I shop here on a regular basis. A common misconception is that their prices are higher than others... WRONG! They run exclusive deals, have cash back rewards and other programs to help save money and a large selection of household items, pet supplies, school and/or art supplies, groceries, over the counter medications, lots of party supplies and every holiday decor there is and what's more is that even their CVS brand is great quality stuff. I can't begin to stress how much I recommend this store for ANYTHING BUT THE PHARMACY!!!! The guy that works In the pharmacy on Monday April 8th evening shift was rude, condescending, and extremely unwilling to help me figure out what to do about getting my medication. He was passive aggressive, and cursing because for the first time in four years there was a problem with my insurance and his shift was almost over so he got loud with me and spoke to me like I was a child and between him and the other pharmacist kept repeating the same sentence to me matter what question I asked, as if to tell me indirectly that the only answer they had was that.

When you finally get to talk to Pharmacy staff, they are generally very nice. There is ALWAYS a line for pharmacy and often when i get a text that my script is ready for pick up, i go and it is not ready and i have to go back.I think its under new mgmt in the past year or so, maybe it will get better? So far the only changes i see are: none in pharmacy, cashier staff is generally playing on their phones, and many items are now locked up on the shelves….time for another change?

I would give 0 star if there is a option. They gave me near expired date medicine. I tried to exchange it but got denied. I recommend to check the medicine date before you leave the store. I had also called multiple times and multiple visits to get the medicine. So unpleasant experience. Extremely disappointed.

Worst CVS and that's saying something when they're all pretty bad. They take forever to fill my prescription. I don't get the point of putting the order in online when I always have to call them to actually get my prescriptions filled. It took a week once and I called, same story every single time. They're backed up and will put me to the top of the queue. Then it's magically ready. Why not just fill prescriptions without making people call in to hunt them down??

Nightmare to deal with. Transferring all prescriptions out. Incredibly rude. Husband had so many challenges with scripts and misinformation. Now he is suffering in pain post-surgery and tech hung up on me twice when I requested they please re-fax a transfer to Giant. Do not use CVS if you don't want your loved ones to suffer. I will be contacting corporate as well. Nobody should suffer due to their lack of compassion.

Great location, but so understaffed it's laughable. Out of nearly everything most of the time. Photo says it all...Honestly, these reviews are kind. This store is a dumpster fire and you do not want to have any aspect of your health care dependent on this location. If you have a prescription you need filled, use Giant or Target... both nearby. Stay away from this mess

Two workers sat there while we tried to check out the old fashioned way, told us “they aren’t supposed to use the counters, much” what does that mean?Forced us to take $100 worth of stuff off the counter and over to the self checkoutThis was at 8pm on 10/23/23 if anyone from cvs reads these and wants to see who was “working”.

Will require you to call or show up to even start the process of contacting your insurance to fill the prescription. Two day minimum to fill. One hour for emergency meds. Go literally anywhere else.

The pharmacy department should be ashamed of himself there. It can sometimes take 48 hours for a prescription to be refilled and then when you get there, the drive-through is always closed and you have to wait in a long line inside. The manager is rude, I do not recommend this pharmacy.

Conshohocken CVS once provided good customer service. No more. Service has just collapsed in the past year or so. After about 8pm or so, finding an employee on the floor to help is nearly impossible; they're all hiding in the back. At the pharmacy, I went twice to pick up a prescription that I was notified was ready, and the pharmacy couldn't find it. And there have been similar mishaps in the past. I've been a customer here for nearly 20 years, but I plan to take my business to another location.Update: went back a 3rd time, still couldn't find my prescription. At this point I think someone needs to be called in to audit whether drugs are reaching the intended patients or ending up elsewhere.

This store seriously needs to get it together or needs better management. The one thing that really irritates me and I have personally seen it happen numerous times is how the staff respond to people who are unable to or they don't understand how to use self checkout. Instead of using good customer service skills and help them they will give the customers dirty looks, roll their eyes etc. There should always be someone available to check out customers without an attitude. One elderly lady was so upset and frazzled that she put her items on the counter and walked out.The shelves are never stocked. Customer service is the worst

Ridiculous staff here! Avoid using this pharmacy at any cost. God knows how come they are in business these days. Never get your critical medicines refilled from here. Their service is worsening every passing day.My doctor sent Rx at 10:30 AM . I went to pickup at 11:30 AM. I was told to wait for minimum 15 mins. Instead of waiting, I told one of the staff to send me text notification (through system) once the order is ready for pickup and she enrolled me for the same.I never received any SMS.I called them at 3.30 PM and the staff said they are refilling it and told me to come by 4 PM.I went at 6 PM to pickup and the on duty staff said my order isn’t ready and I’ll have to wait atleast 15-20 more minutes to pickup.

Kind and helpful pharmacy staff!! I have not experienced any issues picking up prescriptions from here despite all the negative reviews. I just make sure it's ready for pickup on the app and go at off hours to avoid a long line.

I usually don’t have any problems at this CVS, but today when I was at the self checkout, I accidentally scanned the wrong coupon. I asked for help to get it taken off and the manager (I’m assuming?) was talking to me like I was stupid, acting like he didn’t understand what I was asking. He was giving me an attitude just for asking to remove a coupon. How difficult is it to do that? There are so many bad reviews for this CVS and I can see why, but clearly corporate couldn’t care less. Employees, especially managers, shouldn’t talk to anyone like that.

Prescription in process for hours days sometimes. No one will answer the phone this place is awful. Oh and then they'll claim they didn't get a script from the Dr office while I'm looking at phone showing them it's been ordered yet the pharmacist tells me to call my Dr office. And then it magically shows up because he learned to use the system to refresh orders 🙄

Terrible place. I don’t take any prescriptions but have needed a few odds and ends recently. Unprofessional staff loudly talking about how much alcohol they plan to consume.Third time in a row they lost my prescription. The guy took the next person in line behind me today while he was supposed to be finding my script that was supposed to already be available.Last time I was here, the woman working the pharmacy register was wearing a “talk to the hand” t shirt. The level of immaturity and unprofessionalism from people handling medicine and amount of lost scripts is extremely concerning.

Awful! Wouldn’t even give this pharmacy a 1 star! Wait times are ridiculous. Staff is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional! CVS needs to get management and the higher up’s to come in and figure out what the issues are here. Took my business to another local CVS pharmacy and get extremely good service and customer care!

Pharmacy plays games with your prescription. Holds patient meds hostage. The pharmacist is a little weezle whos behavior is simply UNACCEPTABLE. do yourself a favor.... go out of your way and avoid this place. A call to corporate is warranted.

Whoever is in charge of ordering greeting cards should be fired. Most of the aisle is empty and staff were indifferent. Suggest going literally anywhere else.

Sunday evening shift might as well be non-existent. Nobody shows up for a full 5-10 minutes after the help button is pushed on the self-checkout, nobody behind the register. When somebody finally shows up, she just says "coupons don't work on the machine," with no further words of help. I ask if coupons work at all in the store, and she says "yes, at the register." So then I have to ask, "so... can I check out at the register?" before she finally moves behind the register. When the coupon still doesn't work, she just says "the coupon doesn't work," and by this point I'm done pulling teeth and feeling like I've wasted more money in time than what I would save with the coupon discount.Even if the store is understaffed, they might as well save themselves the money and invest it into improving the automated machines if customer service is not actually servicing customers.

Worst experience EVER, I work in Doctors office, call pharmacies everyday! As a provider they keep you on hold, leave scripts for patients on voice portal- they “ never received” worst!!!

The only reason they are getting a 2 star review is because the actual pharmacists are very helpful and competent humans. I don't know if I can say the same for the rest of the staff. But, that's on whoever hires people there.The store and pharmacy is very unappealing. It's just very disorganized, cluttered and it appears that there is just absolutely no form of a system in the pharmacy.No one answers the phone. I actually tried calling for 2 days, multiple times and no one picks up lol. If someone does pick up your call- ask to speak to an actual pharmacist to assist you.Ok but, anyway. Marissa was REALLY great and such a smart girl. She gets 10 starts.

This CVS store I love, pharmacy team is fantastic and I drive 3 extra miles to this great team. With regards to shelf products low supply, with the pandemic supply chain inflection to all retailers, I actually find this CVS having more than most. Also, I’ll ask the store manager to call me when an order of a product arrives. I LOVE this pharmacy team. Eight year customer 🌟❤️🌟

Quick and to the point. Long line 1 cashier I am disabled in line to by Tylenol. Cashier leaves register to stand and watch customers self checkout. It's upsetting I say outloud " my headache is worse from watching you not work" cashier who also claims to be manager says "I love it"Now I know why this cvless has such a bad rating. I am on a lot of meds will be changing All of my meds to Walgreens when I get back to MD!

I don't know what it is about this particular pharmacy, but I have never dealt with more rude people at the pharmacy counter in my entire life. They have gotten my prescription wrong several times and will randomly "forget" to send requests and information to my doctor, causing delays in meds I need to live! I've called and complained to corporate before and nothing seems to get done. Everyone behind the counter seems bothered when you interrupt their chat to get your medicine. Even when the pharmacy is busy they refuse to open up more than 1 register. I'm done with this spot, going to giant.

Pharmacy is garbage. Went 5 days in a row and told me my script wasn’t in yet, that they’ve been waiting on this order. I go the 6th day and they got it in and yet didn’t fill my script because my order was on hold. For zero reason they didn’t fill my script, and every single day I went there at no point did anyone say that this script was on hold for me and that even when they did get the order, mine wouldn’t be filled. Yesterday when I went there was a line of 12 people all waiting to pick up scripts. They really don’t care here and you’d be better off picking up your scripts somewhere else. Unless you enjoy wasting your time and still not getting your needed prescriptions.

Does not meet the standard of most CVS stores. Poorly stocked pharmacy means disappointing trips to find out they are out of what you need, Allegra D in my case. A couple of workers are helpful but most are indifferent and make themselves scarce. Go to the CVS on Port Royal in Andorra, they are professional, helpful and go out of their way to assist you. And they are only 10 minutes away.
