The store was very clean. I like that l can still talk to the person at the check out counter as I pay for my purchases.I was also impressed with the young man, in my pictures with the orange vest, he hustled the whole time that I was in the stored. We need more young men that work hard at their jobs.

Great store...but one of my pet peeves is the customer service mindset a few cashiers exhibited tonight..the cross talk among the teenager's when customers are being checked out is most annoying. They seem like nice young kids who perhaps need a bit more training... the apparent manager also engaged in cross talk

Came to do instacart. Workers were very helpful and friendly, we forgot a bag in self-checkout and a taller worker who I think was named Tony(?) came all the way out to bring us a bag we forgot. Thank you!

So 2 weeks before my wedding date I had ordered a cake because I wasn't spending $300 on 1 so I go there and complete the order. The day of my wedding I had my mother in law and father in law go and pick the cake up AND THEY TELL THEM THERE IS NO CAKE NOW this is 2 weeks after I placed the order so make a long story short they ended up giving us a half sheet and wrote "I DO" completely blew me off on the phone VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

This has to be the worst stocked store in the area. Carts are in the parking lot, so grab one as you walk to the store entrance. Worst giant employees in the area.

Clean and friendly but if you are disabled and need an electric cart for get it. They are all ways never charged they are in the parking lot dead the employees in charge of being brought in in charge are neglectful in their duties therefore I go to Weis market from now on this was my third try I gave them done

A smaller location but we'll organized. Had most of the products I was looking for. My only issue was that they had almost no checkout employees working and each line was 4-6 people deep! The baked goods at this location are very fresh and tasty!

Stores clean, great produce selection. Very good fried chicken but it runs out. Employees were friendly but no one spoke to me until I was leaving but at least they said have a great day. Plus I could find carnation breakfast drinks. I will go back. Handicap friendly too

This is a very nice store. It's also very neat and clean. I'm glad they built one here because I particularly shop for organic, non-diary, or plant based food.They've always got what I want in stock, and there's items I haven't at other Giants.

Are you kidding me? My step son stopped the pick up a cake for my grandson’s birthday and asked the guy behind the counter if he would write happy birthday (name) on it and was told he was to busy and I don’t have time for that. My stepson left without a cake. Thanks Giant

I’ve done giant direct twice now and honestly it’s amazing. The website is simple and easy to navigate. The pick up times are available same day or early next day when I ordered late. We’ve received everything we needed and when a swap was made it was equivalent to what I had ordered. The fresh fruit and veggies are in good shape with no issues. The pick up is simple and effortless and the staff is very friendly and loads your car!! I’d highly recommend using this service. Grocery shopping is now so simple!

I love Giant! It's the only grocery store I regularly shop at. The prices are decent, they have good sales, the staff members are pleasant and helpful and I like that they are on top of their check out lines. Recently, I've found that they haven't had all the items they usually do but with everything going on with the pandemic and such, I am not surprised. Overall, I love this store.

This Giants is pretty busy during rush hour. But did not appreciate the girl at the self checkout standing there just chatting with looked to be another employee but off the clock. Another customer even looked over and shook his head cause she paid no mind to the customers. She never said have a nice day to anyone that was walking out the door. They were giggling and just being rude. I never seen that behavior at this location before. Please Giants remind your employees they are there to work not chat and giggle with other off the clock employees.

I love Giant but wasn't crazy about this location. There wasn't much variety compared to the other Giants we go to. It was like a maze trying to find anything and it seems like it's layout was thrown together with no organization.There was an odd smell in the first half of the store that made me nauseated. It smelled like rotten fish mixed with cleaner. It definitely turned me off from looking at the seafood and meats. We are never visiting this location again, I'm sorry to say.

For a Giant it's not bad, but it isn't one of the "good" ones. You know what I mean. It's pretty small and crowded, plus it lacks a beer/wine section. Why do none of the newly opened stores here sell booze? Get with it Lancaster county!

Pretty decent selection given the smaller town. Sometimes it is difficult to find vegan / vegetarian / health foods but it is significantly better then competition. Also, the produce section is significantly better then nearby grocery stores. Giant can be a bit pricey, but they do have a app which you can load their coupons.

The store rarely has stocked shelves anymore and that's all Giant stores around here. Used to love shopping there. Now I go to Weis and they don't have a problem with their inventory.

Picked up doughnuts this morning they looked dark I tried one and it was like they sat for a week (very stale). I have been buying doughnuts there for over a year and have never had an issue.

I was trying the Flashfood for the first time. It was confusing for me. The employees were very helpful. The next time I am prepared for. Simple once you know what you are doing. Products for Flashfood need to be eaten or froze. They are soon to be out dated. How can you say no to a good deal as long as you are doing your part as far as freezing or eating foods quickly. Or sharing food.
