Wonderful store for bird enthusiast! I've been buying mealy worms here to feed the blue birds. Owner is very knowledgeable. There are a large variety of live birds as well.

We were looking specifically for a larger multi hold birdhouse, and we found this place online. They had two in their store and the owner got them down for us to look at. He was very knowledgeable about the questions we asked ( being our first time birdhouse buyers ). We bought one and also decided to get a goldfinch feeder. We hung the feeder and we are totally enjoying watching all of the goldfinches eating from it. We are happy with both of our purchases.

I have visited the store previously and was very pleased. The women there helped me make some great choices for my wild birds. I visited again today, mainly looking into getting a cockatiel for my family. Upon entering the bird room, my kids immediately complained of the smell. It made my nostrils burn, and birds have much more sensitive respiratory systems then humans do. I think some high powered air purifiers would be a great addition to help keep their live birds healthy. I was also quite disappointed to see how the birds were kept. There was no enrichment and only wooden dowel perches which are not good for the health of the birds feet. It is wonderful to see some many different birds, but the husbandry could definitely use some improvement. I really do not like to leave a poor review, but it’s not fair to the birds how they are being kept. I know they said some of the birds in that room were breeders, but that’s no excuse to not meet or exceed their needs. To your average person who has not gone down the rabbit hole of proper bird husbandry, this probably seems like a fine setup, but it is far from a fine setup.I know I was told some of the birds are breeders and just haven’t been set up yet, but I was there about a month ago and it was the same.

This store is beautiful and has everything and anything you could want for birds. They even sell live birds...so pretty. The owners are very pleasant and accommodating. We live shopping at birds and beyond !

I visit Birds and Beyond at least once a week and have great customer service every time. They are friendly,informative,and very helpful. They greet you warmly and service you right to your vehicle. They offer so many nice things and have even ordered something for me they did not have in the store I had wanted. I cannot say enough about how wonderful it is to visit this store. I would highly recommend any birder or person who enjoys birds as much as I do to visit Birds and Beyond.

I've been going to birds and beyond each Christmas for years to find presents for grandparents and other bird lovers in the family. The staff is a group of wonderful older ladies that are friendly and sweet. Everything is reasonably priced. They're a great local business.

This is the kind of store you'd like to spend a night in, just to have plenty of time to look at everything! All my bird feeders come from this store, as well as 50 pound bulk purchases of seed...the cheaper way to go. The owners take time to explain their products, and she even repaired a broken baffle for me that I hadn't purchased there. I used to stop there only when it was on my way; now I'll make a special trip.
