We stayed in 2023 for one of the Halloween weekends, and we've already booked for July of 2024. Many events and activities for the whole family. The campground has a very fun atmosphere, and still offers the relaxed setting you'd want for a getaway "in the woods". They have a nice mix of itinerant campers and long-term renters who go all-out to decorate their sites. We've looked at a lot of KOA campgrounds and these folks consistently offer one of the best experiences.

Charge for mini golf and the course was not well taken care of. It’s starting to deteriorate, and the greenery was covered in rocks and moss. $5.50 fee to play for two even though you pay to camp at a KOA for the free activities. Wifi is horrible, not even usable when right next to the access point. The camp is very nice outside of those things and the campsites overall were spaced out nicely.Safety: Lots of staff assisting and watching at front entrance. Their presence was very noticeable.

Campground is in the country, nice and quiet! We all had a blast participating in all the saw mill weekend activities. We were a group of 27 and cant wait to come back next year to do it all over again! The kiddos enjoyed the playground, pool and pedal carts. Staff was very friendly.

Great as always!Update:Used to be great. In the 5 years we had a seasonal here, the price more than doubled. I have since cancelled the seasonal spot. The reason for the rate increases were park improvements to which we saw very little, and they were slow. Sorry, I'm done getting over charged with unfulfilled promises. Also, the owner likes to scream at his customers. Sorry, I'm not a dog. Treat me like a human please.

We came in on the 4th of July and didn’t get there until 5pm. Charged almost 100.00 for that night. Next two nights were the week rate and then Friday night, they amped up the price for a weekend rate. We left Saturday morning and didn’t stay the weekend.Prices are out of control. To top it off, our son came over for dinner one night for just 2 hours, and after explaining this to staff, they still charged me the full 8.00 dollar visited rate. There was only my wife and I there. Should be cheaper if only two people. Prices should not be different everyday of the week. They are price gouging. Doubt we will ever go back.

We have come here several times every year for decades. This year we stopped in to visit for a few minutes to see the changes they made before booking. We parked at the office and walked by several staff members. The owner came right out and yelled at us while our son was looking at the animals. He is a money hungry jerk which is why we stopped coming and will never book again. Also over priced anymore!

We stayed 3 nights in a deluxe cabin. (Dk 3 and 4 to be specific.) The beds were extremely comfortable for a cabin. We thought the campground was beautiful. We didn't encounter very many friendly people though. Golf carts are a must because this place is huge. Even with a full campground, we thought it was very quiet at night. Very nice experience.

Very nice and clean campground. We will go back! Store is very stocked and had everything you would need. We were not able to see everything at the park. The Playground is huge and great for kids. Pool was nice and clean. Very happy with the service here. The Negatives:No Trash pickup at campsiteRules are to strict for a kid friendly campground (The owner/employees ride around on a golf carts and watches for anyone to make a mistake and be sure to correct them. Could have done without that)

We camped 6-18 to 6-21. Along side 3 other sites close by were our family members. To be honest we all loved everything about the camping experience but one thing.... On the first day my brand new water filter for the fresh water got clogged solid. I went to buy a new one in their store but I couldn't see paying $29.99+ tax for a new one. Half that price on Amazon. So I went without one for the weekend and all weekend long our water was brown as can be. Probably not a good choice. By the end of the weekend all 3 family members camping by had clogged filters too. Other than that issue we all loved being together and the amenities. Fishing was fun, park for kids was real nice, pool is nice, large sites, friendly staff, dumping station is nicely done, ice cream was good, golf cart was great and recommended. We liked everything else.

We love to visit KOAs and the Williamsport KOA did not disappoint. The site was level and hookups functioning as they should. They had plenty of activities scheduled this past weekend, from hayrides and firetruck rides to an apple cobbler and ice cream social. The playground was great for my toddler who loved everything about it. As expected, the bath house was kept clean and the grounds well-maintained. Cannot wait to book again.

We loved our stay at Nittany Mtn KOA! We camped with our family from Maryland (we are from Western NY and this campground was smack dab in the middle of us). The sites were shaded and spacious. There were lots of things for the kids to do - the new playground was fantastic and unique. On our first night there, they had an ice cream social, which was so nice (and welcoming!). The golf cart rentals are very affordable compared to every other place we've camped. The store is great - seemed like they has everything you could need. We are already booked for 2022! The only thing I did not like is the extra charge to use the jump pad. That is bizarre to me - I have never encountered that at any of the other campgrounds we've been to.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin for two nights this past weekend. The cabin was clean. There were a few things that were a disappointment. The beds were very uncomfortable, so none of us got a good night sleep. You would think at $192 a night the beds would be comfortable. There were no hooks to hang your bath towels on which was very frustrating. After the first night the toilet had issues flushing and the shower drain wasn’t draining properly either. Thank goodness for the plunger. The patio area was nice with a table, chairs and a fire pit. There are plenty of activities for the kids including a little petting zoo, pool and playground. At night though, teenagers ran amok on what looked to be brand new playground equipment. There are signs clearly marked that it is closed after dusk. I don’t believe we saw anyone enforcing that rule which is sad. The equipment will be broken before you know it and the little ones will have nothing to play on. The pool area was clean. The store is very nice along with the snack shop. Get your food items early though because the snack shop closes up for the season Labor Day Weekend. The only things they had left by Sunday were pizza, pretzels and ice cream which left one more day to the long weekend. If you didn’t bring food with you, you were out of luck.We will probably go back, hopefully with an RV.

We stayed for 1 week. Very clean and nice. Our kids are older, but there is a lot to do for younger kids. Pool was small but clean. Bathrooms are fantastic. The sites are a good size and plenty of shade. My only complaint would be that they were allowing people in the store without masks and many of the workers (not the teenagers) were either wearing their masks around their mouth or chin.

Great place for our overnight stop. Arrived late but management leaves out slips for available sites. You can pay at a dropbox at the office or go into the office in the morning to pay. Great wide site, definitely big rig friendly, staff was awesome, would absolutely stay here again.

$17 per day pass, even if your just visiting someone for an hour or 2?? What a joke!!!!!! very shady, very stingy management. Milk ya for every penny they can. Very chaotic golf carts every where. Not very relaxing!

Good place for children. They do not honor their prices. I go with a group of 8 campers and we all booked our sites and paid last year before we left. This year when we got there, they made us all pay additional fees ranging from $50 to $300 due to price changes done after we reserved the year prior. "One additional free car" is no longer available.

We had so much fun our first visit! Our daughter could not get enough of the zip line!! The petting. Zoo was super fun & the staff were wonderful with the kids & animals!! It really makes all the difference in the staff & these kids were awesome. We will definitely be returning soon. Probably for the pool & zip line 🤣 very clean, very easy to pull up & get around. They have Golf Carts for rent, which see really nice of you have some grandmas with ya that are trying to keep up with the toddlers! We had a blast and want to say thank you! Great visit all around & exactly why we stay KOA!

I enjoyed the local rooster. He is a talkative one.Easy in and out for large rigs and small ones.Pull through sites nearer the road. Rd noise quiets in the evening. We would stay again on our journey if in the areaKids will enjoy the critters and play areas.Pool was still closed when we were there but unless you are a polar bear it was too early in the season for it.

If you like a super quiet super remote location this place is perfect. If you don't like shaded lots maybe not. Tons of trees here and shade. Not a lot of grass. Mostly gravel everywhere. Roads' lots, around buildings, everywhere. I imagine this cuts down on the mud because of all the shade. Staff was the highpoint. We didnt like our first lot because it was very far from a bathroom. They gave us several others to choose from no.problem. moved to a huge lot with small concrete pad next to nice bathroom, issue solved. Lots of people staying here long term with nice trailers. People seem to drive around on golf carts for something to do. Got a good nights rest very quiet. Very very quiet. Very well equipped store with ice cream counter and they make pizza to order. Pig roast every Saturday.

I used to come to this campground as a kid before it was KOA and it was a magical place. I wanted to come back as an adult for a slice of nostalgia and it was still wonderful! I stayed in a basic cabin (no bathroom) for 2 nights mid-June in the middle of the week. There was barely anyone there and it was amazing. The bathhouse was wonderfully clean & close to the basic cabins for easy use. The playground has so much more stuff to do now than it did years ago. The pool was clean, and pond was fully stocked for successful catch & release fishing. The dog park was an awesome addition as well! Staff was friendly in the main store. My only suggestion would be to bring back a larger candy selection like they used to have before it was KOA, where you could get fun off-brand bulk-type candy for a penny! Not just the pre-packaged stuff you see in every grocery store aisle. That aspect used to be the highlight of the whole trip when I was younger.

Do not go if you want to relax. If you don't want your children to be run over by golf carts, don't go. Every 1 min. A golf cart drove by. They charge visitors , even if you only stay an hour. The gravel roads were not wet down, so dust was everywhere from all the golf carts. Even if I had small kids I wouldn't stay here. Luckily we were visiting family. We could only stay for an hour or 2.

I can not express just how much fun we had. First of all everything was really clean. The grounds were well cared for. Playground was modern and lots to do. Swimming pool was clean and didn't overwhelm you with chlorine smell. There is a pond for catch and release fishing. Firetruck rides and a petting zoo. Our kids even got the opportunity to see a baby goat being born. Price was really reasonable. The owners were always seen & were super friendly. They had cable hookup which meant the kids could watch TV in the evenings before bed which made it very nice.

The campground is nice but very expensive. My parents come to visit every year and they love it. If you’re going to visit someone though the visitor pass is $14 a day. They camp store is nice, they have plenty of stuff to buy but of course it’s more expensive than at a grocery store. They have a giant bounce pillow you pay to use. Mini golf you pay to use. You can pan for pretty rocks that you pay for. You can check out basketballs and the playground is free. The cabins are nice. And it’s nice to sit around with family around a campfire.

We would rate this higher if possible! Gorgeous campground nestled between trees and cornfields. We missed the petting zoo, but loved looking at the goats and chickens. Worth the drive not more than 15 minutes off the highway. Everyone was friendly. Lots of activities for families. We were passing through, but would have loved to stay longer. Site 5 was close to the dog park.

We stayed here for a night passing through the area, not long after they opened for the season. Great campground. There's a lot for the kids to do, including an A+ playground and petting zoo. Campground is gravel with lots of trees (not an issue for our large rig), and grass in some areas between sites. Sites are pretty level. Staff was friendly. We'd love yo stay again.

We just got back from a weekend at this park. It was our first time camping in many, many years. We loved our lot and the campground is a really nice one, but the golf carts drove us CRAZY...from early morning to after the quiet hour of 10:00 PM the carts were non stop just going around and around and around the park making dust and noise. I really don't know what the fascination is with these things, but they are terrible. I would really love to go back to this campground but the golf carts would prevent this from happening and that's disappointing . We met some really nice people and the camp store is great! We had fabulous weather and did enjoy ourselves, golf carts excluded...It is a very dog friendly park, which means so much to us and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for that.

Nice amenities, nice clean restrooms, pizza and ice cream in the store was great but lots of people, golf carts (with headlights) driving around kicking up dust. If you're looking for a camping resort type of place it's great. If you're looking for solitude and quiet...may want to look elsewhere. Still very nice either way

Update: spent the weekend again for the Little League World Series and it was Fantastic! EVERYONE WAS SOOO FRIENDLY!!!! Upgrade to 5 stars!Just spent the weekend.(Friday-Sunday) I don’t have kids but there were A LOT of activities for children, not so much for adults. We stayed on Lot 17. GREAT SITE! Very loud though. If you are looking for a quiet weekend, request a site in the back of the grounds.Front desk staff were not so friendly when we checked in BUT Doug made up for it when he came to our lot to help us with our cable. He really wanted to make sure everything was working! He really went above and beyond. The camp store is FANTASTIC! Over priced but really nice. We did not bring wood but were able to purchase it for $8 a bundle. They even delivered it to us which was really nice. They have a snack stand which was nice for breakfast. I was a bit turned off by the staff not wearing gloves and then saw the lady in the kitchen with glasses eat a potato off a plate before she served it (sorry order #46)... Turned me off... we still took the food we ordered but didn’t eat it. I am okay with making a donation. If you don’t have a surge protector for your camper make sure you get one before you camp here... We have NEVER had an issue at other campground BUT our box kept tripping and turning back on... was not a big issue because we have a protector but be-careful. We only had our air conditioner on...All and all! I would recommend this camp ground... would not eat at the snack stand but the camp grounds are beautiful!
