First of all, their sundaes are HUGE! So good though, definitely big enough to share. I got the banana bread sundae. It has a slice of homemade banana bread, vanilla soft serve, wet nuts, caramel, and sliced bananas finished with whipped cream and a cherry. 🤤 Also their food is good and very reasonably priced. We got a crispy chicken and crab wedge.

Love this place. Every time we stay at Outflow Camping we stop over for a meal or ice cream. We love their peanut butter fudge and the wedge pizza sandwiches.

WHY did I not take pictures? Pa. husband brought his SC wife and daughter to show off the dam. Hot and thirsty we stopped for a snack. GOODNESS gracious! Almost too much to eat! Delicious.

The pulled pork sandwich was amazing. I stopped in here while hiking the GAP. The meal hit the stop for lunch. Plus I dodged a thunderstorm while eating. Would definitely come back if in the area again.

Amazing food!A serious option for eating when in town. A bit pricey for 2 adults and 3 children but the options are huge and everyone enjoys their meal. From fish to pulled pork and an ice cream for dessert, we always leave happy!

This is the place to get your ice cream when visiting Confluence, PA. This is a family owned business, with high school kids taking the orders, prepping the food and filling the orders.They serve Galliker’s ice cream, both soft serve as well as dipped cones. They have a nice variety of flavors too. They also have pizza, burgers, various fried foods and other fast food that is cooked fresh.There is outdoor dining on picnic tables under an awning to keep you out of the rain. A highlight for campers staying at the Outflow Camping Area which is part of the Youghiogheny Dam Outflow Recreation Area.

This is a great place to eat or snack in Confluence. Located in an ideal spot for those fishing, biking, boating or camping right next to the Outflow camping area and dam. The service is always friendly - even when the line for ice cream is long in the peak summer season. All of the wraps are good as are the burgers, fries, and fish sandwiches. Of course there are countless ways to satisfy your sweet tooth with their extensive ice cream, sundae, and milk shake menu.

The girl at the window was rude. Not once, but twice. Food was decent though. Not on my "must stop" list due to the staff.EDIT:Have increased to 4 stars after a recent revisit. Staff was much more polite, and the food was still good.

Anyone riding the Greater Allegheny Passage NEEDS to stop at the Outflow. What a treat!Their Pittsburgh Pulled Pork sandwich is hands down the BEST pulled pork sammie I’ve ever enjoyed. And I’ve had pulled pork sammies in about 27 different states of our Nation.The sauce and smoked pork is perfection with the coleslaw and seasoned fries on top of the meat. There’s no doubt the rest of the menu is equally delicious. Looking forwarded making a day trip out there by car just to share this treasure of a foodie location with my wife.After some food, you can treat yourself to a delicious ice cream. It might be across the river from Confluence, but the best food in town. The greeters pushed us over the bridge, but stay on the path side and go up the street, it is just a little bit of a hill. Relax and enjoy the Pittsburgh pulled pork and an ice cream.

We each got a hotdog and shared an order of fries and a strawberry milkshake. The shake was alright. The fries could be better, the hotdog was very good. That is why I gave 4 stars. I was very happy with the Hotdog.

We have visited here several times since it was rebuilt . Can be a wait if come on a hot day.Take out window for ice cream but also a small restaurant inside.Weve only ever had the twist cones and pizza but both are very good.
