Big difference from West 12th St in Erie PA. This store was very clean and organized for Xmas. The other store was a shameful. I took pics of it, so disappointed. When I ran that store it never looked like it does now😫😫 very sad now!! These are pics of store walking in behind the counter and pics in the holiday section 😫😫

What happend to being open till 10 pm? Thank gosh there is another store clear on the other side of the lake that is actually open till 10 like every other Dollar General!!

Friendliest staff of any DG I've been to. Stop in here almost daily to avoid trips to Walmart for the little things. The cashiers promptly greet me upon entering and are so pleasant and helpful at checkout.

I like the cashier she was very nice she had a beautiful smile and she works at Dollar General in conneaut lake .she is thin and she was a malada also beautiful hard working she is very considerate she was mopping and put signs up .she just ask me to be careful I didn't fall.,,date 9/29/2018 Time was 9:55 pm .she deserves to be rewarded

Over all I'm typically satisfied with my shopping experiences a5 dollar General stores. Because my family is spread out I frequent 3 locations. One being conneaut lake , another Jamestown (my home town) and kinsman oh. I find Jamestown to be the best in customer satisfaction. Never need to search for a worker when in need of help....always a worker near by eager to assit. Always smiling...always pleasant greetings every time I enter store as well as when I check out and am departing. The kinsman location in my opinion runs a close 2nd. They too are helpful but the big difference is the employees aren't always easily available. But when they are if I ask for assistance they seem to be knowledgeable and able to assist. I do hear please and thank you form the workers which is always appreciated but it feels forced or robotic...not genuine. Lastly the conneaut lake location (and ill add Greenville as I go there as well) they both lack greatly with customer satisfaction in my opinion. Mainly due to the fact I find it difficult and frustrating the employees seem to rarely be present and available. Often I have to search for one and when I find one many times they aren't able to help. Its one thing to not know an answer and that's expected but to tell the customer you don't know and leave it at that is unacceptable. Employees should say they aren't sure but will find out and return with an answer or someone better able to assist. I'd have to say my biggest disappointment with the last two locations is the constant absence of employees and the difficulty in finding one as well as the very long time I often stand at checkout waiting far longer than acceptable with not one single employee in sight and when one does finally come to the registrar there's no apologies and in fact their attitude comes across as if I the customer am annoying simply needing checked out.

Usually has the things i need. I am fan of their brand of extra creamy coffee creamer . I also try there first for things impulse items. So thx DG. My real BIG COMPLAINT. It's a HUGE issue for the Conneaut Lake store. The isles seem to be ALWAYS blocked by carts of freight that has come off their trucks. I have a hard time getting through the store n it's even harder on days when I need my cane to walk . I wish they hired people to stock shelves overnight. Or maybe start a couple hrs prior to closing to begin fill g up shelves. Someone is gonna get HURT by means of tripping, which would be a huge concern for me since I have troubles as it is. Sry for such a long rant.
