The cafe is nothing to rave about. I've gone 2x this summer and the staff is very friendly but seem a little frazzled. Baked goods look amazing and espresso was decent. Went for lunch and breakfast and both times I've left saying that the food wasn't anything special. In fact, the breakfast is barely a notch above McDonald's quality. The cafe has potential, but the quality of ingredients really needs to step up to modern cafe standards (local, organic, fair trade, fresh, better than basic home ingredients).

This place has such potential, yet, it always take forever to get my order, there is no consistency in the food, and today made me realize I will never go back. I walked in after waiting in the designated parking spot for pickup orders, for 45 minutes. Not one worker acknowledged me, yet they all glanced at me. So rude! I've never felt so dismissed in my life!!The only reason I'll even give a 2 star is their baked goods are always wonderful.

I Googled a place to get a princess cake for my father's birthday, and lunch as well. Everything was FANTASTIC. The grilled chicken salad was also chopped so that there were no large hunks of lettuce. The wedding soup was probably the best I've ever had. The cake was absolutely delicious. Panera style food at a much more affordable price. Would love to see cheddar broccoli soup too! The soup was forgotten with first delivery, but when I called, they brought it right away. They will definitely get my business in the future.

Went in looking for some fresh bread. Found everything I needed and got it all sliced.The staff was very friendly and the place Was very cleanParking is no problem.Only downside is that you will come home with something you didn’t stop for.Like the delicious bear claws I bought. And the half dozen doughnuts.So expect to bring more home than what is on your shopping list.This will be our new and only bakery we’re going to be shopping at.

Love this place!!Food is super cheap with good quality.Coffee is great and they have AMAZING bakery items!! The widest selection of baked goods in town and everything is homemade!!!The cookies are my favorite. Definitely worth stopping in!

I have heard people talk about this place but it was always closed by the time I got off of work, well I got to stop this evening and it was 100% worth the hype. The pierogi soup was the best that I have ever had and the cream puffs were delicious. It was very reasonably priced too. I will absolutely be back!!

We have been here several times and have never been disappointed. Staff is top notch friendly and helpful. The variety of baked items is plentiful. Had Breakfast there last week and was very satisfied. My only complaint is I wish you were closer to me :-)

Menu is quite large for a cafe with some of it is great and some just so so. Prices are relatively cheap and nothing is bad, but look for homemade items on the menu. Stuffed banana pepper sandwich, French onion soup, and bakery items all great.

We ordered my sons birthday cupcakes this week gave full descriptions with pictures and everything of what we wanted. (I didn’t need anything super tough or fancy just cupcakes in the shape of a 3 with a construction theme, I even gave them the trucks to use). What I received was so sloppy and lopsided had I been the one to pick it up I’d of asked someone to remake it. I was so disappointed in the work. I had spoken to 3 different people in person and on the phone! I don’t think they will be getting our business anymore.

I was very pleased with the cake that I ordered from the bakery . All the items that were in the display case looked very nice also, except the cakes, If I could make a suggestion that they sprayed cakes and colors are just too much, I think you kept things a bit more simple it would be a more quality product, and not as much as any other cake that you can get at a grocery store

Wow. Just wow. Got some mini donuts yesterday & I devoured them! So delicious! So fresh! I only paid $2 for half a dozen! Most def worth the trip across town! I’ll be back soon! 😉

I have placed oreder 4 different times, go pick it up, and they don't have, called to ask ? And employees know nothing, take my message and know one calls me back. I'm not pleased at all. If u have website to take orders, and don't have the order you want, at least call the customer, husband goes all the way down and then they tell him. Its false advertisement.Update, I just spoke to manager, his name was Eric, and he was very nice and understanding.And he took my order for Thursday, so hopefully I get this order. But thank youEric.

My family and I visit this bakery almost every Saturday and have always had good experiences until recently when we ordered a cake for a birthday. A little backstory, on December 17th I dropped by the bakery to pick up a cake for my husband’s birthday. They had no plain cakes. They only had cakes with Santa or other Christmas decorations (We’re Jewish so these were not appropriate) I was not able to purchase a cake.On December 30th, 2020 I called the bakery and put in an order for a cake to avoid leaving empty handed. I was very specific about my order. I ordered a small 8 inch diameter cake, chocolate and red velvet with buttercream frosting. The only decoration I specifically asked for was for the cake to say ’Happy Birthday J” (son’s name). The employee asked how many the cake would be serving and I replied “only 4”. I was told someone would call me back later that day to give me a price and confirm my order. I never received a call. I called back on the 31st and was told they couldn’t locate my order at all. After a long time waiting on the phone she was able to supposedly locate my order/cake. She still couldn’t quote me a price. At this point I was beginning to worry that my cake wouldn’t be ready as they couldn’t locate my order by name so on January 1st, even though I knew they were closed I left a message detailing who I was and that I definitely still wanted my chocolate and red velvet cake come January 2nd. I call the morning of January 2nd and I was assured that my cake was ready. Imagine my surprise when I showed up at 2pm and was met with a giant tiered cake that looks more like a wedding cake than anything else. I was charged $40. It didn’t have happy birthday written on the cake (it was on the box). I didn’t complain I just considered it a happy accident that I had received a giant cake. After we sang happy birthday we cut the cake only to realize it wasn’t even the right flavors. I watched the smile melt off my autistic child’s face and immediately he became sad. All he asked for for his birthday was a chocolate and red velvet cake with his name on it. THEY RUINED MY CHILD’S BIRTHDAY!I was so upset. I immediately wanted to write a bad review but my husband asked that we give the bakery a chance to apologize and explain. He called on January the 4th and spoke with the kitchen manager Savanna who told him that it was impossible for me to have gotten the wrong cake because I picked it out of the display case myself. I MADE A SPECIAL ORDER. I never stepped a foot inside until I was picking up my order. My husband was told the bakery manager would return his call shortly. She never did. He called again on the 6th and was told the same thing. On the 8thhe relented and told me to write a review. We never received a return call.

An awful experience. As we were cutting the cake we ordered on March 5 for my father's birthday, the cake had hair in the icing. It had definitely changed my family's mind of ordering a second time from this bakery. I had sent a message to their facebook page with my experience and all i could get back was a message that said sorry for this and that it was unacceptable, agreeing with me. Take your cake orders somewhere else people...this was horrible.. Nothing worse than noticing hair in any kind of food and for.it to be in icing just makes it far worse..i will take my ordering back to shop n save or walmart because ive had bad experiences before but never with hair in icing..
