I had to change pharmacys after having a major issue with CVS. I was very impressed with my first impression of the pharmacy staff. They were pleasant & professional. Nothing has happened since that would change my mind. I get my medications filled promptly & using the online website ensures that I am kept in the loop. I don't get time to shop that much in the store, but I find what I need easily.

Store 🏬 could use a good cleaning and also be reorganized and things put in there proper place. Customer service team is very welcoming and helpful. Blood pressure machine in back by pharmacy. Public restrooms are available. Fast, speedy service.

I called to check if they had my sons medicine in stock. The pharmacist was a little rude from the beginning. Once she answered my question I said thank you and she just hangs up the phone without a you're welcome or a goodbye. Not the end of the world but poor customer service.

I love my pharmacist. She is amazing and always goes above and beyond. She remembers personal details and is wonderful. My dad went in there to get my meds and he got his shingles vaccine, she remembered who he was and followed up. Great place!

I don’t have anything negative to say about the store. There is one thing that I did not appreciate about one of your employees. I didn’t like being followed and watched. She made it very obvious that she was watching me while I was looking at items in the make up area of the store.It took some time to pick out what I wanted, which is what women do when they buy makeup. It might have been a good idea for her to have remained at the counter to observe all that come and leave.

Good pharmacy. I had to switch from CVS due to a change in my insurance, but haven't had any problems getting prescriptions yet and the co-pays seem to be cheaper than what I was paying before. You can also pick up the same kind of stuff you would get anywhere else. The line can get long for prescription pickup so better to go early or late to avoid the crowd.

Nice Pharmacy friendly people, i changed from CVS to Rite Aid since CVS could not get my Medications. CVS told me there would not know when there would habe my Medication, " maybe in a couple of Days or next Week or next Month" was there responce and the CVS Workers where not friendly at all. But so far im happy with Ride Aid there always have my Medications.

Honestly I changed my Pharmacy, they've made too many errors with my scripts, and they aren't the friendliest either. I couldn't take the way they made me and others feel like we are a bother, like how dare I make them have to do something.

PHARMACY NEVER NEVER NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! IT'S NOT EVEN THERE BUSY HOURS. WISH I COULD LEAVE NO STARS!!!(Later that day)WOW. NOW I KNOW WHY, WHEN I WAS IN THERE THE PHONE WAS RINGING OFF THE HOOK AND THE ONE GUY WAS REACHING ABOUT TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND THE PHARMACIST SAID NO LET IT RING I'LL GET TO IT WHEN I CAN. WOW. EVEN THOUGH IT'S THE CLOSEST I WON'T EVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! They shouldn't even get a star, in fact they shouldn't even get an asteroid >p

Never a quick visit. Scripts called in the day before aren't ready. Right away means something entirely different in this place. Always a horrible experience.
