Has everything you would need at a Sheetz and more. The facilities are very clean and they have all of the convenience options you need. They have coffee and ICEEs as well as hot food to order. Would definitely come again if I was in the area. We went there after Field of screams.

Came in was a little busy. To be expected at early Saturday am after bars and traveling for holidays. Guy said Sorry for the wait and I said Do not worry about it I used to work at sheetz but after returning home and opening my sandwich it needs to be addressed... My pepperoni 6 inch was not separated Like all 6 pepperonis were just mashed together 3 and 3 and not cooked at all... I threw it in my air fryer at home... coming from store 461 I'm highly disappointed 😞

Worst location I've been to. Longest wait for MTO and they didn't even get my order right. Staff is a bunch of kids too busy gabbing too put flavoring in my coffee. Not the first experience like this I've had here.

Very, convenient, and easy to reach off rt 30. Clean bathrooms huge selection of snacks and drinks as well as a walk-in beer cooler. Typically awesome Sheets made to order food options. Probably the best in person cashier/ self checkout setup I have seen in a convenience store to date.

I come to sheetz at least once a day. I went to sheetz on prospect road. The lady in the service area serving the food was the most rude persimon I ever saw. She was rude to me when I asked for a side of bbq sauce, told me to pay for it when its free on the menu, then made comment to a co.worker. never again

I wish I could give this store 10 stars because of the great staff and the cleanliness and the promptness of food orders. Because of my work schedule I’m usually in there late at night and everyone is great, particularly a manager name Chris. He’s a young guy who is super pleasant and began to recognize me after my third or fourth visit and yesterday I was waiting for an online order and he passed the main register on to another employee and ran back to the food area and before you know it, Chris personally walked my order out to me and apologized for the wait. Such a great personality and hard worker and he knows how to keep your customers happy! Hes a superstar and I actually offered him a job to come work for me but he smiled and thanked me and said he was happy there so I hope you treat the talent well because he’s definitely talented and he makes people want to come back to the store because he makes me feel like a friend

I ordered taco's. There was hardly any meat in them, and absolutely no lettuce at all, which I asked for. I also did not get sauce packets for three of the tacos. Do better.

I love Sheetz they have it all. My favorite part is the counter that you can make your own orders and stuff exactly how YOU want your or customized to your liking. And don't forget their amazing milkshakes 😋 Think I found a lil place of heaven.

On our visit we experienced a misplaced credit card. My wife honestly thought the clerk had failed to return it to her. She was wrong, but your staff provided the best customer service experience I have had in 30 years. We need to get back to that. There are places I won't even go because I have received such poor service, your crew deserves accolades for keeping their cool and defusing what could have been an ugly day! (Especially for me. 😂)

Very disappointing experience! Ordered a sandwich and hot dogs. The sandwich was wrapped in two pieces so it appeared that all was there. Got home and realized that the hot dogs were not in the bag. Called Sheetz to get refunded for what was not placed in the bag and was told that we would have to drive all the way back to get them? Customer service at its finest!!

Went to Columbia PA location for Appetizer sampler along with other food. Appetizer was never placed in bag. So I returned for it. Was then given it. Sampler is supposed to be 8 pieces of chicken and 4 mozzarella sticks. I was given 6 pieces of chicken and 3 mozzarella sticks. What the hell is that? Lazy and very poor service. Sheetz corp, this is unacceptable considering your strong positive reputation.

Who doesn't love waiting 23 min for a app sampler and a snack wrap, oh while watching them fill a another customer's order faster because he was getting upset for waiting 10 minutes. If you want food past 11 pm go else where.

Consistently terrible service. Whether it's lazy employees standing around doing nothing, making you wait forever for a simple order even when it's a ghost town in there, and/or always screwing up my order, they will always find a way to make it an awful experience. It's like they're actively seeking to hire the worst possible candidates imaginable. I've given this place chance after chance, but no more! I'm absolutely done with them, and I'm letting all my friends know to never go there.

They mess up my simple hot dog order literally twice a week. Causing me to have to wait an extra 20min going thru the line. This is getting very irritating since this is a weekly issue. Teach your employees to READ the correct order.

The absolute WORST breakfast burritos I’ve ever had in my life. Flaccid, chewy, and piping hot. I threw them out.The coffee was good though so…three stars!

Waited 15 minutes after I placed my order for 2 sandwiches and a wrap. Several people ahead of us got their food before we did and the supervisor didn't even explain the delay. Very unprofessional, go here only for gas unless you want lousy service.

They just always mess up my orders. I pay for extra stuff and they leave it out. Forgot about my milk shake. And bacon off a sandwich. Just terrible I don’t mind waits but if your gonna screw up order while i wait come on

Cold beverages a little low on stock and facing. Cluttered flooring and aisles. Over all great, positive staff. They are just hamstringed by limited manpower hours.
