Very professional, and pleasant pharmacists! So why only 2 stars? Because their staff have serious entitlement issues! It almost seems as though they are looking for confrontation....as if they thought they were more special than anyone else. Guess what? They're NOT! Were it not for the professionalism of the pharmacists this CVS would be forced to close.

Don't listen to the Karen's bugging about their prescriptions not being filled right away. They have a serious case of cow disorder (center of world) they think they are the only ones having scripts filed here and that the employees are their personal pharmacist.Then the Karen's complaining the phone isn't answered, hey arrogant selfish woman. The employees here are busy. Try calling back later.Every negative review here only shows the reviewers snobbish "Karen" personality.The employees are nice, the pharmacy staff are kind. They do the best they can with limited support from the corporate office.I live next door to this store, and the idiots complaining are probably the mother's of the local brats that constantly steal from this store.I'm about to start video recording these little snot nose delinquents and posting their videos online so they all can be bullied at Columbia Middle School

Victoria is the best. She really cares. I just wanted to say this, with all the negative comments. Yes I had been told my prescriptions are ready, and gone there only to find out they were not. I didn't get all high and mighty and complain. I understand how they can be overwhelmed. Just sit down or do some shopping while they fill the prescription.

Thank you for being unreliable and not answering your phone calls for your pharmacy because your "too" close to close (30 mins with multiple people calling in and left on hold) and don't want to do your job. Give it to someone who will actually make sure there's costumer service.

This pharmacy does not fulfill prescriptions in a timely manner. My doctor forwarded the prescriptions at before 11:00 and at 4:30 they were still not filled. This is a persistent problem here. There is a lack of customer service and empathy towards those who are not feeling well and need medicine.

Worst place to get medications, you get a message stating your prescriptions are ready for pickup, you get there and they are not! Have to wait. Another thing is your dr sends over your prescription and I called 4.5hrs later they tell me they don’t see it. Staff are rude, impatient, and they don’t close when there supposed to!

The rude employees are belligerent when asked why they do not ever answer the phone. They are not pleasant and will sign you up for things you do not want and then talk down to you when you question because you don’t understand why you are signed up for something you never consented to. I guess this location really is desperate for employees because there is not an ounce of empathy or a soul in the employees here. I spent well over an hour of my day dealing with the issues from this pharmacy. I have never had somebody be so nasty and rude when I asked a simple question of why did nobody answer the phone not wants to say we will be right with you win somebody was on hold for 30 minutes. I also noted that some of the employees that were running the cash register also had those stupid earbuds in. If they were not listening to music on headphones maybe they would be able to work with customers a little bit better.

Unless you have all day to spend there, get your prescriptions somewhere else. Extremely rude and unprofessional girl at the register and the greasy pharmacist was no better. I recently moved to the area so this was my 1st time (and last) at this CVS. My prescription was called in at 9 am. I went to pick it up at 5 pm. After waiting in line for 10 minutes I was told it wasn’t ready, it would be 20 minutes. So I wait the 20 minutes and nothing. I ask to speak to the pharmacists, he tells me “we don’t have it, it’ll be here tomorrow” while throwing his hands up. The worst customer service I’ve dealt with. Why would the staff be any different than their leader the pharmacist? The worst! If I could I’d give them no stars that would be too many!

Horrible!!! Once again I leave this dump telling myself to calm down. The greasy pharmacist must have women issues by the way he addressed my wife with the wrong information. After he yelled at her she left empty handed. When I made our second trip for the same medication it was filled, well.... he somehow managed to get it half right. 21 pills missing, this will be addressed tomorrow and I personally can't wait!

Truly the worst pharmacy. Prescriptions are never ready when they should be, including when they send you a text saying your Rx is ready for pickup. I always get there and am told I have to wait 15 minutes while they prepare it, and a few times I have even been told they don't have any of my medications currently in stock - after they texted me I could pick it up. My auto renewals are never renewed each month. One of pharmacists there is very helpful and nice, but the other is a massive condescending jerk every time I deal with him. It's a whole ordeal every time I go to this pharmacy and I always leave feeling ticked off and annoyed - half of the time having to leave without my prescription. Save yourself the hassle and drive to the next town over to get your prescriptions, trust me.

Due to limited transportation and location, I have little choice but to have my prescriptions filled at CVS, Columbia, PA. I am beyond perplexed as to how this pharmacy continues to stay in business!*Scripts are seldom ready on time.*There have been occasions when it was closed during posted hours, because there were no pharmacist working … without any notation on line or change to their outgoing message. So, if one travels a considerable distance to pick up medications … they may, or may Not, be able to do so. Perhaps you have rearranged your day, put a friend or relative at inconvenience (as Idid); Or pay for Huber and still be without criticality needed medication.*I have requested several times to be notified regarding scripts ready to be pick up. Nope.*And, nearly the most frustrating thing of all is the grossly inefficient and frustrating phone system. If only I could find the words … it is not unusual to have to, unsuccessfully, navigate a call after falling into the rabbit hole of its useless automation. Just this week I endured five separate calls, each ultimately piloting me through oblivion … each time, the call being ignored by staff. My question was regarding an consequential, time-sensitive prescription. How I finally was able to speak with a pharmacy tech, was to first speak to the store manager at the main number. He most kindly went back to the pharmacy and asked them to answer their line. There was at one time a female pharmacist working at this location who was personable, caring, knowledgeable and professional.*It is difficult to have confidence that one’s scripts are being correctly filled in this existing chaotic atmosphere.My advice would be, that if you have any choice whatsoever, use another pharmacy!

The pharmacy didn't have the medicines I needed but the gentleman help me find some! He was also very knowledgeable about the prescriptions and when they would be back in! Thank you sir for all your help it was truly needed today! He was friendly and smiled and talked in such a calm manner! I will be back.

If there was negative stars I would have given it to them. This is worst pharmacy , the staff are deliberately rude, nasty and just disrespectful. No one should go there. They lied about having my medication being ordered and claimed they were working on it. When in fact I called again they stated that they didn’t even know what that medication was and said we have to order it since it wasn’t in stock. The girl on the phones was beyond disrespect and yelled at me on the phone . There is no need for someone to be that nasty and rude. Their staff needs to be trained on their manners and respect for their customers.

Ive never had a problem with them but the new hours are really bad. I had to start taking my prescription right away, but they were closed when I tried to pick them up after my doc appointment and they were closed when I stopped by the next morning before work. They’re antibiotics that I’m relying on to keep me out of the hospital. Had to call my doctor and switch it to a different CVS so I can pick them up during lunch. But now it’s been almost 24 hrs that I’ve gone without medication that I was supposed to start immediately.

My medications are continuously not ready when called in using the automated system. Additionally, hours on website have been inaccurate on multiple occasions. This caused me to make a trip to the pharmacy only for them to be closed. Today when picking up my medications, pharmacy was closed for lunch. Again, this information isn’t listed anywhere. CVS in Columbia appears to believe their time is more valuable than mine. Don’t recommend using this location.

One of the worst places I have to go. The pharmacists themselves, while kind, are overworked, and the pharmacy technicians routinely look like a doe in the headlights when trying to do their jobs (although there are a few exceptions to these such as Ashley, Marlo, and one whose name slips my mind). Wait times are terrible and most of the staff seems like they're upset with you for being a customer and making them work (except the few mentioned above).They are not very punctual (for instance, I have routinely called them during times when they are listed as open only to be told by their phone system that they're closed).Calling them on the phone is probably one of the least friendly experiences you can hope to have and again feels like the customer is inconveniencing them by calling them.It's also very dirty.Avoid at all costs

The young lady Shaliayah at the counter helped me find the juice I was looking for. Honestly she really didn't need to but insisted that she had the watermelon flavor in stock, and helped me find it. She was very kind and friendly and that is exactly what I need after the morning I had.

I didn't even want to give this pharmacy one star I wish you could give it 0 stars. Rude incompetent staff. Told perscription would be ready in 20 minutes came back 4 hours later it was not. Pharmacist said they were 10 days behind on filling prescriptions. I don't know what people do if they are on a drug that they need to survive. Do not to go here awful pharmacy.

I am sorry to say but this pharmacy is by far the worst place you can go to get your scripts filled. I am not sure if it is just here or all CVS pharmacies but the service is just awful. The employees have a horrible attitude and there is no empathy for anyone walking their doors. They don't contribute anything to the town and the store's appearance is shotty at best. Additionally there is no discretion and if you are elderly you will be completed disrespected without regard to your feelings. In one if my experiences here, while I was in line the pharmacist was yelling at an elderly woman just blasting her personal business about her meds and her income all over the store. It was so sad. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was when I called because they had an issue with one of my mother's prescriptions and as I asked questions the pharmacist seemed annoyed and started getting loud with me, after she began to get belligerent, I hung up and transferred my household's prescriptions Hinkles. Now they are sadly going out of business and they did not have a medication for my mother so they instructed us to pick it up at CVS, they provided their phone number for the pharmacist to call them and it never happened. I called CVS this afternoon to see if my mother's script was ready, the pharmacist answering the phone didn't know what I was talking about nor did he try to check with his co-workers. I had to explain everything to him and he proceeded to speak with me like I was the idiot. Needless to say, since Hinkles is going out if business and CVS will take over their customers, I refuse to be one of them. I transferred my scripts to the Medicine Shoppe. No one should have to stand for the horrible treatment from this company for the sake of convenience. Hinkle had great customer service, I was almost not used to it. When I spoke with the rep at the Medicine Shoppe she was also professional and pleasent. I hope we have a long business relationship together.

Get new store hours 10-6. When do you expect working people to get there prescriptions? Oh yeah, I forgot they have delivery that you can pay extra for. Like we have extra money to spend on delivery 😡

Depends on who you're dealing with. Some employees know the job and do their best, while others are lazy, rude, and frankly I'm not sure how they even work there. But has been getting better thanks to the efforts of those who seem to care about their customers..

Every single time I call I am on hold forever, today I called I was on hold for 18 minutes before I had to hang up because I had to go to work. This is ridiculous, and then when I go in person there's at least 4 to 6 people working, so tell me why nobody can answer the phone within 10 minutes?

I get my meds from this pharmacy. I really can't say their the best, cause believe me their not, but I can say I love how they are on point about texting me PR calling me because they automatically refilled my scribs. They do need to upgrade on their products. Meaning, I'll read something from Cosmopolitan magazine about makeup or a cream that they are suppose to carry and they don't.
