Don’t waste your time. Do yourself a favor and go to All Roads Kubota in Bel Air, MD. After some solid research online I found an attachment I wanted for my Kubota tractor. I called Stoltzfus and talked to the salesman. I gave him exactly what I wanted, model number and all. All he had to do was sell me one. “We don’t have any in stock but I’ll call around for you, otherwise I’ll have to order you one and it’s going to be 6+ months.” I acknowledge and then re-expressed my interest to him in purchasing the attachment. A week went by with no word from him. I decided to call back and the salesman claimed he hadn’t had any luck but that he would “try a few more places and get back to me.” Needless to say I never heard a peep from them. A week later with still no word from Stoltzfus I decided to call All Roads Kubota (40 minutes away) “Yes sir, we have two in stock. Come on down.” An hour after making my phone call to All Roads Kubota I had the $1,500 attachment loaded into my truck.If you don’t want to make the sale, that’s fine but tell the customer so you aren’t wasting their time. Clearly, the salesman never made a call.

I finally decided it was time for me to purchase a residential zero turn and I wanted one with a 48" deck. Low and behold that had exactly what I was looking for. (48" deck w/ 2 blades vs 3, 24+ HP engine, proven brand name, and ROPS, basically a 'Prosumer' or step above a Residential ZT mode, but not quite a Commercial ZT). I cannot thank Smoke enough for making this a very easy and simplified process. I went with an Exmark Radius E series. They have a 4-year warranty too. Smoke explained everything clearly and even delivered it to my house. Super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When it came time for the break-in oil change, they had everything I needed in stock and the parts counter gentleman was just as friendly. Good people, good reputable store. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks Smoke, I cut my mowing time in half.

They are wonderful people and have just about everything you need! Even paint (they'll match whatever) and stain! Today I went for loppers, gloves, and hopefully a match to my odd sample..they did!! Great place; very convenient and plenty of parking (handicap entrance and parking). Highly recommend!

Keith in service and Bob in parts helped me through an electrical issue I was having with my Kubota zero turn mower. The end result was me being able to get my mower up and running without taking it to their shop. I have purchased 2 pieces of equipment from Stoltzfus and would not hesitate to buy another. Their store carries a wide variety of items. Some hard to find. Very nice store. The service department does a good job of fixing, but do not expect it to be done any time soon. After dropping something off to get fixed, it will be weeks. They get behind, and commercial customers bump the small stuff out of their cue. I have a roto tiller that I dropped off, and I am still waiting after 3 weeks. Just called and it will be another week (always another week).

Called around to different dealers around me looking for recommendations on a few pieces of equipment. This was the only shop where: I got to talk to a human quickly, they asked clarifying quests about what my needs were for the gear, and I was not upsold to the most expensive in the lineup immediately. Specifically I delt with Smoke in sales. He was helpful and knew the product lines. Could not be happier about the purchasing process. This was my first visit, so I cannot comment on parts or service depts yet.

Being a small business owner a look straight in the eye and a hand shake go a long way, or at least they used to. I have had several interactions with Kyle at Stoltzfus and every single time he has impressed me. Its rare in todays world to find a man of integrity. Went looking for a new zero-turn mower and had the pleasure of running into Ruben. He was professional and took the time to answer my questions and explain my options. Purchased a Cub Cadet ProZ 100 which has proved to be an awesome machine. Service and Parts experience with Dusty has also been first rate. Every interaction with Stoltfus has been extraordinary - beyond anything I had dealt with in the past. I will be a lifelong customer and could not recommend them more highly. Shopped around for a Kubota BX power angle blade, quick attach and R4 tires...Stoltzfus had the best price, and what I wanted in stock... just before snow season. Very disappointed in the service from this shop. We needed a blade replaced on a lawn tractor. First it took a full week for them to repair it and return the mower. Then they had the audacity to charge $2 per mile for pickup and delivery going both ways!!! We live 7 miles from there; they took the 8 mile route and then charged us $64. This is highway robbery and they will not be getting our business again except for under warranty repairs.

I purchased an exmark zero turn and have had it serviced here ever since. They have treated me well enough that when I needed a new trimmer and chain saw, I bought those here as well. The sales staff helped me select the right trimmer and saw, they didn't try to over sell. It's been 3 years since the mower and 1 since the trimmer and saw, I'm still quite pleased with all of them.

I was handed down a push blower around 10 years ago that never really worked that well. I brought it to Stoltzfus to have them take a look at it and get it running better. When I got it back from them and tried it out, I was “blown away” with how the engine ran. I had no idea the power this machine had. They even fixed a number of broken parts on the blower like the rope pull assembly and throttle. Amazing!!

Looking to buy a backhoe for my Kubota. Was told Kyle would get back to me after I communicated exactly what I wanted. Called left messages for follow up. Stopped 2nd time he was unavailable. Called again and left messages. No follow up or return calls after many attempts both in person and messages left on his phone. Went to Erb and Henry to purchase my backhoe.Have previously purchased a New Kubota here before from Marvin. He retired not so customer friendly now.Reply to Stoltzfus: Tractor is NOT a 2003!!Stotzfus reply is misleading. Kubota L3540 is a 2012 tractor and they had that information SEVERAL TIMES!!! Unreal !!!I wont be back with those misleading replies !!!!
