Old, musty building. The one woman who worked there was pretty short with her answers. Seemed a little annoyed that my autistic son kept asking her if they carried different kinds of house numbers. The other woman was a little more friendly.

It's great having a locally owned hardware store like Spottos. They always seem to have what you need and the staff is always friendly. Eager to help you find what you are looking for. Helping someone renovate a house, been there several times lately - I'm sure more to trips there to come.Thank you Spottos n staff.We'll be back

The rudest cashier: middle age woman on day shift. I have been to this store a number of times in the evening after my workday and had the young employees help me and run the cash register; they have been quite friendly and as helpful as possible. Maybe they aren't knowledgeable at their young age--but they tried and tried with pleasurable attitude. I went to this store during day shift hours and two middle age women were working and the one that waited on me at the cash register for my return was quite snide and odious. This store was not busy at this time for this cashier to be frazzled.

The two stars I gave them... They had the material I needed. I first called, 'Ryan' was nice till I asked a question, abruptly put me on hold while talking to me! Once at the store, not one nice person! Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever! I had to say 'Hi how are you', and I had to say 'thank you, have a nice day' to provoke them to say it back to me! Maybe because I'm not a "regular" they weren't nice to me I don't know! Unless I'm desperate, I'll never go back there again!

Home Town "Local" Hardware Store...Why buy from the Big Box Stores when there's a local business right here.Another business high on our list of recommended stores to shop at if your tired of the WalM**T style shopping hassle.The pricing is close to theirs, and a better selection of hardware items anyways.Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Parking is pretty good, curb side isn't for everyone though. But there is a small parking lot too.Plus it a local business.The best part is you go in planning on on buying something for your project, and don't waste an extra $20 on stuff you didn't need like at WalM**t.

I was looking for a heavy good quality chain and lock for a quad. Spottos had many different chains and heavy wires to choose from and they sell it by the foot. They had many great locks to choose from also. So glad we have a store like Spottos around.

. They are usually great, but they really messed up my Credit Card, by charging 3 cans of paint, when I actually bought 2 cans.Then I went back to get the money Credited back onto my account, they CHARGED ME for TWO more cans of PAINT.I has to go to my bank, and I asked them to find out what happened to my checking account.That's where I found out that Spotto charged my account TWICE for 4 cans of paint.I don't know about anyone else, but losing $42.36 at the end of the month, is a BIG DEAL for me, being on a fixed income.

Ace is the place!! Dont try to buy something in music/ sporting goods!! The really nice, helpful guy passed away, unfortunately .You have to ring the bell, but nobody ever shows up!! Cant believe Yamaha franchise???

Connellsville better hardware store as it is an Ace and they say it is the place for the helpful folks. There are a lot of younger school students that works here along with ones that have been here for almost 4 decades. If they don't know the answer, they know someone who does.

90 percent of time I find every thing I need but there have been times I've needed assistance and I've had 2 incidents with one certain worker that was obvious she didnt want to help but did. Not a very friendly person at all. Makes me not want to return
