I'm giving it five stars because I can't give it more. We recently purchased a used vehicle there and Jim our salesman was perfect. With all the horror stories associated with buying a car my son was nervous about the whole thing before arriving. The professionalism that we experienced with Jim was second to none. He made us both feel more like family instead of a customer. It was as if we've known each other for years. It's exactly what you would expect from a hometown dealer. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good quality car, at a reasonable price, and want top notch service come here.

Bought a car from here 3 years ago. Was told the timing belt was changed on it, but a couple months back it broke and left us stranded on the road. Now we have been searching for an engine to replace it as it completely ruined the engine. We were lied to about the timing belt being changed; had multiple people and mechanics tell us as such. Will not buy a car from here ever again. If we wouldn't have been lied to, we would still have a car.

We bought a double garage from here (Back Yard Outfitters) And were very pleased with our service and just the entire buying experience.We went up and ordered what we wanted. About a week later a guy cam out and made sure the location was ready for the garage.And the following week it was delivered. It took less than 2 hours from the time the first truck was backing down our lane until we had a finished garage.The craftsmanship on the product was just as good and better than other things we had contracted out to get done.But it all started with Jack Hann. I bought a car here a few years ago. It looked perfect. Two weeks later the transmission went out. It was supposed to be covered under warranty. Towed it to Hodges transmission (no reimbursement for the tow which was supposed to be covered) where they tried to order a used one (as per warranty) shipped trans from Florida. Waited a week (with no car or offer of a loaner) the transmission that was shipped was worse than the one that was in it. So they tried to find another one (still no car and no offer of a loaner) finally paid for a rebuild ($1200. And no help from hann). Then there were the water leaks...Mark had one leak repaired but it still leaked and he gave me the car back with soaking wet carpet so I spent an entire Saturday removing and drying the carpet only to have it leak again. I finally found the leak around the sunroof so had to caulk it (which looks terrible) just last month had to have the frame replaced due to rust! I put at least $3000 out of pocket for a car that is only worth $3000 bringing the total cost of the car over $8000.The reason I'm writing this so late is because I'm now looking to purchase a vehicle and I'm reminded of what a terrible experience I had here. One more thing, Pete, that worked there at the time called my gf (it was her car) an hysterical female when she went in to discuss the problems with this car! I would NEVER buy another vehicle from hann auto.

My friend's brother bought a truck with covered up mechanical issues. He had to take Hann's Auto to court where my friends brother won the case. I wish I knew this info before I bought my car from them cause my car had tons of hidden mechanical issues no less then 2 weeks after my purchase. They sold me a car that needed a new engine. It seems like they sell cars that look good on the outside but have major hidden mechanical issues. Just saying from what I went thru, what my friend's brother went thru and a few other testimonies I have uncovered about this place please don't make the same mistake all of us made.

The cars look nice but the sales associate was ignorant and they will not let you test drive any vehicles let's put the thought in my mind that there's something wrong with every vehicle there the excuse for not getting your texts private vehicle was gas prices are too high I think that's a bunch of bull hockey yeah it's not cuss word I don't even want to give him one star I think they deserve zero
