I didn’t except to be seen the day I called but I expected within that week not nine days later. Such a let down knowing that your vet doesn’t care about your dog.

The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I've been to 4 other vets and finally found a vet that knows what she's doing. My dog was showing serious issues according to these other vets that pretty much did nothing. Especially the last one I went to. I'm more confident in this vet than any of the others!

My dog Sadie had her teeth cleaned at Brookhill Animal Hospital. They did such a SUPER JOB. I am a retired Dental Hygienist and could not believe how clean Sadie's teeth are. Great veterinarians and staff. Excellent care for your pets.

I switched from Rush Veterinary and am so glad I did. The techs at Brookhill are pleasant and Vet Tony Domday is informative and friendly. My Golden Retriever, Ollie needed a small mass removed from his lip and Rush quoted the removal and testing at $700. Brookhill did the same job at a fraction of the cost. If you love your pets like family, this is where you want your animals to be seen.

They are great facility awesome doctors. If I had anything to say that could be fixed is I feel like the deal in bulk of animals which I’m sure cuts cost but on the other end I feel like they lose sight of there customers for that personal touch that most people like.

They are always exceptionally friendly, reasonably priced and take the most incredible care of our fur babies. A kitten was brought to me that was found on the side of the road. It seemed to have a broken leg. We scheduled an appointment right away to have her looked at. Dr. Zehner said we had 2 options because of how badly it was broken, she could have her leg amputated and grow to live a normal life without since she was so young or we could try for pins and surgery to repair it. Dr Zehner was able to save her leg, the surgery was successful, you could never even tell she had any broken bones and she is thriving! Highly recommend!

I have been dealing with this caring, compassionate, loving, patient, and overwhelmingly kind facility for years now during all different stages of my Rottweilers lives. Doctor Tony Domday has gone above and beyond for my fur babies, and I mean above and beyond, as has Dr. Zeiner and the entire staff. I love them all so very much and I wish that I could give them more than five stars, sometimes Dr, Tony doesn’t show his softer side and deals with facts, but I assure you, that his love of animals comes shining through, which some of us don’t get to see, but when you see it, the light doesn’t get any brighter. Keep up the wonderful job guys and special thanks to my precious Dr. Tony.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. Do not bring your pets to Brookhill Animal Hospital . This is the WORST veterinary establishment I’ve ever come across. For starters they botched Shadows leg surgery, she is still having complications and flare ups.Today she is limping and holding her leg literally above her stomach. The male vet (TONY DOMDAY) there has been reported multiple times for ”roughhousing” the dogs into the office, to the point of dragging them by the leash... my mother had to put down her pup of about 20 years a little bit ago. They attempted to deny her the day of and tell her she should’ve made an appointment. A female lead vet did make sure everything went through. Finally I call today to see if they can do literally anything to make up for the botched surgery. They tell me that they can take a message for the lead male vet, I decline and tell them I’d like the lead female vet and get hung up on.

I absolutely love taking my fur babies here. The veterinarians here are very very gentle with the animals and very thorough. The prices are way better than previous places I have taken them. My most sincere thought about this place , though, is that they actually care about animals. They sincerely care that your animal is healthy. I highly recommend taking your pets here!

Took 2 of my cats to Dr Domday today and it was a great experience. Due to covid you must wait in the car and on the way there I had no air conditioning on super hot day filled with road construction. The kitties were hot and thirsty and the secretary took them right in for relief. I did not wait long at all and this included paperwork for first time patients. The girls working there were really nice and the vet came out to ask a few questions. He gave good advice and helped me to understand what could be causing allergies and how to help my Jack with his allergies without going broke. Other than positive personalities by the staff I would also recommend Brookhill for quick visit and low prices!

Its actually wasnt great I had to put my beloved cat Louis to sleep. But the Dr. and staff were wonderful. I've been dealing with Brookhill animal hospital since they opened. It's a great place but it could use a update, its looked the same since Dr Hysong opened it in the 70s.
