Always get a second opinion!. I took in my 2007 Toyota Sienna a few months back for inspection. It has 200k miles and is a new driver vehicle.I was told that $3000+ work needed to be done to pass inspection. Thankfully I waited for my normal mechanic to get over COVID. I would love for Extra mile to call him. With his 30+ years he might be able to train your mechanics. He did everything that was necessary for under 1000. The big $ items Extra mile told me had to be done, did not.I don't think they'll be able to explain this one. Go there for your first opinion, and then go somewhere else to see how much you're going to save.

My wife and I recently moved to the area and needed work done on the car. A new neighbor told us about Extra Mile, and we contacted them and couldn't have been happier. They were extremely professional, respectful, honest, and above all communicative. They quoted us a much higher cost for what they thought the repair would be and we were SHOCKED when they came back and said they had fixed it and it was half what they initially thought. Who does that? It made us realize they were a great company that we wanted to keep using. I just made an appt. for my car to go in, and loved hearing the greeting "I'm Mike, the car guy!". I love extra mile auto, my husband and I started going there maybe six or more years ago, I have total faith, trust and confidence in trusting them with our vehicles, even though I have under 35,000 miles on my Jeep I wouldn't trust anyone else, this is a superb auto shop if you want excellent work done. I have no desire to go anywhere else, if you haven't tried them yet maybe you should I guarantee you'll be totally satisfied. Many many thanks to the staff at extra mile auto.

Really bad attention, the people was not working and they do not give you option to choose a time to your own appointment. I don't recommend this place at all.

Family oriented, friendly, fastidious. I am always consulted about the work and the price up front. I can drop my car off in the morning and have it fixed and ready roll that same night. I am always afforded convenient options to pay in person or over the phone. I fell safe driving my car again. I highly recommend you check these guys out first.

The folks at Extra Mile are truly the BEST. They do excellent work, I'm always able to get a last minute appointment and their customer service is incomparable. We had an electrical problem that was covered under an extended warranty. George called All State insurance and made all the arrangements for the claim. That's what I call 'going the extra mile'. These guys go above and beyond! I always feel very safe bringing my car into them, knowing that they are going to take good care of me. Mike is very friendly and makes you feel welcome as soon as you step in the door. They are great about getting back to you as soon as they know what the problem is, how they can help, and what it will cost. They communicate everything so you never feel out of the loop. had my car inspected there they also put on my passenger side mirror that i needed put on. left my car there over night and the next morning they called saying it was done already, and they fit me in the same week. i talked to the same person mike every time, and got a goody bag as a first timer. then they sent me a card a few weeks ago, i will definitely be returning for all my car needs because they are so personable!!

We always take our antique car there. We are always treated in a friendly manner and our 1950 car is always fixed properly. Good car repair is not cheap, but their prices seem fair to us. We will keep recommending Extra Mile to our friends.

Extra Mile Auto fixed a check engine light on my vehicle that has been intermittent for over a year. They also fixed an issue that had just recently appeared without any trouble. They delivered the repairs on time and at the quoted price. They are great to deal with.

I was traveling for a conference and found myself stranded halfway to my destination with car troubles. After being towed to Extra Mile late in the day, the guys got my car in straight away to see if they could get me back on the road. They welcomed me into the shop and allowed my dog to come with me as we had nowhere else to go. In less than 30 minutes the source of my trouble was discovered (loose lug nuts), corrected, road tested, and I was back on my way. There was no charge!! Everyone was very friendly and kind in understanding my predicament. I’m very grateful! Highly recommended!

My vechile was towed here due to a breakdown the owner was honest about the repairs and had fast communication and worked with me to get the situation resolved he went above And beyond and truly went the "extra mile" to make sure things were done appropriately. I would highly recommend this business and would use again if I was in area and needed mechanical services.

Love this place! Always helpful and courteous and the service is great! I brought my car in for State Inspection and they had me on the road in no time and they also look over the car to let me know if anything else was wrong! I left there very satisfied that my car was safe for another year!

Went in to get my tire plugged on July 3rd. Leaving for week long vacation on July 4th. They plugged tire but damaged the bead. I was left high and dry. They offered no consolation. Seems I got the new guy who did not get it right. Make sure you get the experienced tech for service.

DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT IT!They apparently have been trying to get Groupon to take it down. I made the appointment, telling them I was using a Groupon, then they called me the day of my appointment to tell me they wouldn't accept the Groupon. I should have been told this when I made the appointment & before I purchased the Groupon!UPDATE #1: Mike called me back. They felt bad that customers are the ones getting hurt with this Groupon mixup. They will honor my Groupon price & I will use their service this afternoon. Stars may be update higher depending on the actual service I receive. ;-)UPDATE #2: The service was excellent & FAST! I would give them 5 stars just for the service, but must take off 1 star due to the issues with Groupon - something I've never encountered before.

Straight crooks,untrustworthy. Run the extra mile away from this dump..When you ask them to change a front wheel speed sensor and they initially tell you $600 for a job that takes 30 minutes with a part that cost $29,then you tell them your calling Diambrosios in Downigtown and 2 seconds later they call you back and tell you the job is $322.00 that equals a crook plain and simple..If I never said that I was calling Jeff Diambrosios I would have been paying $600 to this crook,but I was smart enough to call good old Diambrosios and get the real price. $29 part and $150 labor total out the door price,and I got proof of everything in this statement,and I filed a civil suit in district court against this crooked shop for deceptive business practices..... I’ll never step foot in this shop ever again...that’s a fact.

Thought it was fine until I realized how overpriced they are. They tried charging my brother $220 for and engine diagnostic! We called another mechanic and it was absolutely free.... Would not recommend anyone here.
