Bernie and Julie were so fast and helpful.I had a rx transferred from Ambridge and it was done so quickly I couldn't believe it.They even went a step further and helped me get the best price possible for my sleep aid.Amazing service and very kind! Thanks yallPlease note that some of these other negative reviews are very silly.One man complained of waiting in the drive thru for a covid shot.As if they just toss a needle into the tray and pass it to you. Vac in store only, sir.Others seem to complain about drive thru in general...I'm 37, and have never used a pharmacy drive thru...If you're not physically impaired and just LAZY, wait in line inside like the rest of us good folks!In fact I usually find that giving preference to that window over the line of customers is tiresome.I get the convenience aspect, but why normal healthy adults cannot walk their happy selves into the store is beyond my comprehension.While I was there for maybe ten minutes, prescriptions were given to the window, flu shots given to guests, and the Line I briefly stood in was quickly moved along.Id also recommend some of the stellar drive thru geniuses maybe think about the time of day when they go as well.Even ask the pharmacist the best time to visit for fast service. Who else would know when that is but them?Get good ya drive thru whiners š¤£

2023 - Pharmacist was on top of everything. Corrected mistakes from the provider. She then quickly filled the prescriptions and answered a few questions. Thank you! I hope it's staying open with the corporate Rite Aid changes2022 -Pharmacyās slow but the clerks and staff are nice

I switched to this pharmacy from the same store just another town due to a move. I have had so many mishaps with having my family's prescriptions filled. The knowledge of having prescriptions ready in a timely manner when they are supposed to be filled is just not a priority at this store. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and the weights just to get a prescription picked up from the drive-thru is uncanny. This pharmacy needs to be managed better because it could be so much more.

Went online to make an appointment for a Moderna Covid booster, filled out the paperwork, selected Moderna with no problem, & picked a time the next day. Received a confirmation email, & a reminder text the next morning that my appt was scheduled. When I got to the pharmacy, they said they had no record of my appointment. I would have to fill out the paperwork again, wait 1/2 hr until it was ready, & now stated they did not have Moderna in stock. Went to CVS in Ambridge & got great service.

This is probably the most poorly managed pharmacy I have ever used. I moved my medication here and then they claim it was Walgreens fault for not releasing the medication. Every time I come to pick up a medication that the app said is ready, it isnāt ready and I have to wait on it to be filled (hours later from when it said it was filled). Then my doctor called a prescription in directly to the pharmacy in the morning, 8 hours later I go pick it up, and it is still not ready. I am currently writing this review as they fill it, telling me it will take about an hour, after itās been called in 8 hours ago. I also called on my way here to see if it was ready, I was on hold for 15 minutes and they still did not answer my call by the time I pulled up to the window. I will never use this location again. Do yourself a favor and avoid the pain and stress, go to CVS or Walgreens.

Iām about to start going elsewhereā¦ the pharmacy staff is getting more and more incompetent. I went to pick up an RX for my son. First, they heard his DOB wrongā¦ okay, easy mistake. Then, they came back and told me that the RX wasnāt ready. I came to pick it up about 5 hours after the doctorās office called it in. THEN, they come back and tell me that they donāt have the medication, and needed to call another store. Finally, they tell me that āRochester will fill itā¦ give it about 45 mins.ā Mind you, this entire time, Iām sitting in the drive thru holding up the line. Not to mention, I just CAME from Rochester. Why couldnāt they have just called me earlier in the day to tell me that they didnāt have it? Terrible customer service.

Absolutely horrible. Never answer the phone. If they do they hang up on you.Update:1//14/21It's even worse. The pharmacy staff all need replaced. They are absolutely not mannered enough to be able to work in the public especially regarding people's health. I don't think their brains are intelligent enough to actually comprehend how important people's medications are. Especially with the fact of how they speak to human beings and have set their call settings so mo one can get through.

Worst pharmacy Iāve ever been to. The staff is friendly enough but I will call in a refill and it just sits there for days, when I go to pick it up they say āwe have your prescription, we just have to get it together for youā. The wait is forever. Iāve had new medications take a week to fill, and nothing out of the ordinary. I would go elsewhere

When you go to drop a prescription off you stand there for if you are lucky 30 minutes while the lady behind the counter just completely ignores you. And that's when you are the only one standing there in line. When there is someone in front of you wait at least for hour while you get ignored. The lady is very rude when speaking to you. Probably one of the worse rite aide I have ever been to.

The pharmacy never answers their phone to verify if a prescription is ready. They do not auto fill automatically anymore, you have to go to the store to ask for a refill. Definitely terrible service. I will be changing pharmacy location.

The worst pharmacy in the history of medicine. Call the pharmacy and the call never gets answered (3x attempted quit at 60min hold time each time). Hit the drive through for a COVID shot on a Monday and no results as of the following Friday. Probably milking the government for COVID fees and not even submitting for processing.

TERRIBLE!!..INCOMPETENT!.. rude!.. Originally would fill my prescriptions at med fast and loved it. But unexpectedly closed down and they transferred everyone to rite aid in Conway. I called in a prescription I needed filled, they told me they canāt fill it till almost an entire week later for some reason that was not true. I showed up the morning they said it would be ready, it was NOT. itās been a half hour so far and Iām STILL sitting here waiting for it. Absolutely ridiculous!!!...

Horrible service two pharmacists behind the counter did not acknowledge me saw me and continued to look down never saying a word for at least 15 minutes. Most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever visited, never will go back.

Mostly because your photos are visible to anyone walking by the photo area and to employees.Also the Photo kiosks has a "pick up in a few days" option that requires you to read the terminal careful or end up waiting around because the system doesn't tell you when to expect the prints or print a receipt like it says it will on the kiosk. Who wants anything besides print in store?
