Worst experience ever in this store today. Miserable and mean older worker yelled at me and my kids. Kids will be kids and pull things off the shelves, I put everything back before he barged past me in the aisle and told me that I was just standing there watching them which is not true. I continued to shop even though I should have taken my business elsewhere. This man continued to follow us throughout the store checking to see if we were "behaving ". I will never shop here and if I could give this no stars I would. Teach your coworkers how to approach customers in a more respectful manner.

Family Dollar is a decent store. The problem as I see it is staffing. These stores are always understaffed, disorganized, and unkempt. Many times I've noticed that stock is parked in the isles with no one to putting it on the shelves. I suppose it's our current economic condition, and not really the fault of the store itself, but it's still unpleasant to see.

Ok place for a quick errand run to get household cleaning items. But needs more staff and more shelves stock, boxes are always in aisles

Family Dollar was 10 time's cleaner than Dollar General. I would shop at family Dollar over many other stores because of the price (low n decent) friendliness (always kind n welcoming) and because it is clean (usually stocked shelves and no trash or boxes all over the floors) ! 100% Family Dollar is better then Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Walmart (sometimes), Kohls and other local corner stores!

I like shopping here but the store is always extremely crowded with merchandise taking up the aisles, that's my main complaint otherwise the 2 Managers Shannon and David are usually courteous but the other Manager a larger white Woman who usually sits down to ring out customers is not as friendly.

Last night I sent my boyfriend to Family Dollar in Coatesville to get cat food. He doesn't speak the best English so he had to rely on the employee on duty with the piece of paper I send with him.Whoever the employee was told my bf the cans were 3 for $5 & he got 6 of them with no change back.However the receipt said 5 for $3 @ 6 count = $3.60. =$6.18 change due. My question; if you're going to steal from your customers, why give them the receipt to confirm the theft???

Decently stocked what isn't stocked is due to covid. Very wonderful staff and clean store lighting and layout could be better.

It's ridiculous when you go to this store and refuses to take digital coupon with manufacture..all because they don't want to deal with it at the end of the night. So why offered the digital and manufactured coupons. Ridiculous.
