They took such great care of our fur baby! We were very happy that they focus on exercise for our dog. And let him run around the fenced area and not just stuck in a create. They were very nice and they treated our baby like their own. They were also very reasonably priced. Thank you so much for watching him and takeing such great care of Boomer while we were gone. We appreciate it!

In my opinion this is the best kennel EVER. My dog normally chews everything to bits when he's at a kennel but his toys and blanket came back in one piece so I know he was kept busy. I was easily able to keep in contact with the kennel just in case my vacation was extended or cut short. The price here is amazing. This place truly loves your pets as much as you do. I would recommend Blue Ribbon Kennels to everyone.

We have been boarding our dogs here for a little over a year, and I won't go anywhere else. The price is very reasonable. They have kennels that allow the dogs to be indoors or out whenever they want, and nice, big outdoor runs in the shade for exercise. Everyone who works there is kind and loving to our dogs.

I am completely disgusted with how I was treated at Blue Ribbon Kennels! I texted the owner to see if I could pick up the dogs a little earlier than 8:30pm. He texted back that 7:30pm would work for him because they have church until 7:00pm. When I got home from a 6 hour car ride, I had time to kill before 7:30pm. I unpacked, sat down and dozed off. Woke up realizing it was passed 7:30pm. I texted the kennel and said I’m on my way. I got there @ 8:15pm and the usual pick up time is 8:30pm. I walk in the door and my dog’s food dish and the folder with their current vet records is in a bag in the middle of the floor as soon as you open the door. I explained what happened and apologized. I didn’t mean to be late and I was glad I was there before 8:30pm. Things do happen that we don’t plan for in life and thought the owner would have understood. It’s not like I showed up at 9:30pm. Well, I was wrong. He didn’t understand and was not forgiving by any means!!! He glared at me with an evil look and said how disappointing this is because he had to rush home from church. If you had to rush, then why did you text that 7:30pm was ok? Why didn’t you text a different time?I paid him for his services, then he walked over to let my dogs out of the crates, then walked out and slammed the door!!!!!! No thank you for your business, I understand why you were late but glad you were here before the 8:30pm pick up time, dogs did well, ate their food, played, etc. NOTHING!!!!!!! I have 2 rescue dogs and this was the first time they were being created together. I wanted to know how well they did. Again, not a single kind word at all was said to me!!! What grown business man acts like that? We all have bad days, but your behavior was very unprofessional. Plus if you were truly sorry for how you acted, an apology would be been nice via phone call or text message. If your a true man of God, ask yourself, what would God do? Do you think God would have approved of your behavior? Would the congregation of your church be please on how you treat your customers who were very apologetic? It is sad to come across people with so much hatred in them that they can not forgive.To top it off, he kept my dog’s chew bones!
