Dr. Francella treated all my aminals from the time we moved to Chester County.(1985) He was always kind, down to earth, excellent vet and no nonsense guy. By that I mean he will not string you along for the $ . If a pet is truly suffering and he has done all he can do for your pet - he will let you know and your options; which I appreciated.I recently adopted a new dog and she will be seeing Dr. Francella in the near future.

Wonderful bedside,manner, staff was supportive to me,my fur babies and the physician! I was given a next day appt,appointment, of all he listened and responded at one point down on his knees taking care to responding sensitively as our case required. Healing has been clear as all was explained.

Dr. Francella took the time to make sure my very timid dog was comfortable with him before starting his exam. Very reasonably priced and he doesn't take appointments which is great actually because I've never had to wait long at all. Highly recommend.

Have taken 4 pets there for 6 years. Great staff and wonderful value. When I needed them the most, they were there for me when it counted. I will never forget the sensitivity, accommodation, and great response when I had a lot of medical problems with my cat. Far above and beyond what any other vet I had been to. Very concerned and never bothered by late night calls and made accommodations after hours.

This was my first visit to this veterinarian and I was a little surprised at the comfy, non-antiseptic feel. Definitely an old school business. The loacation is beautiful and my dog & I were very happy with the consultation. Dr. Francella looked over the paperwork from my previous vet, and outlined a clear cut, effective path forward. No up-selling. It worked. I'll be bringing the rest of my animals to him from here out. Found my new vet.

Called many area vets and they never even returned call. Call Coatsville Vet and was given an appt. next morning. Dr. Francella was very professional, Key0 liked him. I loved him. So nice and personal. Wonderful gentalman and his assistant was awesome too! Gave Key0 what he needed, explained prescriptions to me. He will be Key0's vet!

Dr. F and BJ are a fantastic team who work together to provide the best possible care your pet can get. We've gone for regular checkups for our dogs and cats. We've gone for garden variety sicknesses and had them all patched right up. And we've gone for emergencies during off-hours. Dr. F has such a great rapport with all of my pets. They never rush anyone out the door, always taking their time with everyone's fur babies.Prices are great. Care is awesome. Hours work for us (and having the ability to walk in without a set appointment is nice). All in all, this is a fantastic place to take your pets!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Francella. Hes got over 40 yrs experience and works out of his small office. Theres a reason for this, and that reason is keeping the costs low, as in very reasonable. Had to put down our 15 yr old pit bull and he just kept telling us how sorry he was & how he hated to do it. Made the process as best as possible. He goes every route to cure your pet first without surgical intervention. We don't know what we will do when he retires...they don't make them like this anymore. Hes not cut from the same cloth as the newer vets, so to speak. Truly compassionate and loves animals.

Great with all animals. Always there if you need him. My daughter's Chihuahua had a reaction to rabies shot. He said bring him back in and fixed him all up. Saved our fur baby.

Dr. Francella has been taking care of my dogs for 30 years. He's a great vet and his prices are beyond reasonable. If you want ridiculously high prices, fancy modern furniture, and doctors that see you as a wallet you should go somewhere else. However, if you want a good vet that cares about your animal and you, go to Coatesville Vetrinary Hospital.

Hello dawg lovers, i've been going here for 35yrs & never had a problem. Dr. Francella's always on point, & offers further care instructions even after going home, even after 25yrs of marriage, kids, & a military career i wouldn't go anywhere else w/ out his blessings. And to all family's who receive his experienced knowledge & loving care for our pets, Doc told me personally he would not be retiring anytime soon, so please disregard the rumors.
