My family has been buying furniture from Chertoks for years so it was an obvious choice to get my brand new furniture from there as well. The employees are so friendly and helpful neither choosing the right pieces for your home. I got a small section chaise sofa and chair and the quality of our furniture is great! We love it and will be ordering from them again soon!

Easy atmosphere to make a choice. We looked around for a while as there was a large selection to examine. We found the living room set that we felt was right for us. We are happy with the purchase.The delivery was quick and professional. They were able to take away our old set and bring up a chair that we were storing in the basement until we bought a new love seat and sofa.

We were looking for sofas and found a great selection here. Getting the feel of the fabric, seeing the actual color of the material, and sitting on the furniture makes you feel more sure that these are the pieces you want. Online buys can be so hit or miss. Even going to a showroom to ensure the comfort and fabric are right, the final color may not match the sample you order.The family has been in the business for several generations, so they saved our time by guiding us to the sofas we want to see. We probably will buy here for the reasons shown above.

4 floors of furniture and the staff knows right where everything you want is. We purchased a sofa and loveseat that we had seen elsewhere for about the same price. We bought at Chertok's because of their staff and because we like to support local merchants. Furniture was available to be delivered much sooner than expected. Delivery men were on time, very polite, and checked to make sure they picked up after the delivery. We are very satisfied.

I am very happy with Chertoks. I purchased a beautiful light gray reclining sofa and loveseat and was offered a payment plan that was reasonable even during this difficult time of COVID when funds are scarce. They were even able to push back a payment after a death in my family so I could finished paying for the funeral. Very kind, generous, understanding and communicate well with their customers. I will be purchasing more products from them in very near future. Thank you Chertoks for beautiful, sturdy furniture and kind hearts.

Larry Chertok is a great guy they had a large variety of sofas and had exactly what we were looking for. Would highly recommend payments were way lower then Aaron’s or rent a center and the quality of the sofa is amazing.

Very cozy, warm, old store feel with comfort. :-) I'm 53 yrs. old and grew up in Coatesville, lived in West End in elementary school and remember walking up town at night with my parents and seeing Chertok's & Lipkins. It's nice go into a place you've known your whole life.

Good selection, but you have to ask for the prices on almost everything. Second floor, which house ALL of the bedding and bedroom furniture, was not only lacking in AC, but in fans, as well. Hot as absolute Hades up there, making for a quick trip.

The inside needs remodel. Especially the upstairs ceiling, other than that the place is way better than RAC and Arron's cheaper. The price is not duplicated
