I took my daughters to this location to buy fish for their first fish tank on 2/25/23.Let me tell you, the place was jumping (no pun intended)!Their tank was already established, so we just needed fish. We headed back to the fish section and were greeted by the most helpful employee. I did not catch her name, wish I did.I told her we were novice’s and were interested in some tropical fish.She pointed us in the direction of several options, and steered me away from others as our tank had no fish living in it yet.My girls picked out 4 fish, and she scooped out the ones they picked, and chatted them up the whole time.She made some other recommendations, and sent us on our way with more knowledge then when we entered.Hands down an amazing experience for both me and my girls.We will be back in 4-6 weeks!

Everything is always so clean and organized. I love seeing that the fish look healthy with clean water!! So many other pet stores have their poor fish suffering in dirty tanks, n its so depressing to see. The animals all look well cared for here!

I ran in for some sensitive stomach and skin dry food from Purina that we mix with Nulo for our 3 dogs. To my surprise there was a coupon. This place is beyond busy. Like on a crazy level. Kids, dogs and customers everywhere with a checkout line through the building. But I must say when I went to check out I didn't spend more than a few minutes waiting. The staff was very friendly and reminded me of the coupon on the bag. I spent a considerable amount of time viewing some collars I saw on Amazon where the prices were the same and I got to see them in person for a better idea of what I was buying. Great store and options for toys, accessories and food options.

Just had a very bad experience with the girls at the grooming . I came to my appointment at 5 pm and they all looked at me like they are mad . Someone messed up the appointment and my name wasn’t there . I understand everyone is having a long day including myself . I drove 30 minutes to this appointment . They close at 6 , I’m there at 5 and my dog is a express (short appointment ) they were causing a fuss about it and being very snappy and later on I got yelled because she said she is being calling me for almost a hour to pick up the dog . I was there before 6 anyways . I’m shocked with the way I was treated . Very unprofessional customer care .

I absolutely love the groomers this location has on crew right now. Really wish PetSmart corporate would extend better deals on dog treats though. Especially the Black Friday deals, really disappointing that it's a buy 3 get 1 free, the deals just don't hit like they used to.

WONDERFUL! I was looking for a companion for my new parakeet and this was the only local store with several birds to choose from. As you can see, Jonah (so named because he didn't want to go) and Blue, both desperate for company, became fast friends in a very short time. The employees were extremely accommodating and informative. This is now the "go-to" for all my pet needs!

How such a disgusting greedy chain hasn't been sued is beyond me. The following photo was from a grooming appointment from a "mat" They tried to remove from my girlfriend's dog. Yes those are stitches from the large literal stab wound. Did you friggin stab him with sissors for a laugh you sick freaks? They only "paid the vet bill" sorry that's not enough for your negligence and animal abuse. The fact it was a "younger girl" that was doing the groom likely unsupervised and didn't know what she was doing is even more unforgivable and not a valid excuse. Unless you are willing to not just pay for the vet bill but also refund the appointment and give compensation anywhere between 500 - 1200 dollars we will be pressing criminal charges. Support local groomers, not this negligence that abuses animals for a quick buck. The dogsitting place is another form of abuse and stupid that's on another level.

I will never bring any of my pets here. They cut my sisters dog and did not tell her. She picked up her dog and when she brought him home she noticed he was cut and his private area was butchered badly. The groomers at this location do not know what they are doing and do not handle the pets with care by any means. My sisters dog has been shaking for hours and no one will respond or give her an explanation as to what happened! Who knows what he endured while being there. Do not bring your pets here.

The grooming department should be shut down. They literally traumatized my dog and no one will respond to me about what happened. The used to be good but no anymore. Please save your pups and go somewhere that actually cares.

Best Petsmart around. Healthy & happy animals, clean enclosures. Good prices during sales. Have pretty much of everything you need for normal household animals, from snakes to cats. Got my Meeka there. Can't wait for another snake sale!!

Large variety of items for different animals. Not overly expensive like other pet stores. They have different fish, lizards and small animals available for purchase also. I like that they have different cat shelters bring their cats in for adoption as well.

Every store associate was very friendly and pleasant. This was my first time getting my yorkie groomed. The woman in the grooming area explained to me what was best for him at this time and educated me on why. I will definitely be returning.

Typical petsmart. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This could have been because we had a new golden retriever puppy but I don't think that was the only reason. The store had what we were looking for

Grooming- Kathy P is awesome! She was recommended by a friend and it was a great recommendation. Marcella loves going to see her and always looks spectacular when I pick her up. Always does her haircut exactly how I ask. We are moving to California and will miss Kathy so much! It will be hard to find a groomer like her

Used to board my dog. If you have any breed that's typically restricted your dog cannot join group play so if your dog loves to be social with other pups keep that in mind. I would recommend if your dog has medication that needs to be dispersed you call ahead and check if the staff is allowed to give that medication.

Really great regular selection of small pet supplies. Love that the Halloween displays also feature costumes and toys for rodents and lizards as well as the standard dog and cat offerings!

We just had the best experience for a grooming for our mini aussie. Ally was our groomer and she did an amazing job. We were long overdo and the last groomer didn't do a very good job. The whole staff was great. I highly recommend. Franki is so calm from her experience.

I came to get my newly rescued dog a bath. I was unaware of the policy that heart worm positive dogs are not permitted. My dog finished treatment in March and has not yet been retested.This is fine and understandable, however, instead of simply saying that, the manager was informed by an employee of the situation and came out from the back and began stressing “that dog should be no where near this salon, it’s highly contagious and can kill other dogs!!”Which is completely false as it is cannot be transmitted to other dogs and only through a mosquito bite.When I questioned her claim she said “people at rescues don’t always know everything”How does one work with dogs and not know this?I will not be taking my dogs back to this location.
