Do you love smelling an old musty basement while you grocery shop? Do you like being overcharged and cheated out of money? Do you love standing in line for hours because there's only ONE checkout lane open? Do you love when the cashier gives you an attitude because he doesn't want to do his job? Well, this place is for you! When I walked into this store, I walked into 1975. It's very old looking and smells that way too. The cashiers attitudes also smell. Especially the woman at the lottery/cig counter. Save yourself and avoid this mess at all costs!

I don't know what to tell you except to take a tablet and pen with you to mark down the price of what they list for EVERY product in your basket. Their shelf seemed to read one thing, but literally rang up another on three items. I don't have a lot of time to waste and I could have simply removed the items. I just will not be returning to the store. I shouldn't have to waste time writing product info down just to make sure I am not cheated at the checkout. I'll stick to places that don't do this to customers. To be fair, I have had that happen at Walmart too. When you have a few items it is not as bad. When you have a cart full of things it becomes a headache. They should implement electronic tags just like the commissary uses. Then they would not have that type of error.

I don’t understand how this place even stays in business!! They hire anybody especially thieves that steal from women very dishonest people. They are a rip off and most of the food you buy from there is out dated or is expired and in a couple days before you even use it. This place needs looked into and I will never shop here again. Very rude employees and forget it if you leave or forget anything in the buggies well it will be gone by the time you remember because of there employees stealing it. This place isn’t worth it spend your money some place else

Let's be blunt. The front end design, lighting and management asking me to leave my bag was a terrible start. The experience got better from there and it was a store full of good stuff. Niche items even like sugar free cake mixes, sodas i can't even find at walmart and some cool deli stuff. Their meat bunker was well above average. Yes the amount of theft must be insane based on the lightning, weird setup and terrible shelving arrangements but it wasn't the worst 20 min in a store ever. Lots of parking for this basement flee market venue turned into a grocery store. Giant eagle in latrobe has the same basement feeling and it is a giant chain.... lol

I am Always checking out the sales at Cash Saver and when I get there I usually find so many deals and things that I wasn't looking for....It's worth the trip

Very organized. Good meat prices. Had I gone elsewhere, my order would have been over$650, but I surely saved by spending $437!! Recommend trying it out (this was my 1st visit there.

The price of everything is up everywhere but they do have reasonable prices here and I like the sales. They have more cashiers too. Not as long to wait to check out.

Good little store to shop at good people just that they need to have more people open up front as cashiers that way your not standing in lines and theirs times they run out of buggy's but otherwise good place to get your ever day stuff

Some items that are listed as a WIC item, does not ring up as WIC. Be careful and just watch the screen at the register. Workers are usually pleasant and helpful. Cheap priced items but do remember a certain percentage is added to grand total.

My name is josh I just bought meat like a week ago over that past week including today I’ve thrown up sick to my stomach the pork roast I got made me sick I’ll never shop here again the meat is nasty u guys should be ashamed of yourself for allowing that to be sold hope ur business last in pa cause people keep getting sick I’m assuming people will sue I’m in food industry so yea u guys can be sued have a great day

Attitude of lottery employee was pathetic. I get it, we’re all tired of working and still being broke, but don’t sell lottery tickets if you don’t wanna cash them. Or simply a polite no works. Don’t make people feel they are asking a lot for something that isn’t much especially when ticket was bought at your store

Great prices and the best deli. I must say that for my sons 16th Bay party I had to get a lot of deli meat and cheese and the lady who waited on me was just so nice!!!! It's refreshing to see people happy.

Liked it in the beginning better,,they raised the prices from pick 5 for 17.99. ta 22.00 something,,,,then they had no check outs open,only self checkout,it wouldn't allow me to us my own bag's,,,

There's an additional tax on the iteams you buy when you check out. The prices are still lower just not by much after the tax. Great store and great variety. The store is clean and the workers are kind. The products they have are name brand and more. They have their own meat market. The store is just a nice little store to do your grocery shopping.

We've been looking for alternative shopping (Non-WalM**T) So we went and gave "Cash Saver" a good look-over.Parking is not to bad. The main entrance as you go to the doorway you can still get the feeling of all of the old grocery stores that has been there before for many, many years. It just has that early 70's look...Once your inside, its has the feel of a "Big Lots" grocery store if the had one. The stores atmosphere and the look of the store just reminded us of walking into a Big Lots.The pricing on everything you have to keep in mind to add 10%. Doing this your right at the same price as Save-A-Lot and Aldi's on practically everything.The meat selection is better than Aldi's and a little better than Save-A-Lot's depending which one your comparing it to.But be careful on the shelves, we noticed a lot of items very close to their sell by date. I'd recommend using what you by here quickly. And only stock up if the dates are good.After finding these dates we are thinking twice on the meats...The rest of the store wasn't nothing to brag about. The shelves were stocked within today's standards. Pricing was reasonably labeled, but we believe the 10% should be on the labeled price. This just seemed to be a way to make people think its cheaper until the go and pay for it and don't realize its pretty much the same price as their competitors...So all-in-all we're only shopping here for a sale items that will be used within a few days.As the old saying goes, Buyer Beware & You get what You Pay For...

They finally hired a person to run at least one line, I don't have to use the self checkout. Interesting most people prefer the line with the check out person than the checking ones self out.Thanks for giving a person a job!

It was very clean with nice employees. Being I pay cash with everything and don't have anything handed to me from the government it's very helpful for whenever we need groceries. The 10% tax on everything is still cheaper here than most places regular priced items. I have seen some higher prices but not to many of those.

A very simplified "CASHSAVER" sign on a store placed side by side a smaller strip of stores off 119 as your just entering Connellsville. This supermarket carrys a little bit of everything from baby blankets,sweaters and garage heaters to holiday candies/goods and Dellallo meats and cheeses. Lest I not forget,the little tobacco/customer service center is available to you as well.There system is that you pay "cost +10% at the register." (You do not have to worry about bagging your own groceries.) The prices are decent on most everything. Especially there deli & dinner meats and produce. Cuts of meat are nice. The quality is also good for a market of this type. Shelves are always stocked for the most part with brand and various off brand items. Only seems to be issues with outside vendors not keeping up entirely; breads mainly.The store could be cleaner but it's not bad. It's a bit of a generic and eclectic scene there. But I personally dont need to feel like I'll run into Dan Ackroyd in the frozen foods.😉 Finally,the employees are very kind,always.

I don't think alot of people understand that the 10% is not a tax. Most stores when they get a product in they take their cost of that item and Mark it up 25 to50% and that is the final cost you pay at the checkout. This store puts their products on the shelf at their cost ( no Mark up). They add 10% at the end of your order and that is how they make their money. It is still cheaper than other stores. I have compared the prices of many items I buy at other stores and I save much more shopping here than anywhere else. Unless an item is on sale somewhere else but by the time l spend the gas to go around to find a couple of items on sale somewhere else I might as well just buy them here. I got a 130.00 order and with the 10% it was 140.00. I came home with almost twice as much if l had gone to Wal-Mart or Martin's.

Easy to get to, has paved lot, best prices on meat. Produce selection is decent but usually go elsewhere for that. Prices are usually cheaper then the big chain grocery stores.
