Pros : Right off route 30Cons: Website is not accurate. All the rooms do not have shower/tub combination. I set up in the room to realize no tub as advertised. Went to the front desk the only room available was in the first floor and she stated is not their fault is corporate for false advertising. Told Alexis to have manager reached out since I was not going to go to the first floor since she had said there are 2 events and it was going to get loud. I had just gotten off from work and needed sleep. Got a call from a manager she offered 2nd floor by this time I was asleep. I did see they added bonus points to my account but the point was why there are advertisement that are not true. So was either sleep or go to another room decided to not have the tub. Needs a deep cleaning mold in shower. The next day went down the jacuzzi and no jets were working. I notified 3 people called front desk and their attitude came off as that is not as important. Well if you rent a room for one simple amenity well it kind of is that important. The whole weekend was this way. And lastly never have I stayed in a room where the bed is as hard as a rock. No cushion or topper just a hard mattress. Woke up with a backache every morning. Will not be staying here again. Very disappointed in this particular Marriott. The front staff were not as professional as other hotels I have stayed. Little details that are very important to me as a consumer. Another thing the tvs are outdated. But you get what you pay for. This location has potential. A good deep cleaning(mold in shower) and proper hospitality training.

I'm a long time Marriott customer and have stayed in at least 3 of their properties in the area. This hotel had been closed for quite a while but I finally stayed there this trip. I was afraid it would be managed by the same people that managed the Exton properties. Wow, what a difference! Great people, good room, pretty good service. I'll come back.Rooms: We're in a suite for 6! 2 queen beds and a sleeper couch. Chairs, desk, 2 TVs, fridge and microwave.

If i could give 0 stars i wouldWhen I tell y’all the Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia/Coatesville/Exton is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever booked a venue at so I went in to decorate at 8:30 am as Sarah white the sells manager told me I would have the venue all day until 10pm and I could set up in the morning as i express to her i had a hair appointment that day and had other things I needed to take care of i told her my start time will be 3pm, when I got there to set up I was informed they had booked the venue until 2:15 , if my baby shower starts at 3pm your telling me I have 45 minuets to set up and not only that the cut my baby shower end time until 8pm because the had booked another event at 10 pm Sarah refused to talk to me on the phone and had her staff tell me my only option was to set up and have my things in the room while a wedding party was in there I was overwhelmed with anger at this point then they lied to my face saying the wedding party had booked the space 2 years ago and the Marriott was not even open do not book any events with this racist company! As they will try to gas light you because you are black and refuse to care about the money we paid to accommodate another party that is the same color they are!

The check in process was pleasant and warm. Lobby as well as Bistro area was clean and presentable. There was a large seating area next to the lobby that appeared comfortable and clean. The rooms were fairly nice. Shower could have been deeply cleaned as the corners and caulk areas were mildewed. There were patches on the wall in the bathroom where a grab bar had been removed. It should be replaced as one is appreciated, especially by us older folks. The linens were clean and the bed was nicely made. We did kill a centipede scooting across the floor. Or was it a millipede?? Anyhow we smashed it. Aside from that it was a pleasant stay. The Bistro offers a very limited selection and what we had, except the tomato soup, was good. The tomato soup tasted like a cold creamed spaghetti sauce.

Not worth the money! I spent nearly $400 for 2 nights and got:- no hot water in the shower on the 2nd morning- bed was sunk in the middle-sheets did not fit the fold out couch propery- conditioner bottle was empty, which is a great thing to discover mid shower- the air is either very cold (69F setting) or very hot (70F setting). Nothing in between- bathroom floor had pubic hair on it-crumbs on the couch- outdated without USB plugs (it is standard now)- not hospitable from desk when checking in. Also, why check in online if you still have to show credit card when coming in. Usually if I check in online, I just need to stop by the front desk for a room key

No coffee station !!!! TV was set up in room where you could not view from bed. Room needs update they have carpeting on the floor. I believe the laminate floors are more sanitary. Also Starbucks is the only place to get a meal in the hotel it’s open a couple hours in the morning and a couple hours in the late afternoon early evening. Unless you buy from their vending machines or bring your own food you will have to leave the hotel for food. Very inconvenient

The staff were very nice, but the facility need some maintenance. The light fixture over our room door fell out, halfway out the ceiling (about a foot down) so we had to duck to come in and out of our room. The front desk staff put it back. The smoking area was covered with spiders that would drop down on you while you stood in the area. I asked the front desk staff if someone could sweep them down and she said she'd tell the exterminator (so basically no!). The room shower has black mold in it (room 213) and thick dust black over the bathroom vent. The bathroom sink kept stopping up. The rugs in the room and elevator was dirty and stained. The sofa in our room was very stained. The bed was all springs and no cushion. We won't be back.

I booked this hotel specifically because it was shown as having a swimming pool. It turns out that the pool is closed for construction and won't be open until next month. I was hoping to reduce the weight of a hard day of funeral attendance for my family. The room was fine. Being that the hotel amenities may continue to be misrepresented I would not recommend this hotel. The attendant who checked me in was not helpful in the pool matter and claimed that the hotel website said the pool was under construction. I found no such thing.

Overall looked good. Pool not working. There were too many stains on the rugs in the room and another room. Bistro over charged. Everyone was nice. Staff. It was convenient. It was good it had a bistro and p,ace to get snacks. The shower only had warm water, no hot water. Does have an outdoor seating area which was nice. Good not great. It could be great.

All the amenities, looks nice, friendly staff, BUT the air conditioning was on hyper freeze (in the 50s), and the air was so stale you could taste it, I don't think the windows have been opened in decades. Whirlpool and pool out of order, of which they didn't inform me when I asked if it was available. I have an infirmity that hydro therapy helps so I asked. My wife went to the drugstore for my medicine and said the surrounding area was depressed and frightening.I would have rather stayed in a two bit motel. Awful experience.Safety: Don't leave the hotel.

For the price to stay here, I feel it should be better.- Can’t fully see the TV from the bed- My window was unlocked, which wouldn’t have been an issue if you couldn’t literally climb out of them and walk to the next room. I was traveling by myself and that really scared me as it was night time when I arrived.- I also had someone try to enter my room twice at 10am the next morning, no knocks or anything - just tried to come in. I was showering with the door open, so that also freaked me out.- The curtains had stains on them- I was not given a trash bag for the trash can, so I had to ask for one.- I feel like their restaurant should at least stay open until 12 (checkout time) or 1pm, considering the hotel is surrounded by nothing but trees.

I want to give your entire team a HUGE thank you and to compliment every one of them for their exemplary customer service. Every single staff member that I encountered went above and beyond to make my experience great -- from the housekeeping team who did a beautiful job straightening my room to the reception team who were always cheerful and welcoming to the team at the Bistro who remembered my drink order from two months ago (!!!!!) to going above and beyond to check if my food order was gluten friendly. But I want to give a huge shout out to Crystal in the bistro. She always makes such an impression on me when I come because she takes extra steps to be sure I am comfortable and happy. Today, I had to start working well before the Bistro opened, and she went out of her way to get me a big cup of coffee anyways. Not only that, but her warm and kind words got my day off to such a better start that it would have been. Please thank your entire team for a job WELL DONE! I will definitely be back for future visits.

i would not recommend this hotel to anyone and i wont be staying here again. please go to the Home2suites in exton for a great stay.1st -the staff was snarky and didnt care about the people staying. they were very put upon and resistant when we asked them for anything.2. we had the king bed and pullout and the pullout was painful to sleep on and very noisy and the king bed dipped in the middle. and the sheets were rough.3. they do not have any breakfast and were dodgy about admitting that.4. the staff (front desk and housekeeping) congregated in the lobby and spoke about personal things instead of helping customers.okay all the bad out of the way, now the good.1. the hotel lobby was very clean and attractive.2. nothing and nowhere smelled like smoke even a little.3. the outside (even in the middle of real fall) was clean and tidy of fallen leaves and debri.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. Clean and updated. Stayed for a wedding which was close by. Didn't use the pool or outside firepit but both were used by family members. Lobby has a Starbucks and a bistro menu. We didn't dine but our family highly recommended it. Room was large, updated, comfortable, and clean. If we were in the area again I would definitely return. I thought the front desk staff could have been friendlier and more professional. No real issue just not what I've experienced in the past.

This is our go to Hotel when we need to visit family! My father passed away, and we made reservations Oct 17, 2022 for 3 nights. Christina, the General Manager was phenomenal, a rare person. We are in the process of moving from Cali back to Texas when my father passed away. My husband had no suits or sport coat, I quickly order one and had it sent to my parents home. It came extremely wrinkle. Christina in her kind heart steam pressed his sport coat for us. In addition she had a very sweet sympathy card and chocolate goodies for us. We are very thankful to Christina and her team at this Marriott. They went above and beyond.❤️

Has a bar but not open but they keep bottled beer in the refrigerator. No breakfast. Pool is not open. Hot tub is not open. Shower door didn't close. Brand new hotel and looks good inside but no available amenities. Was told no amenities due to staffing issues. Overcharged for the room. Had to debate a late checkout. Elevator needs servicing, sounded like it was going to collapse. Brand new hotel, but at least it was clean.

The stay was wonderful! We were in town for a wedding, and not only was the king bed room large and very clean, but the bed was comfortable and I slept great! The shower was clean and roomy. The smart TV swiveled so we could watch from our bed, which was great! After the wedding the hotel bar stayed open and served some admittedly rowdy guests with smiles. Overall, a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel for others. I may even use it for my own wedding!

My stay was by far one of the worst I’ve ever had. The staff was not very attentive and accommodating. At some point in the night, the fire alarm went off for a fire in the kitchen. But then continued to go off for a considerable amount of time after. Me and my girlfriend were unable to get to sleep and ended up checking out shortly after checking in. Absolutely terrible

Room was clean and nice. Employees were counting money at the front desk while we were checking in which was weird, a little unprofessional but not unfriendly. The hot tub was more like a warm bath. Nice back patio area. Nice scenary. Would stay again.
