I used door dash, which is why I did not rate service or atmosphere. My Mac and Cheese that cost almost 4 dollars was only 1/4 full. The Mac and cheese is also just off-brand kraft mad and cheese. The breading was to salty, but the chicken itself was okay... big pieces. The banana pudding was worst it just jello brand. So it taste like fake candy and has soggy Nila wafers on them.

I wish I was lying. The sides were literally 12oz containers (printed on the bottom of the container) not filled. Mac&Cheese was stale and gross. Potatoes and gravy was behk! Fried Chicken wing still had about 5 quills sticking out of it and it was salty. Biscuits were awful and were thrown out. Price was outrageous for the garbage they sent. Called them and they argued with me that they were the Large (16oz) sides. Didn't offer a refund, or satisfaction of any kind.

I love, LOVE, LOVEEEE the chicken tenders, they are always fresh and hot. The potato salad, macaroni salad is soooo good (I just can't eat everybody's Mac and Potato salad) LET ME TELL YOU..... My husband brought it home and I fell in love, been eating it ever since but this is since the NEW OWNER'S took over, and honestly everything is good!!! I think a lot of family works there and it shows because people put love into the food it just makes a big difference. They are always nice even when they're busy, they add those little extra touches that make a difference. I was just doing my review but I think I'm going to go down the street and get something NOW, and I'll let you know in my next review how good it was 😉

I ordered delivery from grub hub and was largely happy with my experience. The chicken was still hot and juicy with a delightfully crispy exterior (though admittedly a touch salty for my tastes). While I wouldn't bother with the cake or bean pie, the mac and cheese was decent enough- much better than Popeye's. But, truly, the crowning glory of KKC is their biscuits. They are sweet and buttery and would be a welcome addition to any meal- a thing of cravings.

If I could rate no stars I would. I ordered and 2 hours later no food. When I called and asked where it was , the rude employee on the phone just kept asking me "What's your problem?" I contacted grub hub three times trying to find out where the food was. every time they called the restaurant the person said the driver was 5 minutes out, twice over a span of 20 minutes. ended up cancelling. Won't ever try ordering from here every again.

Angels are dancing in my mouth..... This food arrived piping hot and quickly, everything absolutely delicious... I had the Cajun chicken, the jambalaya, the mouth watering honey biscuits, salads, fried fish.... I'm amazed at how awesome this food is. Best biscuit I've ever had hands down. THANK YOU!!! :)

Food is great but took 2hrs to get delivered. Driver said they just got it done. When i called when it been an hr they said the driver had already left. I think the driver was telling truth because food was hot and fresh. At least they gave us free drinks.

Ordered a 4 piece mixed chicken and a bisçuit. I was expecting a breast, thigh, drum stick and wing. I got two small drum sticks and two wings and no biscuit. Very disappointed. The rest of sides we ordered were good.

The menu is misleading,no where on the menu states that is a bit spicy. Ordered some chicken gyro which comes with fries and I didn't get that. Got the gyro chicken (so spicy that my sinus cleared up). Also, their white sauce is some tasteless sauce with tons of black pepper. Also ordered a grilled chicken salad which was also spicy and it's chicken was the same as mine. 🤔Called them back to tell them about my order, not 2 times but 4 times. Each time, we were put in hold and then hung up. We told the guy, French fries were missing but he said it did t come with it.After we told him, there was fries bc we took a screen shot, he said he would check order and hung up.He called us back and told us very rudely that didn't come with fries and hung up again. That's when we had to call Doordash to have this sorted it out. They were great, gave us some credit back and would be speaking to the establishment about it.I know we r going thru thought times due Covid19, but do not mislead costumers. Another thing, I did made sure the driver still got his tip, it wasn't his fault the order was not done right. I give a 1 star bc delivery was fast and Doordash gave us some credit back.

I have been here several times now and this is the BEST FRIED CHICKEN IN TOWN! Forget Popeye's and come try KKC! Their Cajun tenders and honey biscuits are my personal favorites, but their crispy chicken, fries, and available sides are delicious too! Call ahead if you have a large order so it's ready when you arrive.

Food is always delicious!! Delivery is always kind.I have heard that ordering through Grubhub does not guarantee the tip for the delivery person. Can you please confirm as a company if this is correct? I know Grubhub does not with hold tips from company deliveries, please advise.

Chicken is So delicious. . It is really krunchy... I loved it... It is very neat and clean. Staff is well mannered and professional. I never seen this kind of food store in Coatesville Area.. this is by far the best fried chicken that I have ever had. grab a 12 piece bucket and see what you think. I love that they have a lot of drink options also. ps call in advance if you have a large order. they make it all fresh so youll be waiting most likely if you dont.

Their chicken is not the same from when they first opened. The lack of spiciness, and over breaded chicken. If Popeyes was closed I would probably fry my own chicken.

Ordered delivery and it took over 1.5hrs to come. The chicken was really good, but the chicken wings were gross and the mozzarella sticks tasted like they were microwaved.

😋😋My daughter is IN LOVE with Krispy Krunch!! If she could eat 4 pieces after school, every other day, she WOULD! I love the corn muffins/biscuits!! They are always moist, DEEEE-Licious and fresh! Now, the mac n cheese has that funny taste, like it's been boiled in the same water all day or has that "heat lamp plastic" taste. Everybody can't make mac n cheese, but CHICKEN?!? They got DAT!!Thanks Krispy Krunch!! 😘
