They use to have a touch less car wash. They replaced it with one that the brushes that scratch your paint all up. I knew I should have not gone through it when I noticed the change. My paint now looks horrible in direct sunlight.

I always receive good food from here and rarely have any mistakes made with my food. Never once made me feel sick. I appreciate the public restrooms. The prices for the food are a bit higher here than other locations I've noticed.. The store and parking could be bigger. Gas prices could be lower. I appreciate that they pay their employee's a decent wage compared to other places. Great place to eat!

Store was nice, however it seemed to take extra long for my food to be done. When you’re on a half-hour lunch break, it’s frustrating when you see employees standing around chit-chatting.

I came to visit when there was the big power outage. I didn't order over the MTO but I saw how busy they were and how fast they got the orders out. They were all patient and calm. I visit here frequently and tonight I saw the best in the employees.

I got a couple of chili cheese dogs and they forgot the cheese so I went in and kindly told the manager that they forgot cheese. I said I can just get a cup but she insisted on making me new ones. Every time I have gone here I've gotten amazing service.

The food is always good and consistent for food in this price range. I would have rated higher except the restrooms were a mess and awful.

Tonight around midnight, I drove to Sheetz to buy a bottle of wine. As soon as I walked in, I heard someone groan! I was “greeted” at the Check out by an older female cashier. She definitely wanted me to know that she wasn’t happy that I was in the store. She also wanted to let me know that I was SO DUMB for not knowing wine can’t be sold after 11 pm. She bluntly said “cant have that, cant sell after 11.” She proceeded to deeply sigh as I asked her to purchase additional items from behind the counter. If managers and cashiers are going to act as if customers are an inconvenience after 11 pm, maybe sheetz should close at that time. Just sayin.

Conneaut Lake definitely has the worst Sheetz in the entire area maybe even the state. Extremely disappointed with my chicken wraps even more disappointed with the service. The guy at the register was anything but friendly or helpful. Worst Sheetz visit i xan remember.

Seems as if every time I come to this particular location, they always mess something up. Picked up food from the app and when I got home it was so soggy I couldn’t eat it. Ruined my whole night and I’m still hungry

Kind of confused....I waited in line to get checked out...just as I was getting rung the person announced his mom was calling and he had to take the call....the other person said.... sorry, I can't help you since there is beer....I told him I already paid and would only like my receipt...I am sure I won't be back....

Good freindly people in my opinion the best sheetz in the area I've used all the sheetz in the area and conneaut lake is the most friendly the only thing i have the slightest complaint about is my food being wrong sometimes but when you are training new staff its bound to happen just be nice and tell them and they will make it right

Worst Sheetz I’ve ever been to the staff is inattentive and have the general malaise that only the insane posses and the criminal desire. I drive into Vernon Township and use the Sheetz on the hill it’s worth the extra drive !

One of the only places to get kerosene which is very needed for me because we heat with kerosene always pretty generous and don't usually have to wait long for food
