I'm here a couple times a week and always order a chicken salad. I'm ALWAYS given 2 ranches. This evening I was given 1 tiny container on ranch. I asked the guy working if I could have another and he said " we don't give them for free, I will have to charge you. With that u replied, you guys always give me 2 and there is only 1. He repeated himself and as did I. He handed me the rest of my stuff and I just drove away. The ignorance this person had over 1 small container of ranch. He acted like I was trying to take his last $20. What a shame.

prior to Christmas 4 days , I placed an order : 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 fish sandwichs when we got our residents , there were 4 single cheeseburgers. I called the associate I spoke with assured me that all would be made good , I stopped this evening Feb 5 ,to have the order corrected for what I originally paid for, I ordered @ the drive thru stated my name and explained what occurred ,once my turn @ the window a Mgr approached and advised myself that it was over 30 days and so that being the Dairy Queen was not Subject to replacing my Order ,I explained once again to the Mgr what I received on the initial order her reply was I will give you 2 Fish Sandwiches because you had 2 double cheeseburgers with the four singles ( really unbelievable) add insult to her wording she was giving me, No Mam I paid for the order which was not correct the first time and now the second time I left with a incomplete order, When I asked to speak,she adv me she 2as the Mgr and telephone numbers to reach mgt are not provided, Needless to say I have always enjoyed Our Connellsvolle DQ it only takes one bad experience to change a view

1 star still isn’t low enough of a rating. Gave me food poisoning at 7 months pregnant and almost lost my baby over it. The hospital I went to told me I was the third person who came in with food poisoning from the exact same location. Will NEVER be back and I’ll make sure I let everyone know not to come eat here.

I was on a road trip and stopped by at this very clean store in Connlsville. Staff is very friendly and patient. Dining area is well maintained and sanitized.

We ordered food it sat in the window 3 people who ordered after us got their orders before us ours continued to sit in the window until I said something to my fiance then the guy quick put it in the bag handed it off to us we checked the order n it was like warm to almost cold it was a horrible experience and we will not be ordering food from there

The lazy teenagers who work here close at 9:55 instead of 10:00 like they’re supposed to. They also get orders wrong often. As soon as I arrived the speaker played and said Dairy Queen is now closed. Frustrated that dairy queen was apparently closed early and all I wanted was a blizzard, I left. It’s my fault that I left when the speaker said the restaurant was closed?

Well it was great. Service was great, food was hot and fresh. My waiting time was not long. I ordered 4 combo meals buy the way is a good deal. You get sandwich or chicken strips (good white meat) fries or onion rings, drink and sundae cup. $7.00 each . The place is clean too. Awesome 👍

Very friendly service. They were busy, but one of the things I felt bad for not focusing on as a customer was first asking how my servers were doing. I think we should all remember to ask them how their day is going and listen to them when they answer. The person who helped me repeated back my order and there were smiles all around. Great team helped me today, and I truly hope that's the standard here. Seems like it and keep up the stellar work!

One star is pushing it. I have went there multiple times and 1) the guy charged me 3$ for a large cup of water. And 2) didn’t give me any ranch or barbecue sauce that I had asked for. and 3) forgot my sprite. This has all happened on separate occasions. It’s absolutely ridiculous. They need to have better customer service. It isn’t how it used to be and i was a frequent customer until now.

Requested a cake the day before my son’s birthday. The woman I worked with on the phone was patient while listing options for what kind of decor I might want. Finally we came to the consensus to use my son’s picture. The next day I picked up the cake and was blown away at what a fantastic job was done. Amazing service and attention to detail. Great job DQ!

First off there were 20 of us in one party after a family day of fun. (12 children).The staff was friendly, patient and super helpful in getting all the orders in timely and accurately. The young men brought trays of food to us as meals were completed. No one had cold food or melted sundaes.I love DQ does the boxed meals, perfect for everyone. I wish I would have grabbed a photo!Great job guys! 👏Btw, restroom was clean! This is rare when going out. So kudos again to the staff.

Lynn's Dairy Queen in Connellsville is the best ice cream place. Even though its a chain restaurant, they do so much for the community and I very very rarely get a wrong order there. They hire mainly high-school kids, who all do a splendid job.

This is a very good place to get a reasonable breakfast. It's away better breakfast than the local McD's ect.Its a nice out of the way location, and not extremely busy spot for a quick meal.The food is cooked fresh as you ordered, and quite quickly too.The lunches here are the same quality. Never had any issue with the food.The employees are always friendly & helpful.But I would of giving them a five star, but the prices in all of the DQ's for ice cream has been slowly rising over the years. And sorry to say it's just not worth the price anymore for the serving size. Without a coupon we just don't order ice cream there anymore....

I come here all the time for lunch after I get out of work. Delicious food, great tasting ice cream. Very sanitary and safe as well, it's cleaned very often, and masks are required for staff and customers! Will continue to come here more in the future.

This was the absolute nicest, cleanest Dairy Queen we've ever been to. Food was excellent and service was superb. We came up on this place after leaving Falling water on our way home. I wish the 3 DQs by us were half as nice as this place. This place should be a model for the rest of fast food restaurants everywhere.

Food and ice cream are always good but call before you venture out if you plan on going in the lobby. Their advertised lobby hours were until 8pm however the doors were locked by 730. Waited 10 minutes just to have to go elsewhere because the drive thru line is too long.

Good food and always clean. They always seem to have a lot of employees working and a mix of ages on staff which I think is great for such a popular shop in this small city. They always have a ton of premade ice cream cakes and other goodies in the big freezers with glass doors to display. Hot foods are also always good I love the grilled chicken sandwich. This place seems very well maintained too. The parking lot is always seal coated and cracks tarred over which may sound silly to you but it shows me that the owners care about this business and provide the proper upkeep. If they're gonna do the lot I'll bet they're keeping up with the bathrooms, garbage, kitchen area and sanitizing surfaces. This is probably one of the best reviews I've given a local business. Good job Connellsville DQ!

Service better than most DQ in area. I ordered chicken tenders at 1030 and I know I got two really old ones (I'm praying they weren't from last night) and a fresh one. I've worked at a DQ that was in the top 20 in sales in the country (depending on the season) so I know what an old tender looks like.I've also worked in the industry for over 40 years and I know that running a profitable restaurant is tough but even in my worst days I never served old food.

Went here late in the evening (930pm) and got a beautiful oreo blizzard. Long line due to everyone and their mother wanting ice cream, but I didn't feel that I waited long.

Went here with my daughter who at this worked here. We went in to purchase a icecream cake. The manager came out to apply the discount and was very rude. It was like an effort for her to do this. She showed no customer service. How can she be a supervisor when she clearly doesn't have the Personality to work with the public. Sorry this review is for the location in Mount Pleasant.
