Superb. Clean. Friendly and helpful workers. Water pressure, towels and air dryers are great. Can’t say enough good things about this diy dog wash. Don’t know if we’ll ever do a bathtub dog wash ever again.

There was limited stocking of food when I went. The staff was very rude insisting that i think they have limited stock because i clearly don’t know their boujee brands or i was looking for trashy brands products in their store and that’s why I couldn’t find what i want. Even after i restated multiple time that i know what brand you are carrying and I only came here to expand my pet’s food menu outside of what big pet store like petsmarts would carry. Very disappointed.

Bathe my dog once a week at Ruh Ro's. Everything is always waiting for the next customer. Plenty of shampoo and towels. I appreciate their consideration. Six stars 🌟

Bad experience : Walked in at 5:28 on a Sunday to use the dog wash. The store closes at 6. They wouldn’t let us wash her because the wash closes 30 mins before closing. It wasn’t 5:30 yet. Understandable, but it was 32 mins before closing time and it takes 5 mins to wash my short haired dog. I understand the staff then needs to clean up, but let’s be very generous and say it takes a full 15 mins to clean one dog bath. They still would be out by closing time. Even if it took me a full 15 mins to wash my dog, they would still have Time! This is a small business and I want the owner to know her staff is turning away customers. I still gave it 4 stars because I don't want it harm a small business with bad reviews from 1 bad employee.

There is always things that I need here! It maybe something calming for my old senior Lab(fireworks) or it could be something to chew on for my other fur friends; who are all different! The staff are truly amazing, Megan is truly gifted! She has recommended me so many products that are natural; and without a doubt my dogs love what she recommends! Truly a peace of mind right in my neighborhood.

I love the atmosphere in here and my cat has loved all the natural toys we purchased for her here. The food selection is healthy and seems very eco friendly. Love seeing them provide adoption services for cats as well.

Always a lot of nice items for my pets here but today was definitely disappointing. Was never greeted, one of the girls just pushed past me at one point looking annoyed. I spent some time looking at calming items for our dog and nobody approached and asked if I needed any help. Girl at the register didn’t bother to even say hello, only asked if I was a member. When I said no she didn’t offer to have me sign up. All out a totally ignored experience.

Really cool local shop. Was able to speak with the owners when they first opened and they are really cool humble people. They had a raffle for their customers when they first opened which contained pet items and owner items (wine, liquor) etc... They also have dog washing stations indoors. Customer service here is great and friendly. They are never overbearing but help when you need it. When something you need isn't available you can ask for it to possibly be stocked in the future.

Wow, what a beautiful pet shop. Almost looks like a boutique! Bright displays and top quality food choices. Wyatt and his staff are so helpful. They directed me to a wonderful "ALL CHICKEN" canned food that my baby loves. Definitely my go to place from now on.....so happy that the do-it-yourself doggie bathing stations are back too! Small business rocks!

The atmosphere is extremely homey and comfortable, the products are fabulous and we are so excited to take our pup in to get a bath in one of their three washing stations!! So glad to see a pet store opening after all Valu Pet Stores closed. This is only location. Good selection but they need more of a variety of cat items. I will be back as whatcthey did have for cats, esp food was great.
