So I've been to a Dollar General before, but wow does this really set the precedent at such a higher level! This store is great- prices can be a little high on some items but as long as you watch, they really have some fantastic deals. Broad selection, and such a clean appearance! That was particularly noteworthy. Staff were friendly and appeared happy, which I'll consider an added bonus. Great experience; I will most certainly shop there again.

Was here 3 years ago right around the COVID-19 pandemic things were tough for everyone and this dollar general was no exception, they were struggling to keep the store stocked and straightened up .But now in 2024 they have gotten a makeover and added more refrigerator and freezer space ( a lot more !) They also added a dry produce area for potatoes onions and that type of produce and added a refrigerator section for stuff like grapes. Packaged salads and whatever else they decide to use it for. The aisles are completely clear of any unstocked products it's all cleaned up it looks Fantastic!!! They put in a lot of hard work ! Now it's time for us the customers to keep it clean an in order if you put something in your cart and decide you don't want it , either put it back where you got it or leave it at the register for an employee to put it back where it goes . They also installed self check out stations. I totally look forward to going back and see what all the new spaces are filled with.Congratulations on the upgrade !!!

Terrible staff miserable young lady working there. She whines and cusses in front of customers, has bit of temper. Might need actual adults there to work, and run smooth business instead of sitting on their butts looking at phones.

I visited this store 3 years ago and hated it. I walked in this time and was welcomed as soon as I walked in. The Manager was so awesome. I bought a refillable phone card and would have not had any idea had she not asked and explained the procedure as she was ringing me up. Nice change from 3 years ago! I will be back

Initially, this Dollar General was very nice. I had not visited it in a while (2020 because, you know) and on a recent visit, the story has become a big, disorganized mess. I was not impressed.

This Cochranville location is a smaller Dollar General Store than the store in the Oxford Village Shopping Ctr but they seem to have a better stock on the items plus they still have the clothing. (Love the pajama bottoms.) The employees at this location have all been friendly and actually do their jobs.

Its a Dollar General store.Just a bit over flowing like all the other stores.Seems they are trying to cram as much as they can in the space.Aisles are very narrow and products are in bounty.Almost a claustrophobic feeling walking through.Prices though are generally cheaper than big name stores.

It was the cleanest Dollar Store I have seen in ages, they had a variety of everything and everything was just about in its place other than the stock that was brought in but it was even organized and the people I should say employees were so sweet and kind and very helpful I will definitely go back there.

Visit this location at least weekly....people are amazing...helpful....friendly....always in stock.....they go above and before customer service....Turkey Hill could learn what customer is by shopping here

They close at 9:00. I ran to the door at 8:57 to get a pillow, and the lady stood on the other side of the door and shook her head at me. I really need that pillow. I've slept without a pillow for the past several days, and I'm done sleeping without a pillow!

Loved this store my most recent visit was on 12/24/20 & it had plenty of stock in everything you'ed need or was looking for and was so clean and had plenty of store Associates working and I only had to wait in a 10 person line for 2 minutes.

Dollar General in Cochranville is alot more organized & spacious then others. You see the same friendly staff daily, the same managers have been there since opening. Its practically a one stop shop! You have dairy products, frozen dinners, can goods, decorations, seasonal/holiday decor, cleaning products, pet food/care, clothing, first aid/hygiene products, clothing & shoes ect... PLUS theres an app you can download to your cellphone with COUPONS & a price checker! If you have the app already make sure you keep it updated!! Because you can now scan the product and if a digital coupon is available it will show you! So theres no more frustration matching the coupon with the product! 👍If your local dollar general isnt making you happy, crank up the toons and make the drive to cochranville dollar general! Itll be worth it 😁

The store is quite messy. There are often boxes and items on the floor, definitely a tripping hazard if you are not looking!

An awesome little store that has what you need in a pinch especially if you don't want to deal with a bigger busy Wal-mart!! Love this store and very friendly and helpful staff! Thank you!!
