Even though it was very late when we got to the store, the customer service was excellent. She took her time to help us out with the checkout. We were very happy with the service not used to this kind of service at CVS if I had experienced more service like this I would probably shop at the store more.

I see all these negative reviews and have to leave a good one since I've never had any issues and feel that the people here deserve the appreciation.I've only dealt with a few pharmacies in my life but this one despite seeming to be understaffed always gets me in and out quickly. Recently I had a wisdom tooth removed and came here to get my antibiotics and pain meds. As it turns out the oral surgeon's office forgot to have the doctor sign my script and they closed shortly after I left.I asked the pharmacist to at least give me the antibiotics since I was spitting blood into a bottle and obviously needed them more than the pain meds so he looked up the surgeon's office, got through the after hours line took the ok from the doctor over the phone. I left with both scripts after about two minutes once he got off the phone and didn't even end up needing to take the pain meds, they're still sitting in my medicine cabinet.

3 employees stood in a nearby isle while there were 4 customers in 1 self checkout line. I now remember why I no longer use your pharmacy services, unfortunately I had to stop for otc items today … will not ever go to this store again. what a joke

I had a very pleasant experience when I visited this location. The store was well stocked, clean and organized. The sales associate was very helpful finding what I was looking for, and the manager explained my options when using my coupon if I needed to exchange my item. Thank you.

So let's talk about pharmacys and how if this were rite aid they'd be polite and ask you if they can call a doctor for you or heck call you if there's problems with a script. Do you think they do that here? nope they just tell you the script is old. and they tell you your insurance doesn't cover a med so we didnt fill it. This pharmacy desperately needs new management.

Can't comment much on front cashiers since I always check out right where you get prescriptions but back there they're very polite and helpful with any questions...not to mention the pharmacist always no matter how busy will stop and answer any questions you have...they're great for that....Awesome job guys!! They do also close the pharmacy registers for an hour for lunch so be aware of that...go before noon or after 2pm to be safe!! Remember this bc you cannot grab your scripts from 1230 to 130...you'll be stuck waiting an hour...or it may be 100 to 2pm...play it safe call and ask when they close for lunch!!!

The pharmacy staff is truly the most incompetent grouping of people I’ve ever seen working in one place. Everyone looks miserable and literally hides behind counters and shelving trying to avoid customers. I’ve had to call here by phone several times and have never had someone pick up, EVER. Today I went in to pick up a prescription I’ve picked up from there before with no issue and only paid about $1.00 with insurance for. They tried to charge me $35.00 today and said it was because my insurance was rejecting refills. After getting home I called my insurance directly and spoke with someone who immediately told me that wasn’t true at all, the insurance plan just preferred a 90 day supply instead of a 30 day supply since it was a daily medication, and then it would be covered. The rep on the phone said, “they didn’t offer to just fill it for 90 days instead?” So clearly it was an obvious option. Again, the staff is just incompetent. Out of all of them, pharmacist Huynh is by far the worst. She is unorganized, not personable, scatterbrained, and arrogant. Everytime I see her she looks lost and confused. Last time I was here she was trying to give someone their insulin which she left on the counter for 3 hours, making it unusable, and kept insisting it didn’t really matter. She is in desperate need of a career change. There’s something very wrong with the staff here.

Cold, is all that i can describe about this pharmacy. The staff is a reflection of its management.The pharmacist has the worst attitude. Not an acknowledgment when in line and never a smile. Forced to go to CVS because our insurance requires us to. No one in their right mind would otherwise go there. Walmart is always a better choice. They have a smile on their face and treat you right, unlike the folks at walmart . it's absolute mayhem back in the pharmacy

Clearly based on the reviews corporate has know interest in improving the service at this pharmacy, but for what its worth here is mine. I have lived in 3 states in the past 10 years this is by far the worst pharmacy I have been in. No one ever knows whats going on , even when they notify you via phone that your prescription is ready when you get there its not. I have changed to a local pharmacy further from my house, unfortunately there is 1 medication that only CVS carries (monopoly).

This CVS is very convenient for me, been going to them since they opened and know many good employees who left. They've gotten worse over time. My issues lately has been with a pharmacist named Paul, this has made filling my medication a personal thing. I have had to call corporate twice on him (I have never done this to another person or company ever!) He keeps insisting on lying about my scripts! Will be switching soon.

I wish there was a negative star option. After years of repeated issues- stockouts, delays placing orders for stocked out medications, disregarding notes about prescriptions, no communication-they will NOT call you or notify you that anything is out of stock; you have to babysit them to get anything filled-this pharmacy hit a new low a few weeks ago:I called around 8:30 and after holding for quite some time (typical for this location-distinctly remember waiting over an hour one time on the phone and no one ever answered) I finally got someone on the line; I said I was on my way to pick up my scripts; one had been filled and another I had been waiting on and it was due to be filled that day; I asked if they could fill it so I could just grab both of them at once and was told I could get it the next day. I asked if they could just fill it then since there were at least 15-20 minutes until closing time and was asked if I could be there in 10 minutes (she was clearly annoyed); I said I would be there in 2. When I showed up to pick up both rxs, I was only given the one that was already filled. I asked about the other and was dismissively told it was too soon to fill until the following day (after she had told me not 10 minutes before that she would fill it that night). This rx has been on the same schedule since I began taking it and it was due to be filled that day. She was clearly using that excuse because she didn't feel like filling it 10 minutes before closing time. I was irate (wouldn't have bothered stopping had I known I would just be made to come back the following day) and I knew she was lying but I felt powerless to do anything about it so I just left and went back the next day...waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru line for 3 cars in front of me and was late to work. Absolute disgrace. Always a problem!

I would have given 0 stars if I could. This CVS has gone downhill over the past few years. No service, slow turnaround and no one cares. Wont even answer the phone, I cant do anything about my mail service but can for all the rest. I'm moving to Rite Aid ASAP

Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed! I came in Yesterday at approximately 11:30 am I was told my 3 year old prescription was not ordered so I called the doctor whom told me the pharmacist did receive it so after about 20 minutes they said they got it but it wasn’t ready for 20-30 minutes I say okay I leave I come back in an hour they told me they still aren’t ready they were backed up about 2 days and to come back in another hour . So I come back in another hour and they are CLOSED!!!! The feeling that we’re going through me were unbelievable there was a woman there that looked at me with my very very sick three year old and told me to come back only for them to be closed . It was a very frustrating and horrible night for me and my 3 year old . I will never get my son or my prescriptions from there again! & I Would NOT recommend them .

I called an hour before I showed up here for my medication. I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I showed up an hour later and it was still not ready. This is a very common occurrence at this location. Medication is never ready on time even if you call in a timely manner.

Had me wait over an hour for prescriptions that were called in 4 hours prior and I was notified to come pick up. Also sent a text for me to send my insurance card info which I did 2 hours prior. When they finally called me up, they told me they didn’t have any insurance information for me. Mind you this was after being asked to wait 10 minutes and waiting 50 more of those. When they ran the insurance there was STILL an issue so long story short I spent over an hour in CVS waiting for prescriptions I didn’t even get to take home, and they’re to help me function daily. The pharmacy dept here is totally underwater all the time. Fills habitually get lost or are late. I wish I could go Caremark mail order but I can’t because they do t accept my discount cards.

Absolutely horrible. Will never come here again for anything. Every time I come to get my script filled it takes over an hour, even if I call ahead of time. Today I drop off my script, get told 25 minutes. I go park in the lot, 20 minutes later I get a text it's ready and I get in line. 1 car took 17 minutes. Next car, 5 minutes. I pull up? Nope now we're on lunch for the next half hour. Excuse me? Come back 30 minutes later at the end of lunch just to sit in another line for 15 minutes. The incompetence level of this location is astronomical, I'm done.

Pharmacy staff are rude and dismissive. After multiple visits educating the pharmacy staff and being verified repeatedly with my insurance company I get the same incorrect charge for my prescription or an argument over how many days’ supply I’m required to fill at one time. Today they charged my partner $100 for what should be $25 copay. When we showed them the insurance info on the cvs Caremark app of the copay, they said we’re wrong. We explained that last time they entered the wrong code but when they corrected it, the right charge came up. They said they cannot refund the excess charge and cannot get a new prescription. Called the insurance as soon as we got home and low and behold they entered the wrong code. The pharmacy kept my insurance company on hold for over 30 minutes and now miraculously they can correct the charge.Now, mistakes happen but the staff was SO rude and just mean that I have written to the corporate office and complained to my employer about the service from the pharmacy we are required to use. They weren’t just rude to us the customer, they hung up on the insurance company twice before the rep insisted on not being put on hold again.I do recommend cvs in target in malvern. It’s the one on Carnegie blvd. A bit of a hike but the staff are kind and caring. I’ve had a similar mistake happen with that pharmacy and they took the time to listen and research and eventually correct.Everyone is stressed right now especially health care front line workers but there is no excuse for taking that out on other human beings.

I would give a negative if there is a such option. This is the WORST CVS I ever went. Went for sending a money transaction, and the cashier checked my information before making transaction. She KNEW I was the sender and still confirmed the transaction which made me the receiver. DON'T BRING DIFFICULTIES TO CUSTOMER PLEASE!

The worst cvs I have gone to by far! For the past 3 months they haven’t had my prescriptions in stock! Secondly the service is horrid. Has gone downhill and need new staff immediately! Always gives me a talk about how I need to get it towards the first like I have any say in that! All around just a bad experience!

My prescription was called in @ 2p, when we got here about and hour/hour and a half later we were told it would be an additional 30-45 minutes. So we went home and I came back about 40 minutes later and was told they still had to mix it. That took another 30 minutes plus to do, so it took them over 2 and a half hours to fill a single prescription. This has happened almost every time we've come here. Unacceptable....
