We had lived with our old, tired kitchen for so long that we could not envision any way it could look different. Dan was terrific from the first time we met him. He took photos and measurements immediately, and within a few days, he mocked up some unbelievable options for us to consider. His solid wood, dovetailed, custom cabinetry is no joke – customizable from top to bottom – colors, sizes, hardware, options – you name it. He created our kitchen specifically ‘for us’ with the highest quality and craftsmanship.Dan was hands-on with every element throughout the entire process, and he brought issues and ideas to our attention that we would not have thought about without his expertise. He never let the ball drop on anything, he was always thinking several steps ahead, and he was always available for our questions. Our experience with Dan was nothing like the usual horror stories we’ve heard about other contractors.We could not be happier with the finished product. Our new kitchen is beautiful and functional. Dan completed two separate repairs for us. One was to raise our kitchen sink which needed bracing from improper installation. The other was to remove old caulking in bathrooms and lay new caulking. Dan did an excellent job on both. We could not have been happier and I will definitely call on him again if a need should arise.

We had a few kitchen cabinets that were damaged. We had 2 or 3 other companies look and tell us they couldn’t be repaired. Dan not only repaired them but also professionally cleaned and buffed our sink. The wife was extremely happy! A great guy who was responsive and did a really good job. I highly recommend! P.s. My wife and I reached out to Dan and his team for a bathroom renovation and specifically installing a steam shower. Within the first few meetings, it was clear how much attention to detail Dan pays when working with clients. Before we even signed on to work with him, he spent hours and multiple visits to our house to understand the scope of the project and ensure he set proper expectations in terms of timing and costs.It's been 4 months since he finished our bathroom renovation and he still routinely checks in to make sure all of our expectations were met and that we were completely satisfied with his work.For anyone considering a bathroom or kitchen renovation, we would highly recommend working with Dan and Pristine Kitchen and Baths, you will not be disappointed.

Working with Pristine Kitchens & Baths came to fruition after we terminated our initial contractor for substandard work. In desperation, I reached out to bath remodeling experts on the internet. Long story short, Danny came to the rescue bringing along Carl for the ride. My bathroom was about 80 percent done and they tore it all back down to the bare studs and started over.They did all the re-framing of the shower area, all new sub-floor and leveling, shower membrane, linear drain, new drywall where needed, all the tile work, installed the cabinetry, shelves, and medicine cabinet, and silicon/grouted everything.During the tear out and re-construction Danny and Carl answered a ton of questions I had. I learned a lot from them. They are masters at their craft and attention to detail is second to none.My wife and I are extremely happy, not only the finished product, but we saw the proper materials and techniques being used along the way which meant no more sleepless nights.Service: Remodeling

I emailed Pristine Kitchens & Bath, Dan called me right away, and I had a reasonable quote and date/time scheduled within 5 minutes. They arrived on time, ready to go, and finished in one day as promised. Dan walked me through every step. Dan is a true professional with a lot of knowledge across multiple trades and he has an amazing attention to detail which is rare to find these days. He and Albi recently installed a tile shower and radiant floor heat with tile flooring on top in my new bathroom addition and it came out absolutely beautiful! This job was part of a much larger project involving multiple additions where I was trying to manage so many contractors coming and going, it was a real relief to know I could just let these guys do their thing and know it was all going to be done perfectly. Dan at Pristine Kitchens & Bath is knowledgeable, meticulous, personable and a true craftsman! He is a master at tile. He did a complete guest bathroom redo for us. The tile work on the floor and in the shower is spectacular. The custom cabinetry is A+ as well. Dan is responsive and professional and cares about his clients. He immediately answered all questions asked through text or email. Just know and Dan is completely upfront about this, that his costs do not include the electrician, plumber and shower doors. This is not a negative, it is just an FYI. Dan's work is the best you can possibly get and my husband and I would highly recommend him! You will be thrilled with the outcome! Thank you Dan! :)

Dan to the rescue! Fortunately we first met Dan in a local tile store. He spent a lot of time explaining the installation of a Schluter system to the contractor we were working with who had never installed one. We wound up hiring Dan on the spot there in the store to work with our contractor and teach him the installation process. As it turned out Dan pretty much installed the Schluter system himself but he did patiently work with our contractor, teaching him while explaining the techniques necessary for a proper installation as per our agreement.At one point it became painfully obvious that our contractor was way out of his league installing large tile. So we hired Dan to teach our contractor to install the tile by example. As it turned out Dan wound up installing almost all of the tile as it was much more expeditious and his skills were obviously so much more advanced. He is truly a master craftsman and takes great pride in his work. We highly recommend him! Save time, just start with the best. Our bathroom is beautiful. My wife and I have nothing but praise for Dan. Once the kitchen remodel was done, it exceeded our expectations. Dan is a perfectionist and it showed in his workmanship in both cabinetry and tiling. The under mount kitchen sink detached and the sink fell into the cabinet. We tried a handy man but they were unable to assist. A Google search led us to Pristine Kitchens and Baths.The initial phone conversation with Dan went well as he was able to schedule us quickly.The day of service Dan arrived within the specified timeframe and was very thorough in explaining what he would do. He took the time to explain that one of his cleaning tools had a strong odor and wanted to make sure that I would be ok in its presence. When the job was complete he showed me the changes made, explained when I could reuse the sink and cleaned up after himself.We took a chance with a company that we did not know and are glad that we did. Dan was wonderfully professional. His taking the time to walk me through an expectation of the work was greatly appreciated. Plus he made our sink shine which was an unexpected bonus! Although our job was small, we were still given excellent service.I would not hesitate to call on this company for future needs.

Dan did an awesome job repairing the granite countertops in my kitchen. We had lots of chips and nicks on the edges and some additional damage. Dan took the time to explain repair options and let me decide on the best option for me. He was extremely professional and did an outstanding job and a very reasonable price. We had our kitchen remodeled by Pristine Kitchen and Bath. Dan goes out of his way to keep the work area as clean as possible and also does whatever he can to protect the rest of your home. He worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted. His crew and subcontractors need very good work and were also conscientious and respectful of our home. We highly recommend this company.Update: We love our kitchen so much that we had Dan back to do our master bath. The only tiling work in our kitchen was the backsplash, but our bathroom was a different story. We picked four different types of tile. Dan's tile work is spectacular! He also takes the time to make sure everything you don't see - the studs and subfloor - are perfect so that the tile work is perfect. Absolutely love the process and outcome with Pristine. Dan made the scheduling very easy and they were prompt. Originally was scheduled for a 2 day install. Imagine my surprise when I got home after 6 pm and found that they flawlessly finished the job in 1 day! Also, I couldn’t even tell I had any kind of work done as the kitchen was spotless. This is an outstanding business and Dan is an excellent contractor. I had a small LED light strip problem from a beautiful backsplash installation that Dan had done in my kitchen five years ago. I couldn't do the repair. I texted Dan on a weekend, we discussed how I might fix it myself, and when I couldn't, he took the time to drive a long distance to my home on a Wednesday to diagnose and repair my light problem.
