Management please have at least two people working in gun sales department on weekends. I have been in there before and it is always a bunch of people in that small area waiting to have customer service. This time we visited my boyfriend and I went just to buy shot gun shells. We waited patiently by counter for his turn, but after 20 minutes we realized the young employee behind the counter was doing one gun background check after another on people and did not want to deal with others at the counter. We walked away and so did others. We left the store and will not be visiting again. Upper Management please help the gun sales department in this store. Make it bigger for the customers, have two employees at all times and your sales will improve.

I would rate customer service very low. Trying to get someone to answer a call would be great before you make the 20 mile drive only to find out they don't have it are out of stock would great. This seems to be a problem for all rural king in my area as Washington ,Pa has the same problem.

Good selections, decent prices. I have been buying duck feed here for years. I would rate customer service low. I find the associates to be rude and somewhat hostile. Not being from Fayette county I guess that is to be expected.

Nice store but too much pressure on behalf of sales associates to sign up for a credit card and to enter my name in to your system. I made it clear I was not interested yet they persisted.

We make a trip here a couple times a year. Prices on a lot of the items are really fair. One complaint is people bringing their dog into the store, allowing it to lift its leg and pee on every end cap they passed and then took a huge dump in the middle of the isle and the person wouldn't clean it up or tell a worker. You can get great items on clearance for really good prices. Love the fact they have chickens and ducks and rabbits to buy and raise. Staff is rather friendly. Love making a venture to see what they have!

The store ripped me off. I bought Whitman samplers. Two boxes. It said 19.99 on display. When I got home I found they charged 21.99. You have lost me as a customer and should be ashamed of yourselves. What you did is thievery. My fault too because I should have checked receipt before leaving. I'd have given a 0 rating if I could.

I live within just a mile or 2 of this location in Dunbar, Pa. It is located at the far end of the Laurel Mall Shopping Plaza. They usually have really great prices on some decent quality items. Just the other day I went down there to grab a single hook to hang for hammock chair for my 5 year old son. Of course I happened to look around at a few items on the way. I happened across some very nice canvas work Coats (similar to the Carhart style) for only $10 on Clearance. I picked up like 5 of them. For myself, my son, and a few 4 gifts.

my kind of place.... If you purchase a car battery, keep the receipt handy. I have a year old battery obviously states that it's been shipped about a year ago and they offered me 10% off a new one even though it's a 36 month replacement. Rural King is awesome overall but obviously the battery is less than a year old, I seriously have issues with places that offer a warranty yet don't honor it

My family makes a day trip to rural king a few times a year. My wife likes the clothes selection for us as well as the kids. We raise chickens and ducks and they have great rotating selections of chicks and ducklings.

Not as clean as when it first opened. We were picking up an online order, apparently only one associate was qualified to process this type of order. It seemed like that associate was the only one qualified to handle any issues. The other associates stood around and said "She'll be with you in a minute "

Can always find what need. Last time I was there I bought spices. The spices are so much better than Walmart. Soon I will discard the regular spices that I get from Walmart and get all new spices from royal king. I can and sometimes do spend hours in there. Their staff is great!

Great place to shop! If you're in a rural community this is the place! They have all sorts of dehydrating, canning, backpacking, trapping, and more. Literally next to the flea market as well! Don't forget to stop and grab a hot and ready!

I live 4 hours away, I called them asking for barrels of spray they say come on down. I fuel up for the 4 hour drive, drive all the way down there, to be told no we've been sold out of those for 2 weeks. REALLY?! After I just spoke with yunz and yunz brought me down there? Now that’s a chainsaw!! Stihl MS880. This falls into we need this for #weaverstonehousefarm to cut through slabs and do some light tree cutting! Rural King is the place to go. Best work glove selection. They have some women’s but run out quick. Have kids real leather work gloves. It’s the place we call the country Walmart. But way better. They have the best prices on anything for fencing. Best feed prices for cattle and and chicken feed.Best prices for wood pellets.Parts and pieces for meat grinders and sausage making.The best prices on motor Oil and hydraulic oil.They have us covered for a variety of needs. It’s worth the drive. Now if this one was managed as well as the one on Front Royal VA it would be even better.

I love this place, I purchase Lady's Carhartt clothing, Eukanuba dog food, birding supplies. They have a good variety of toys and treats for your canine companion. A d it's a great place to buy bird food, suet and dough cakes, as well as bird feeders . They have a wonderful selection to choose from, in all departments. Don't forget to snag a small complimentary bag of pop corn before wrapping up a shopping trip. You may bring Fido into the store, so stop by the service desk for a free dog treat while visiting this merchant.
