I can’t say enough good things about Learning Express Toy store. Caroline, the owner, is absolute amazing, caring, and provides a personal care for each customer. She hosted a FREE event today partnering with @birthdaybuddies (Mario ,Luigi and Princess Peach) just to put a smile on kids’ faces. Caroline did an amazing job talking to the moms and dads that were waiting in line, ensuring everyone was having fun and everything was perfect and at the end she executed a awesome, memorable event. Kudos to Caroline and team for all you do for our community!

We can’t say enough good things about Learning Express and their incredible team. In a world dominated by chains, big business and e-commerce giants like Amazon, a few aspects of local can never be replaced…the personal care for each customer and the love for their community. If a store like Toys r Us went out of business, it means anyone can be at risk of closing. Caroline and her team did the complete opposite throughout the pandemic. Wherever they saw a community need, they stood up, stronger and more resilient ready to help and serve the community in each way possible. When our team was trying to find a way to put children’s fears at ease for our massive clinics, Learning Express stood up and donated hundreds of capes for our volunteers. Thank you, Caroline, and team for all you do for our community! You gave us capes but you are the true superheroes ❤️

We love Learning Express! Clean, organized store with amazing selection of toys and gifts for kids of all ages. Staff is absolutely wonderful. The owners are ON TOP of all of the cool toys of the moment that you didn’t know you needed. The little touches like birthday boxes and gift wrapping are the types of touches you only get with a small, local business. We are so lucky to have this store in our community!

Love love love this store! It is my go-to for unique birthday finds (and last minute FREE GIFT WRAPPING). The store is so well organized and truly has something for everyone with their inventory constantly rotating. Last year my son created a birthday registry here and it was so fun for him to actually be able to go through the store and physically pick out the toys he wanted. The staff and Owners are what truly makes this store great though. They are always so helpful and pleasant and really do such a great job promoting free events for the kids. I'll never forget the services you provided us during the pandemic when no one was getting deliveries ontime. From delivery to curbside pick-up you guys rocked!

We love learning express! They had an amazing free event today with Birthday Buddies (Mario, Luigi & Princess Peach). My son and his friend had a great time and were so excited to see some of their favorite characters! The workers were super friendly and so helpful making sure we knew where the line was for the characters since it was busy and wrapped around the aisles. Thanks again!

Let me start by saying it takes a SPECIAL kind of person to post something so mean at such an awesome event about such an AMAZING place owned by such an AMAZING LADY! Now that that's off my chest, here's the deal. I'd never been to the store before today but the Caroline partnered with Birthday Buddies and there I was with my 12yr old. Our eyes were wide open and jaws were to the ground! The store is well stocked, clean, has such a great variety for everyone of all ages and priced to sell! I'll be honest, we were there for Mario, Luigi and Princess Peach and swore I wasnt gonna buy anything, but some fancy slime was calling my daughter's name. Lol. All of the kids in the store were happy and thrilled to see the characters. Caroline and her staff hosted a fantastic event and we will be back very soon! Thank you for being the sunshine on a rainy day!!

We always love visiting Learning Express! Today, they had a free event with Birthday Buddies. Mario, Luigi, and Princess Peach were so fun and energetic and the 20% off Mario toys was awesome for my four year old! We have been playing with the Mario toy we bought all afternoon! I wish I could give 5 stars because we LOVE learning express but this is the third time I have dealt with lazy, unhelpful staff members. No one welcomed us or asked if we needed any help. When I went to pay at the register it was as if I was bothering the 3 young staff members having a conversation behind the desk. Then when I asked for my gift to be wrapped the girl ringing me out said we are not wrapping due to our busy sale. (there was one other person in the store) I asked if I could have a cellophane bag and I would wrap it myself. She told me they didn't have a bag big enough and they were for squish mellows. The one girl I believe Madeline was kind enough to double check and sure enough found multiple bags that would work. Then when I asked for tissue and ribbon to complete the gift it seemed to be a further inconvenience. The same girl that helped find the bag helped again. I appreciate the one young lady that was kind enough to help the customer and try and show good customer service. For the other 2 young ladies if I was interrupting your social hour I apologize. Hopefully this store can take a look at their staff and ensure their employees would like to work there and help the customers. I would like to mention that there have been times that I have had wonderful service as well! So just be aware that depending on who is working you may not have the best customer experience but they do have a nice store with fun unique toys!

They have some really fun and unique items, but everything is overpriced by a lot compared to competitors. I suggest price checking the surrounding shops or Amazon. You'll be surprised. The older employees were not very social.

LOVE giving them in the area! The selection of education stop all toys is great. The birthday bins that they do for kids is a wonderful way to make sure children get what they want as birthday gifts. And the free gift wrapping is an added bonus! Prices are a little higher, but worth it to support this great local business!

Creep in charge suggested I leave my sleeping 8 month old alone in a busy store.They try to host events they don't have enough room for- I tried to get in with my kids and rather than have a double stroller she suggested I leave one of them alone in a corner of the store to stand in line. In this day in age you can't be too careful, I wouldn't leave my kids with anyone, especially not someone who was so eager. Rude and predatory.If you have aspirations to host events, get a bigger store.

Really enjoyed coming here to find toys for my niece. It's seems like they have everything and something for all ages. Beware there will be kids running around everywhere :)! The staff was very friendly and helpful. And I feel like everything was pretty fair price wise for the most part. My only complaint is that the store is not big enough. Although, I think I came during their opening, so maybe it's not so bad with less people.

We finally made it back in since they reopened under new management, and everyone there was wonderful! They had a great selection of toys, and my kids were thrilled to be there. Plus under the new management, when my kids need to use the bathroom, they actually let you use it! It was clean and even had extra wipes just in case :) they also wrapped the gifts we bought for free. We look forward to shopping here again!

We are so happy this place has reopened. The owners are wonderful and the diverse products they sell are great for all budgets. They hold free events with characters that my daughter loves. It is in a great shopping center for kids, including restaurants, book stores and ice cream/donut shops. We stop by the Learning Express whenever we are in the shopping center. They offer coupons and their pricing is aligned with the online vendors. Please check them out and support a local business!

The events are always awesome and they have a pretty cool play set set up so the kids can play while we shop.I'd rather buy presents there than the Amazon because they go the extra mile and I want to support local business as much as I can.You will love this place!

I took my son to Learning Express Toys to pick out toys for his birthday. The staff was AWESOME and even suggested he get his gifts wrapped so that he could rip them open when he got home. The selection is outstanding and I will definitely be back for my kids as well as gifts for others!

Learning express,under the ownership of the Brant’s, has revamped and renewed this local toy shop. The inventory attracts every age group, even the adult kids at heart. They are warm and welcoming allowing the shopping experience to be hands on and educational. The owners support the community by giving back in various ways. The store has amazing events such as character visits, creator visits, story time and arts and crafts. The friendly and outgoing staff enhance your toy shopping experience and make you feel warm and welcome. I wish them many years of continued success

Learning Express in Collegeville is a great place for every child to experience. I like going there very much and will continue to. They always have cool community activities to take your child to. I was just mildly disappointed when I recently made a large purchase and wasn’t reminded that I could use my $10 off $50 coupon. I spent over $100 on a purchase in July to finish purchasing toys from a birthday box. All the toys in the box were purchased and the cashier remembered to take my info as I am a rewards member but didn’t mention anything to remind me about my coupon. That’s the difference between good customer service and excellent customer service to me. It wasn’t bad customer service, just not superior service. I could’ve bought the yetti in my spaghetti game from target for $14.99 plus 20% off but instead I chose to spend $19.99 for the game at Learning Express. I imagine that the staff could possibly remind rewards members to use their coupons from time to time. I was upset as soon as I got in my car to drive off and realized that I had forgotten to use my coupon again! Also, it would be really cool if the birthday box had an online registry for distant relatives to purchase. I just love the birthday box thing and will do it again next year. Hopefully I’ll remember to use my coupon next time.

My experience here at learning express was unlike any other. An employee named Thomas helped me find the perfect football for my younger brother to play with on the playground. Thomas was incredibly kind and hardworking and I could tell that he was smiling through his mask! I would certainly recommend this store to anyone looking for the perfect toy.

We are THRILLED that Learning Express is open again! We’ve already visited and met the new owners and employees. Everyone was very friendly and hands on. They do an amazing job with their advertising on social media as well! And they added a restroom to use, which is super! Especially for the little ones.Great job guys!

The store is STOCKED with GREAT toys for ALL ages. I have 3 kids - 4, 7 and 10 and they all found toys for their ages. Staff is super helpful and the store is organized so it is easy to find what you are looking for. No need to go to big box stores to find toys, shop local!!!

So far I’ve had a negative experience with this location. I drove from VA to LE for the Halloween drop and unfortunately they didn’t open so I messaged them asking about squish inventory and to my surprise they offered to ship it to me. I was so excited and sent my info right away so they can invoice me but then I was left hanging for a week with no update to which the manager admitted they forgot but would invoice me that same day then forgot again! I had to message, call and email to remind them. At the end the squish sold out and they said they wouldn’t ship out any other Squishmallow character because their inventory was too low yet they had other items in stock which was a complete bummer because they could have offered another squishmallow instead of just saying “oh since we forgot to send you an invoice we also ran out of Emily but if you wait 3 more weeks we’ll get more and can ship one then” like no had I known beforehand I would’ve made a second trip the same weekend of the drop. It’s obvious they do not care about customer satisfaction or out of state customers. Very disappointed.

The kid in me loves checking out the great toy selection. We find stuff fit for my infant daughter all the way up to teens and beyond. Personalized gifts and wrapping done on premises. Can be slightly pricey but what isn't nowadays.
